[0:00]There's a version of you right now that is sharper, more driven, more confident, and more physically capable and powerful than the current version of you watching this video. The gap between who you are currently and this ideal version of yourself is not your motivation. It's not the amount of discipline you have. It's certainly not any sort of mindset hack you just haven't found yet. This gap is biological. If you feel like your body and energy are lagging behind your ambition, like you can't lock in the way you know you should, like you're burnt out, but you're still pushing because you just don't know what else to do, then this video is for you. All you have to understand is that every minute and every second of the day your health is either building you into this ideal version of yourself, or it's quietly holding you back from your goals and keeping you where you are. Over the next 30 minutes, I'm going to walk you through the exact system I've used with six, seven, and even eight figure entrepreneurs to transform their health and close this biological gap. So I'll be sharing the same framework, all the actual science to explain why it works. I won't be holding anything back, but what I will also do at the end is show you how to work with me one-on-one if this is something you do want to go deeper with me on. So yeah, I'm not going to pretend this isn't a presentation without an offer, because it is, but the content and value I'm going to be sharing in this video still stands on its own. So take some notes, because once you see this, you truly cannot unsee it. So to give you some quick context about who I am, my name is Mason, and for the last five years, so since I was 15, I've been eating a diet of exclusively raw animal foods, so raw meats such as raw beef, raw chicken, even, even raw kangaroo growing up in Australia. I've eaten a lot of that, raw dairy such as raw milk, raw butter, raw cheeses, raw eggs, and even fermented foods such as raw rotten meats. So these are foods, literally any mainstream health authority or doctor would say, and they've said to me, should make me very ill or it would even kill me. Yet, despite this, my blood work is perfect. I'm easily within the top few percentiles for essentially all biomarkers including testosterone health. And this is something I've done 100% naturally with zero supplementation whatsoever. Also, thankfully, with making these radical changes at the age of 15, I was able to outgrow all of my family and my genetics essentially, my dad standing at just under six foot one, my older brother at six foot two, and me currently as of this video, six foot five and still growing at the age of 20. I've completely fixed the asthma and eczema I grew up with, so it's completely cured, and then on top of that, I've also even been able to completely change my eye color from being born with a dark brown color to now a greenish-hazelly color through actually detoxing heavy metals and volatile toxins out of my body. I get that may sound insane, but when you actually understand how the internal condition and terrain of your body is reflected and externalized in your physical appearance, it begins to make sense how truly radical shifts show results in not only your eyes, but then also your skin health, your hair health, and even how you physically develop. So yeah, literally every single issue I ever had, even all of the aches and pains and chronic injuries I had in my body, alongside the skin stuff and the nervous system issues, are all completely cured. I'm not just some genetic anomaly, either. In the last couple of years, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients using this exact same framework, helping people from all walks of life from athletes helping them to put on more lean muscle mass and perform better on the pitch, to high-level entrepreneurs, helping them literally double their monthly revenue simply by improving their health and focus. I've also helped everyday people reverse conditions the mainstream health narrative deems incurable, so hair loss, cystic acne, PCOS, digestive issues, Post-finasteride syndrome, chronic fatigue, all through a 100% natural mode of healing. I'll say the fact that I've been able to replicate the same results I got on myself with all of my clients as well, at the very least suggests this is not just luck, but I actually have a system that is producing real results. I want to be clear about something, as well. I've been doing this for the last five years, so I did discover all of this stuff well before it became a TikTok trend, before influencers started promoting Tartar, raw milk and preaching the benefits of a raw diet. When I started eating all of these foods and actually going down this rabbit hole of 15, because I was the only person doing it, I got a lot of shit from my friends, my family, my classmates. There was no community, no validation or even external affirmation of if what I was doing was even the right thing. I literally, I just knew intuitively there was something there with the raw foods and I decided to go down and commit myself to actually getting to the bottom of it. So I've studied the science, I've tested all of these things on myself, I've done the due diligence most people in the space simply haven't done just because they haven't been applying this stuff long enough. So yeah, this five years of knowledge and experience not only informs this whole presentation, obviously, but it informs how I work with all my clients today. And then in terms of my actual back story of how I started eating raw meat and actually became so passionate about natural health. I want you to realize I wasn't born into this. I didn't have parents who had these bizarre ideas and indoctrinated me with