[0:03]Hi, my name is Yue Yong, mother of Yolanda.

[0:10]I think that this school and our family's educational philosophy is very aligned. My husband and I hope to raise our child to become someone who can live a truly happy life. To do that, we believe there are two key abilities a child must develop: When they enter the workforce they should have the ability to build a successful career and also to build a healthy family. These two abilities are equally important. So I believe school should focus more on developing a child's character. And if the teachers can also impart knowledge on top of that, then the child will have a solid foundation for future success. The first word I would use is “inclusiveness.” Because my child is in adolescence now sometimes there are rebellious thoughts. But at home, my child can openly express their opinions and perspectives. I think that's because the school provides a very inclusive environment that gives students the confidence to express themselves. The second word I'd choose is “care.” The school offers various scholarships, including sports scholarships. Our child also applied for a sports scholarship. And for parents whose children have been here a year, the school even provides a family fund. I think that's very considerate of the school. So the second word is definitely “care.” The third word I'd say is “thoughtfulness.” The school really cares about what parents think.

[1:54]For example, they created a WeChat group specifically for Chinese-speaking parents. This helps parents who aren't fluent in English communicate better with the school and with other parents. There's even Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk to help us quickly solve any issues.

[2:17]I highly recommend this school, because now we're in the AI era grades and prestigious universities aren't as important as they used to be. What matters most is that the school helps my child become a person with sound character and strong confidence.

[2:39]That's what I truly value. So yes — I really recommend this school.
