[0:00]Hello everyone from the Coherence Meditation Gym, and if you're watching this on YouTube, I encourage you to come to the Coherence Meditation Gym. We are doing this meditation this upcoming Saturday and if you miss this opportunity, there's always an upcoming meditation. We meditate about four times a month as of now. And we have been doing the blessing of energy center series and we are now on number 11. So this is an explanation based on Dr. Joe Dispenza's explanation. I have to share that I am not a Dr. Joe Dispenza uh trained facilitator. I am though a heart math certified coach since 2016 and I love coaching people with the heart math system and other uh other modalities. And I'm also a Dr. Joe advanced student so I am very passionate about this work and I'm also by the way a quick announcement because I am really excited about this. I just officially uh found out this weekend. I'm a part now of the um the 30-day challenge that Kyle and Leah, if you're familiar with their 30-day coherence challenge, this is uh I don't know what year they're on, but this they've been doing these these challenges now uh for for years. And they have grown their network to I don't know how many but there's about 30,000 on YouTube, there's about 20,000 on Facebook. And the people that they bring on to the challenges are just mind-blowing. I mean the some of my teachers that I have studied under for years and years and years. And uh this this in this one upcoming which is September, uh I can share the details here uh below and wherever you're you're watching. But uh Bashar is one of my teachers that I've had since 2010 and he's a little bit you know not as as mainstream known. But he'll be a part of it too so I am like extremely extremely honored and excited to facilitate uh a meditation during the 30-day challenge. It'll be around October and uh it'll be we will be using the global coherence app. So I won't get into those details right now but I just wanted to start planting the seeds and just share my excitement. Um because it it it'll be a global coherence that I'll be leading so I'm extremely honored for that. So let's get into uh the explanation of blessing of Energy Center 11. So this is based on Dr. Joe's explanation, what I do is I take notes, I listen to it, take notes. I try to keep it as uh the integrity of his explanation. I might add here a few things here and there based on my experience or based on uh the interactions that we might have here uh if you're here live. And uh so, but the purpose is for us to prepare for uh to better know what we're doing as we do the meditation together on Saturday. That's how these explanations started because I really wanted us as we synchronize in meditation to understand what we were doing and just to have a deepening of our practice based on Dr. Joe's explanation. All right so so this is this one is extremely exciting. It's a uh I know it's the newest one, Blessing of Energy Center 11, blessings from the brain. We just did blessings from the heart uh uh last last Saturday. And so this one is the the sequence, 10 blessings from the heart and this one is 11 blessings from the brain. And this explanation is one of the longest ones that I have gone through in Dr. Joe's. It's about a 17 minute long explanation so he goes in detail into some of the like the physiology and actually gives examples of the uh the different the chemistry that happens in the brain. So it is a bit technical so bear with me and if you're watching this live it'll take a little a little bit longer than usual if you're watching this as a recording. Maybe you want to take some notes if you want to, maybe you want to pause and and rewind because it does go into some some um technical things that, you know, we're not maybe as used to listening to or like getting, you know, into like the chemistry and the molecules and the names of these things. So okay so here we go so we we start off, you know, as he starts off by saying that yeah, as we know, knowledge is the forefront of experience and the more knowledge we have, um the how becomes a more practical and easier because we can assign meaning to what we're doing. And we go into the act with a certain amount of intention that switches our prefrontal cortex and now we're actually producing a greater outcome. This is the the the power of knowledge applied. Uh some of the research that has been done in in the University of California in San Diego, has shown that there is a direct correlation between the power of intention and the chemistry that the body manufactures when our brain and our body are in the right state. So we know that, gosh, we do this all the time with you know, with with our other meditations. And that again this is this is the purpose of getting into these explanations and, you know, it sometimes when we listen to it at a certain time something clicks, something when we read it, sometimes when we read it, another part clicks and sometimes when we read listen somebody else saying it, something else clicks. And and so this is, you know, part of just creating this model of understanding, Dr. Joe says that a lot. But then, you know, then we go into the the practice with intention and we just have it it like it increases our our our chances of of creating an actual, you know, uh uh a manufacture, our brain will manufacture um something when we're in the right state.