them. Simply, I was a young kid, super, super passionate about pursuing sport and actually getting to the professional level, and I was just really tired of getting sub-par results with the amount of work and effort I was putting into my craft. I was waking up at 5am every single day. I was eating a typical clean diet, yet I still had extremely sub-par results, not only in my health, not only was my energy poor, was I chronically anxious and tired. And obviously, had all the skin stuff going on, but I also just wasn't performing on the pitch, until I actually really started caring about my sports performance. I'd never questioned why my health was so bad in the first place. I grew up eating a lot of junk food, processed foods. I was vaccinated, medicated. I had the basic standard health treatment of a young Australian kid, so essentially I just assumed the way I felt and the imperfect health I'd grown up with was just normal. It wasn't until actually along my sports journey that I met a coach who was practicing a lot of fringe natural training and health practices to actually increase performance with his client. So I really had my eyes opened to how backwards the whole world was. And once I saw this truth, once I actually understood that whether it be in sport, whether it be in health, whether it be in physical development, the body is always going to give the best outcome when it actually receives those natural biochemical inputs that it has evolved to thrive on, only then will the best results actually be achieved. From there, I took it upon myself to actually go down the rabbit hole fully, because once I'd had that eye-opening experience that my coach introduced me to, there was truly no going back. And here's why this matters to you. I'm not just telling my story for the sake of it. I want to just reaffirm the fact that before all of this, I was shy, anxious, sick, insecure kid. I truly, as is, didn't even feel comfortable in the world, let alone in my own body. And now I say this not from arrogance, but truly lived experience. I now have this reckless courage and confidence. I know now that if everything goes wrong, if my business fails, if the money disappears, I still have my health. And if I have my health, I genuinely have all I need. I know I'll be able to think clearly, act decisively, and essentially rebuild from zero if that's what it takes, and that truly is an unshakable foundation. Another really important lesson from my story is just understanding that in my life, but also in your life too, pain is your greatest teacher. Pain tells you something isn't working, and now I spend my time helping people actually listen to that signal so they can fix the pain at the root once and for all. Before I show you this whole system, I'm going to reframe what health actually controls, because most people underestimate it completely. Let's start with something obvious. What we call beauty, so symmetry, clear skin, strong facial structure. This is actually nothing more than a biological reflection of strong internal health, and our recognition of that is purely our evolutionary wiring to scan for filter and find a suitable mate. Every single human has the potential to be well-developed, healthy, and beautiful, but you must understand if the body receives poor inputs and nutrients throughout its whole life, it's never actually going to be able to reflect that genetic potential. The next thing that comes from health is going to be your ambition, as a man or as a woman. This is going to be your drive to build, compete, and win. This is not a mindset that you adopt by watching Andrew Tate videos. This is something that comes from your internal biochemical state. Super easy example to actually demonstrate this, if you look at how testosterone has plummeted by over 50% in the last 50 years. What we're now left with in sea is men who actually lack the tenacity and vitality to build the life they want. They are docile, complacent, feminine, unambitious, and literally, they can watch whatever motivational reels or YouTube videos they want, there is not going to spark something that biochemically, biologically just isn't there. An actual example of this, I had a client Beau, who runs a marketing agency, on paper, really intelligent and competent guy, had some big goals, but when he actually came to me, he was completely cooked. He literally couldn't even sit down and write a simple email. Zero sex drive, no emotions. The fire he had once had when he started his business was completely gone. What I did working with him was build him out a completely personalized protocol, covering his nutritional bases, his environmental inputs, and then also his actual detox protocols to really move the needle in what was holding his biology back. From literally the second day after implementing this whole protocol, he woke up with more energy, more clarity, more morning wood than he had in years. Then over the course of the next weeks and months, his cognition began to improve, his energy, his mood, his vitality, all steadily but surely came back. So yeah, I want to emphasize this wasn't a mindset shift, but purely it was enabling his mind to function by fact of having a strong, healthy body to support it. Aside from your drive as a guy, what you could also say is health is the deciding factor on your mental health. Most people forget that your brain is literally an organ of your body, so the same way that your liver or your heart require specific nutrients to actually function properly and adequately, so does your brain. Anxiety, depression, brain fog, laziness, these, you got to understand, are not character flaws, but consequences of dis-regulated biochemistry. Thinking that the reason you are depressed is because of a