[0:00]Hello, my name is Paul, and I'm one of the product managers here at VMware. Today, I'm going to walk you through how to set up two-factor authentication, also known as TFA, on your VMware Cloud on AWS environment. For the purpose of this demo, I'm going to be using Google Authenticator, however, any Authenticator app that supports the TOTP open standard should work. I'm going to start by navigating to the VMware Cloud on AWS console and logging in with my username and password. Once I've logged in, I'm going to navigate to the identity and access management tab. I'm going to click on the users tab and select my account. Here, I'm going to enable two-factor authentication by clicking this enable button. At this point, you'll need to open up your Authenticator app and scan the barcode. Once you've scanned the barcode, you'll be presented with a six-digit code on your Authenticator app. Go ahead and enter that here to complete the setup. Now that two-factor authentication has been set up, the next time you log in, after you enter your username and password, you'll be prompted to enter the six-digit code from your Authenticator app. Thank you for watching this demo on how to set up two-factor authentication for your VMware Cloud on AWS environment.
