Video Introduction for Virtual Assistants || Self-introduction

[0:13]Hello, I'm Swizel Ann Siao or you can simply call me Swiz. I'm 26 years old and currently single. I came from the wonderful city of Davao in the Philippines. I've started my virtual assistance career last year in 2023. Even though I'm new to virtual assistance, I've done various jobs in customer service, administration, and bookkeeping. In my previous role as a virtual bookkeeper, I handled tasks like scheduling, bookkeeping, and providing comprehensive virtual support. I've become proficient on various tools such as accounting tools like Quickbooks and Zero, project management tools such as Slack, Asana and Trello, communication tools such as Zoom and Skype, and admin tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Dropbox. Before becoming a virtual bookkeeper, my experience as a registration officer for the Philippine National ID taught me the importance of confidentiality and attention to detail, especially when dealing with sensitive personal information. Prior to that, I worked as a customer service representative in a BPO industry. This role taught me how to adapt quickly to the diverse needs of the clients, remain calm under pressure, and improve communication skills. Apart from my professional experiences, I am also skilled in basic graphic designing using graphic designing tools like Canva, as well as video editing, using tools like Capcut and Adobe Premiere. I'm also familiar with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. While I may not have direct experience in real estate workshops, I'm a quick learner. Throughout my career, I've found that my strengths lie in my ability to adapt rapidly, learn fast, and solve problems effectively. I am the best person you need for this job because I have the necessary skills for the virtual assistance and good administrative abilities. In addition, I can communicate well and work effectively in a team. I do understand how important it is to be reliable, affordable, and hardworking in this field. I am dedicated in providing excellent results that goes beyond what was expected and help you improve your company.