predisposed genetic chemical imbalance is a limiting belief that is only going to hold you down. Literally all sub-par mental attitudes are coming from deficiency, toxicity, or a combination of both. The truly healthy person is going to be naturally confident, secure, outgoing, indifferent, and socially engaged. They're not constantly overthinking or spiraling, and this is solely because their nervous system is completely satiated and safe. So their body doesn't need to be in any sort of fight or flight state. The same reduction can be applied to athleticism. So your ability to generate any kind of explosive power, your endurance, your strength, these are dictated by factors such as your mitochondrial health, the quality of the health of your tendons, as well as actually your nervous system health. So for example, the stronger your parasympathetic tone is, the more your muscles are actually going to be able to relax in between physical output, which will mean you'll have greater force production potential. And again, these things are all directly affected by diet, but also environmental inputs. That's the reason why athletes from equatorial regions, such as the Jamaicans in sprinting, the Kenyans in long distance, or just all the black guys in the NBA are so dominant. Either they were or their maternal lineage was raised in a high light equatorial environment, meaning they inherited a level of mitochondrial redox. Most indoor living Westerners could only dream of. And then yeah, it goes without saying, I'm sure it's pretty easy to follow, intelligence, as well, ultimately is going to be dictated by your health. Your brain needs the right amount of nutrients, fats, and an absence of toxicity to function at its maximal potential. For example, DHA is super important for brain health, and so many people today don't get anywhere near enough of it. And then you've got heavy metals, seed oils, fluoridated tap water. All of these things are literally proven to impair neurotransmitters and actually lower your IQ. So yeah, your beauty, intelligence, ambition, and athleticism are all downstream of the exact same system. Which means you can literally just fix one thing, and all of the other things are going to be improving. Okay, so now you understand how health truly underpins essentially everything in your life. I'll actually explain the framework of how it works in very, very simple terms. Currently, if you haven't realized already, the mainstream approach is fundamentally anti-nature. This is because, you know, any sort of doctors, even naturopaths, even plant medicine practitioners, they all strive to treat the symptoms rather than the root cause. If you have acne, they give you accutane. If you're anxious or depressed, they're going to give you some brain chemistry altering drugs. If your energy is low, just drink more coffee. Obviously, none of these solutions actually treat the root causes of why these problems are there in the first place. What I need you to understand is that all disease, dysfunction, degeneration, and sub-par health results come from the exact same two things. These two root causes are nutritional deficiencies, meaning nutritionally, not actually getting what your body needs, and then an actual overburdening of toxicity in the system, meaning your body has accumulated or is accumulating poisons faster than you can remove them. So yeah, this is why I say there's no such thing as bad luck. There are no random or unlucky genes. Simply, for all practical purposes, we have strayed from nature and now we are paying the price. Now, after hearing what I've said, most people make the mistake of thinking, okay, so I need to improve my nutrition. I need to eat less toxic shit. Maybe I'll just eat cleaner, eat more vegetables, get some better supplements, maybe buy some more organic foods. I want to warn you, this is a trap. The solution to actually radically changing your health isn't just a slightly better version of what you're already doing. You literally need a paradigm shift and a fundamentally different approach. When you take a grass-fed steak and throw it on the grill, three main catastrophic things happen. Firstly, the cooking process creates toxins that weren't there before. Just to list only some of them, the Maillard browning effect creates over 32 toxic compounds including carcinogens, advanced glycation end products, also known as AGEs. They're going to be accumulating in your skin, your arteries, your organs and literally age you. Then even you've got some other ones, such as heterocyclic amines that are actually going to bind to and impair your DNA function. The second catastrophic thing is that cooking destroys the nutrients that you're actually paying for in the first place. We've got studies that show cooking can reduce the fat content of animal foods by up to 59%. Thiamine losses from 73 to 100%. Vitamin B losses from 55% to 60%. Vitamin B6 losses from 55% to 89%.
