[0:00]You can make this easy 10-minute egg drop soup that is 10 times better than anything you'll find to take out. Starting with a bowl. Eggs. A splash of water. And then whisk to combine. Now slice up some green onions. Now in a large pot. Chicken bone broth. A splash of soy sauce. Garlic powder. Ground ginger. A little bit of chicken bouillon powder. White pepper and salt. And now we're just going to bring this to a simmer. And once it starts to lightly simmer, we're going to go ahead and thicken it up with a cornstarch slurry. You don't want it as thick as a sauce, but it should be as thick as a light syrup.
