[0:00]We are making the quickest, softest, eggless chocolate cake. Combine sugar with vegetable oil and one cup of dahi or yogurt. Add in the milk, mix it in as well. Now sift in the maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. Use a spatula to fold the dry ingredients in. Do not overmix. Into a microwave safe dish and microwave it for 6 minutes on heating mode. I also like to add some chocolate ganache on top which is completely optional. And there you go, the softest chocolate cake.