[13:17]So, you're paying for a steak and you're cooking away all the nutrients that actually made it valuable in the first place. The third reason why cooking is a catastrophic mutilation of your food is by fact that it destroys all of the live enzymes and bacteria that make the food self-digest and also nourish your gut microbiome. If you didn't know raw meat contains its own naturally occurring enzymes that actually begin a process called autolysis or self-digestion. This means that when you actually consume raw meat, there is minimal effort required from your body to break down and derive what nutrients there are there. So practically, this means no bloating, no heaviness, no brain fog. This is something that every single person who's eaten raw meat reports. Think back to a time when you last had maybe tartar or some sort of sashimi, there was really very little heaviness associated with it, and it felt very refreshing to consume. These are literally these live elements at play in the form of the enzymes, the bacteria, and the minimal amount of actually mutilated toxins. The Arctic explorer, Vilhjalmur Stefansson also documented this exact same thing when he visited and lived with the Inuit. They ate a diet of raw seal, raw caribou, raw fish, yet they have zero digestive discomfort, zero constipation, no IBS, no leaky gut, none of these things. And what he also noticed, and other studies have noticed since, is they had zero signs of chronic disease whatsoever. So no tooth decay, no health issues, no cancers, and Vilhjalmur also stated himself that the food appeared to digest significantly quicker than groups he observed consuming cooked meats. Some more context on the actual implications of eating, you know, cooked meat versus raw meat. I'm going to give you two really key foundational studies. The first one is that of Pottinger's cats. This was a study done with over 900 cats separated into different groups. One group was fed a diet comprising of raw meat and raw milk, while another group was fed cooked meat and pasteurized milk. What Dr. Pottinger observed was that over multiple generations, despite having the exact same genetics, the health outcomes of these two groups were vastly different. The group of cats consuming the cooked meat and pasteurized dairy by the second generation, already had smaller skulls, weaker bones, more coarse and brittle fur, and then by the third generation, there were significantly more deformed and couldn't even give birth to any living litter, meaning when they tried to reproduce, these third generation of cooked cats, they could only give birth to dead stillborn babies. Then on the flip side, the group of cats eating the raw foods, so the raw milk and the raw meat, had none of these issues whatsoever. They could reproduce healthily and their babies and offspring stayed completely intact. This same sort of generational deterioration is the same thing we see with humans today. Obviously, if you're not aware, rates of infertility, disease, deformity, dysfunction, and poorer physical development are rising exponentially. So maybe I'd equate it, they were around that third generation of Pottinger's cats. When it comes to the actual human studies around groups eating raw meat, we can look to the work of Dr. Weston A. Price. He was an American dentist who traveled the world studying the health, dentistry, diets, and lifestyles of all kinds of indigenous tribes, for example, the Eskimo, the Maasai, the Nenets, the Native Americans, along with many others. What he noticed was that these groups consuming a diet consisting of far more raw animal foods exhibited far greater and lesser signs of any sort of dental tooth decay, but more specifically, degenerative and chronic diseases. He also interestingly went and analyzed the health of any sort of neighboring agricultural tribes, so groups who were genetically the same as these raw food groups, yet had just transitioned to more of a modernized, industrialized, processed agricultural diet. And he saw crazy increased amounts of these degenerative diseases, these narrow palates, tooth decay, and just physical degeneration, literally only occurring within one generation of changing this diet. To relate it to the modern world, you got to understand, every single person who's had braces has required them by consequence of only having a poor nourishment growing up. It's not actually a genetic quality to have crooked and malformed teeth. So the point I'm trying to make is that eating clean by conventional standards, cooking your meat, even if it's just a slightly better quality meat, is still going to be fundamentally misaligned with how our body is actually designed to thrive. The gap between most people's clean eating and actually being biologically optimized is massive. Closing that gap is what most people are actually missing today. So the entire paradigm framework you're currently working with is completely wrong. No amount of swaps or slightly increases in quality will make the meaningful change to get you the meaningful and radical outcomes and results you actually want. Okay, so my system as a whole has three main pillars. First being the nutritional pillar, the second being the environmental pillar, and then the third being the detoxification pillar. I've just shown you why the right nutritional foundation matters and why cooking your meat fundamentally changes how it operates within the body. So now let me show you why this is actually more practical than you think, because I know what some of you may be thinking, what the fuck raw meat sounds insane. There's no way I'm actually doing this. The reality of it, and what I actually recommend is that you ease into this stuff. You don't just start with raw chicken on day one. For example, you could start with something as simple as raw milk, so milk in its unprocessed, unpasteurized form. Literally just drinking the way that humans have consumed it for over 8,000 years. This is loaded with tons of beneficial bacteria, bioavailable calcium, IGF-1 supporting amino acids. Now there are plenty of studies and proofs and data to back up the fact that it is amazing and healing for the body. Children that drink raw milk are reported to have a 40 to 70% reduced asthma rate. A Stanford trial reported that those consuming a raw milk versus pasteurized milk diet had significantly lower digestive issues. So even those who were previously lactose intolerant could tolerate raw milk completely fine. Another thing you could start with would be raw eggs. So if you're already having the egg yolk runny, you're already halfway there. The next thing you could do would just simply crack some raw eggs into a glass and drink them completely raw.
