[0:00]How to study after "wasting" the whole day. Hey, I'm Mia, and I'm a math CS student at Stanford and content creator. I know how stressful it is when you've been bed-rotting the whole day, but assignments are still due. So, here are my top three tips for getting out of a rut and back into productivity mode. Declutter your brain. Write out a big to-do list with everything you need to get done. Putting it all on paper clears mental fog and makes tasks less intimidating. Block out distractions. When you're already low on motivation, distractions hit even harder. I use noise-filtering Loop earplugs to create a quiet, focused space where I can actually get things done. Chunking. When a task feels overwhelming, break it into more digestible pieces. For example, if you have a dense chapter to review, divide it into key concepts and tackle them one at a time. This also helps your brain absorb the material more effectively. Like and follow for more productivity tips.