[18:41]Add them into a milkshake, for example, a raw milk milkshake would be excellent. Or you can even just crack two holes on either side of the egg and actually shotgun it. Raw eggs are great because they're going to deliver quick digesting proteins and fats to the brain and nervous system, which will give you very steady and stable energy for the day. So a great way to start the day would just be having two to three raw eggs. Another thing you can obviously easily start with if money is no object would just be eating a lot of wild caught sashimi. Also oysters too, this is something that's already served in restaurants. You love it, it tastes good. This is a raw food dish, and it's going to be a lot healthier for you than cooked meats. You can have some ceviche, so you can have some raw fish with lemon juice, as well. Tastes super fucking amazing, and you can also make it at home in five minutes. With the red meat, with the steaks, this is something that you can ease into, you can take your time with, you can cook your steak less and less and less until you're ready to actually transition into making full steak tartar, so just cutting up a fatty steak, adding some egg yolks, adding some pepper, adding some herbs, it's going to digest super well. This is not an all or nothing transformation. This is not something that I'm expecting you guys to start with zero to 100 overnight. This is a gradual progression that actually meets you where you're at. So the exact sequence, what to introduce, when to introduce it, and what to actually strip away from your current diet and approach is something I would adjust based on your actual starting point. So that's something I actually personalize for every single person I work with because the exact starting point for a 25-year-old entrepreneur, for example, is not going to be the exact starting point diet-wise for a 30-year-old professional athlete who's actually in season. Now pillar two of my three pillar health philosophy is going to be your environment. Even if you're not ready to actually start with all of the raw animal foods, this is something, the environment stuff, you can do completely for free, and it's something I expect you to dial in right away. This is also one of the easiest ways to see the changes in your energy, in your sleep quality, in your overall vitality, very, very quickly. One of the things that's super important to consider is your circadian rhythm health, so this is your body's internal clock. It controls hormone release, metabolism, energy, mood, when you wake up, when you fall to sleep, literally all of the sequencing inside your body is dictated by your circadian rhythm. For millions of years, this was the rhythm that was exclusively set by our actual exposure to the sun. When the sun was rising, it triggered to our body, okay, this is morning time. When the sun rises even higher to solar noon, our body becomes even more alert because it understands it's the middle of the day. And then when the sun is setting, our body actually begins to wind down. This is how it was for millions of years. Now, today, obviously, first thing in the morning, most people are just pulling out their phone, checking their notifications, maybe walking into the bathroom, turning on the lights, and then they're going to work, going to school, blasting their retina with artificial blue light for 12 hours at least a day. The easy way to fix this and to see improvements is by fixing the first 30 minutes of your day. That's the first thing to focus on. So what I want you to do before checking your phone is just getting outside every single morning. Getting direct sunlight into your eyes, onto your skin, even onto your balls, if you don't have family around you can take your pants off, get your balls in the sun, as a minimum, at least 10 minutes, ideally 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes plus spent in this morning sunlight. This is going to be triggering the adequate cortisol spike, serotonin synthesis, and dopamine release, as well as by fact of synthesizing serotonin, it's going to be dictating the amount of melatonin secreted later at night when it comes to actually falling asleep. So a good night's sleep starts the day off. The next thing to focus on would be after the actual sunset, what you're going to be doing is dimming your lighting environment, mitigating blue light as much as you can. So getting filters on your phone, on your laptops, wearing some blue light blocking glasses, and then in the actual bedroom, sleep in total darkness. To emphasize how important this stuff is, I had a client Pacome. He's a calisthenics athlete while also studying full-time. When he came to me, he was waking up every single night in the middle of the night with extreme amount of anxiety. This was something that he didn't actually know what was causing it. He had no anxiety about school or work. He's otherwise a very chill guy, but something about his biology and body's rhythms were completely off. This subsequently left him completely burnt out before the day had even started, which obviously took a toll on his studies, on the work he was also doing, and then also his main passion, his sport. What we did right away was fix his light environment, his sleep habits and patterns, and then within literal days, his sleep improved massively, his anxiety dropped, his focus came back. And then adding in some dietary stuff too, we were able to put on 8 kilos of lean muscle mass, helping him reach a new personal best in calisthenics. And then another thing to add in would be just actually getting grounded every single day, so 30 minutes at least a day barefoot on a natural surface. This is going to give your body and provide your body with free electrons, which act as natural antioxidants. They balance out the electrical charge of your body, so it will reduce inflammation, increase circulation. Now pillar three, the detox pillar, the first step would be removing and auditing all the products you're using on a daily basis. So deodorants, shampoos, your toothpaste. Most of these, if you didn't realize it already, are completely loaded with endocrine, hormone disrupting chemicals, so parabens, phthalates, PFAS's, synthetic fragrances. All of these mimic estrogen in the body, so for men, they're going to be suppressing your testosterone health, and for women, they're going to lead to hormonal chaos, so PCOS symptoms, for example, and at the worst end, infertility. Another important one is going to be, obviously, all the microplastics in our daily environment, so plastic water bottles, plastic plates, plastic cutlery, touching receipts. These also leeches in our estrogens into our food and water. We've also got obviously tap water that contains fluoride and chlorine. They're going to be measurably lowering your IQ, disrupting your oral and gut microbiome, and they honestly will do very little for your oral health. So what I recommend is going through and auditing all of your products, making sure that you're using natural products as best you can, making the sort of natural swaps. From there, you can be confident that you're at least for the most part, not going to be constantly inundated by large amounts of environmental toxins in your actual environment. And then the next thing to really move the needle in detox in the body would be implementing some serious detox protocols. So these are methods I use with every single client that actively pull stored toxins out of the body. I won't be going into all of the detox protocols fully on here, because this is something that requires a bit more of a tailored and personalized approach, so you know how to do it properly and so you're not going to be putting your body under any stress or duress. Because done wrong, a detox protocol implemented incorrectly, one, won't get you any results, but then two, will actually just halt your progress. So yeah, an example of how important just like this general toxin ordering is, but then also the detox protocols as well, would be a case with a client Charlotte. She's 20 years old, she was dealing with PCOS, acne, dry skin, and then also hair thinning and hair loss, but then basically from the blood work just overall hormonal chaos. Initial steps we did working together were cleaning up her environment, so removing all endocrine disruptors, and then I actually ran her through a personalized detox protocol to really get a lot of that waste out that was causing and wreaking the havoc in the body. Through this approach, so also we covered the environment stuff, the diet stuff as well, we completely reversed all of these symptoms, not just managed, completely cleared. So all of her skin issues went away, her energy stabilized, the PCOS symptoms completely went, and then her hair loss and hair thinning completely reversed, her hairline even grew back. And these are results that were achieved in all less than 10 weeks, whether it's Charlotte's hormones, Pacome's nervous system or Beau's drive, despite having different symptoms, they essentially had very similar root causes in the body, so we could more or less use the same three pillar framework to address all of it. Once you understand this system and how to apply it to your specific situation, results can come really, really fast. But the key thing I'll say is to your specific situation, because the exact exceleratory protocols like really accelerate results, are going to be looking different for each individual. And it can be one of the main reasons why a lot of people who try it implemented from a more general blanket approach, either get mediocre results they're not happy with, or just end up quitting. Now, I actually also need to address the number one thing that stops most people from implementing my approach or any sort of similar approach, and that is going to be fear. And this fear, I want to say, is unjustified and actually just manufactured. You've been taught that bacteria such as E coli, salmonella, or campylobacter are dangerous. You've been told that these are pathogens that cause disease. But what if I told you that right now you literally have every single one of these quote unquote pathogens inside and on your body already. This is accepted science already. E.coli produces Vitamin K2. Salmonella acts as a bioremediator, so essentially a janitor that clears out dead decaying toxic cells in your body that your body otherwise wouldn't be able to get rid of on its own. The whole notion that bacteria are inherently dangerous and toxic, the pathogenic kind, is outright wrong. What we call food poisoning is already literally in the name, it is food plus poisons. Bacteria are not inherently poisonous, only industrialized toxic compounds are. So to give the analogy, say someone is really sick, we'll equate that to a fire. The bacteria aren't actually the arsonists who have started and committed the fire, but they are really the firefighters. And just because mainstream science has found these firefighters at the scene of the fire, they have wrongly labeled them as the arsonists. What specific pathogenic bacteria do when encountering dead decaying toxic cells is that they multiply, break down and remove the waste. That's why, you know, say for example, someone has had food poisoning, they test their stool, they'll see elevated levels of salmonella bacteria, for example. What they failed to take into account and what actually gives the full picture is there's also elevated levels of heavy metals, pharmaceutical residues, antibiotic residues, all these things that the salmonella have brought out along with it from the low quality food. Another really easy way to actually demonstrate the cognitive dissonance with this whole germ theory is the fact that they still in mainstream science, the asymptomatic carrier problem. Two genetically similar people can both carry the exact same pathogen, yet only one, if any at all, will actually elicit symptoms. If bacteria truly cause disease and it was just inherently dangerous, then there wouldn't be such a big logical gap, but there is. Because when you understand what I understand, you realize that bacteria aren't inherently dangerous. They're simply just responding to toxicity. I've literally been eating raw chicken every single day for the last five years. I've also been eating raw rotten meat, yet I've never gotten sick, not because I'm immune, but because I source from healthy, high quality animals that don't already have those poisons inside of them. And this same sort of misinformation and false paradigm exists all across mainstream health. You know, you've got the food pyramid that was built and funded by agricultural lobbying, not actual nutritional health science. You've got the supplement industry which sells you industrial waste products in isolated compound forms that your body can't actually absorb in comparison to all the nutrients in the whole food form that has all of the necessary complementary nutrients and all the actual cofactors to derive healthy nutrition from. Your doctors who well before prescribing any sort of dietary or environmental changes, will just give their patients accutane, which is linked to depression, suicidal ideation, and massive amount of side effects and consequences long-term health-wise. What you need to realize is this system, the system you and I have grown up in, isn't actually designed to make you healthy. It's designed to keep you as a customer. The whole idea, how they keep making money off you is that once you treat one symptom, another one's going to present, then you need to treat that, then another and another and another, and now you're a lifelong customer. That's why I really emphasize this whole idea of having a complete paradigm shift, because you can't just take maybe some ideas from one place, another idea from another, do a little bit of a TikTok chopping board, cooked animal based diet, also taking some peptides, also taking some supplements, because all of these ideas, even literally something as simple as cooked meat, is built upon and based on a false paradigm and school of thought. The people who truly get the greatest results in the easiest and fastest way build their approach based off a comprehensive system that can address the shortcomings and flaws of every other framework. And the easiest way to find this is by working with someone who's already navigated all of the misinformation, tested the protocols personally, and then refined them across hundreds of cases. This isn't because the information is a secret. I've just shared most of them with you in this framework, but it's actually because knowing what to do in a general sense versus knowing what to do specifically for you and how to implement it for you and your specific body, obviously, are two completely different things. This system didn't come together overnight. Someone obviously opened my eyes to this entire way of thinking and then I just decided to go down the rabbit hole fully. I've spent years dedicating myself to this, putting in the hard work, reading obscure research papers, testing things on my own body, getting it wrong, getting it right, adjusting, and then going again. There was no program I could buy, no step-by-step guide, and I had to painfully and slowly piece it together through lived experience. When I finally came to the point where I was confident to start actually working with people, I realized something very quickly. What worked for me didn't identically work for everyone else. Different bodies, different toxic loads, different starting points. I've had clients who needed weeks of refinement in their environmental inputs before actually getting started with the diet. Some of you may be thinking, uh, okay, but I'm worried about safety. Aren't the raw foods dangerous? Obviously, I already explained the whole thinking around terrain theory versus germ theory and why bacteria aren't actually inherently dangerous and why the raw foods are safe to eat when sourced from high quality foods. But generally, what I recommend to guys and girls that I work with is easing into things slowly. So obviously, you can prepare and acclimatize the body gradually, but then also mentally, you can get over those hurdles of the fear and brainwashing. I'm going to be honest, that's what they are, gradually compared to completely just shocking the body. For those of you that are interested but are maybe not set on the idea of actually investing your money on, obviously, the food cost that come along with it, but then also potentially personalized coaching for it. I would simply just ask you to think about what you would be spending on doctors, therapists, supplements, skin products, energy drinks, and even medical procedures down the line, if you don't actually take care of this stuff now. I obviously haven't needed to go to the hospital once in the last five years, so I've saved a lot of money, saved my parents a lot of money. But then also, if you are specifically an entrepreneur or a business owner, I'll give you an example of one of my clients, Jim. He came to me making 400,000 euro a month in his e-commerce business.