[7:25]Um okay, so then um they have been working diligently in the in the research to measure the effects of intention. That's super exciting, it's really exciting this one because we know in this work, but now the the research shows that our intention really truly creates an outcome and it can be measured. And we know now by seeing you know, testimonial after testimonial and if we've watched source the movie, outcomes are produced. And and we're so so blessed to have the guidance and have all these, you know, it's not we're not only basing what we're doing with with faith alone, which is extremely powerful, but there's evidence and there's know-how and then if we follow the steps, you know, we we create better and better outcomes. And I think it's just exciting that we're accelerating this um our our changes, our shifts. Um okay, so then uh they've um discovered what they've discovered is that when we have a conscious intention to release a certain chemical, a certain molecule, to signal a certain gene to produce a certain protein without any knowledge about the particular formula of the chemical of its structure, its autonomic weight, its atomic weight, or even how to consciously make it. The data shows that the intelligence in our body somehow responds and makes this this exact substance. In other words, when we are in the right state of mind, our autonomic nervous system knows how to manufacture the exact chemical equal to the int to the, um to our intention. And this intention is information. So this is how powerful we truly are and this is extremely exciting. Again, how how amazing that our intention and our power can be actually measured. So we we don't have to consciously know how to make a molecule, we just have to focus our attention with intention. And the autonomic nervous system receives this intention as information and gets to work. To translate this information into chemistry. This intelligence receives the intention as information and it fulfills the order. As information, um if it fulfills the order and when the orders are equal as to something that is real. And it exists or is manufactured by our body, they have discovered that there is a change in a person's biology. So I know this this part here speaks to and if we again, if we've if we've watched source the movie, he goes into detail into the different um studies that were done about the specific molecules. He'll give some examples here but about the ones that actually exist in the body and versus some that do not exist in the body. But what he's saying here is that, you know, when we have that intention and the the body already knows, um we don't have to specifically know, it just needs to exist in the body. Um in order for the the order to be fulfilled. So to begin with, um he wants to talk to us about the pituitary gland. So it's been known as our master gland. And it sits behind the lower part of the uh the forehead and it's located in the front center of our brain. The pituitary gland is intimately connected to the most vascular part of our brain. This area is called the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus sits in the midbrain or the limbic brain which is the seat of our autonomic nervous system. It's also been called the chemical brain. Because it manufactures these small little chemicals, messengers called trophines or trophic molecules. Which actually signal different hormonal centers in the body and these hormonal centers are also called in this work our energy centers. So to rewind a little bit, uh the the, um, the pituitary gland is directly connected to the most vascular part of our brain. This is the hypothalamus, the hypothalamus sits in the midbrain or the limbic brain which is the seat of our autonomic nervous system also called the chemical brain. Because it manufactures these small little chemical messengers called trophines or trothrophic molecules. Which actually signal different hormonal centers or our energy centers. Basically, that part of the brain is connected to all the energy centers and it produces chemicals. Now, human beings need 22 different amino acids to serve as building blocks to manufacture different types of proteins. In each one of these 22 amino acids is different than the other. So each one of these 22, they're all unique, they're all different. They're very in length and also in order. So the individuality of the protein is determined by two things, the sequence and the length. Let's picture 22 color different uh pearls on a string and if we can take these different pearls and organize the the order in different ways as we change the sequence of these individual pearls, we change the proteins. And by the same means, since the length of the amino acid chains of a particular protein determines its individuality, we can change the length of the pearl. And the total uh number of these amino acids which are the building blocks of proteins and we can change the individuality of this protein. For example, collagen, oh, we love collagen, women especially we love collagen. How do we produce more collagen? Is a protein and it's different from the from an immuloglobulin. Imunoglobulin, which is a protein and they are different because of the sequence and length of the amino acid chains. Now, when we when proteins are under 200 amino acids and I love how he said, we're not going to get too technical. But here we are. So, but I love I I find this of course fascinating, if we're in this work we're accustomed to getting deeper and uh, even though we might not be chemists or biologists or or nurses or maybe we are and um and but I think this is is beautiful just again to gain this understanding and to just to realize how powerful we are and how, uh, how much we have this ability to self-produce all this life inside of us with focus with attention with with these processes and. All right. Okay, so let's keep going. So the, um, when proteins are under 200 amino acids in length, they're called peptides. So peptides are short chained proteins. Now, the hypothalamus, this vascular part of the brain that is connected to the pituitary is the brain's chemical factory and is responsible for building these different peptides, these short chain proteins. And once these peptides are assembled, they're moved into the pituitary gland. Which is directly connected to the hypothalamus, and then they're released through the front part of the pituitary gland. And these unique and different peptides or trophines, these chemical signals go directly to the different hormonal centers in our body or our energy centers. For example, um the the pituitary gland releases a neuropeptide called Lutenizing hormone, also known as LH, and another called follicle stimulating hormone, also known as FSH. So they uh in the so when we produce, uh, when the brain produces LH in the male body produces testosterone. I'm sorry, that's what I wanted to make sure I got correctly. And the FSH in the brain in the male brain produces sperm. In the females, something similar happens. When it comes to the sex hormones. In females, LH produces ovulation and it produces the release of progesterone. And by the same means, follicle stimulating hormones in the female brain stimulates the ovaries to produce eggs. And this is all for procreation. And they all go to the first energy center. Makes sense. So now, since they are different neurotrophic factors that influence each of these different hormonal centers, another example is another neuropeptide called the adreno cortical trophic hormone or ACTH or also known as CRH. This particular tropine signals the adrenal glands, as it says in its name, to produce different changes in the adrenal hormones like adrenaline and cortisol, which then produce a host of different biological reactions that take place in the body to mobilize energy for the body. The growth hormone releasing factor is also made of of in the hypothalamus and it's signaled through the pituitary gland. And it it signals the heart center or the fourth energy center to produce growth hormones. And that affects the thymus gland for immune function, for regeneration, for growth, for cell and tissues in the body. So he's explaining again how each hormone then it corresponds to each energy center and there they're different all of these, you know, different hormones go to the centers that that, you know, are in charge of these functions of the body. But the master gland is the one that sends the signals so that's what we're getting at with with this blessing of energy centers. Um all right, there's a few more examples here. Oxytocin which is made in the posterior or the back part of the pituitary gland can signal a host of different reactions in the body which then opens the heart with blood and energy and we feel these wonderful elevated emotions. Which also have a positive effect in the body. And the last example the thyroid stimulating hormone or TSAH is a different tropic that signals the thyroid hormones. Or the fifth energy center, this is a different neuropeptide that is made of a different length and sequence of the amino acids that facilitates function in the thyroid, which is corresponding hormones and and it with its corresponding hormones. And so we can see that these trophic factors do have a different effect in the different energy centers of our body. Whew, that's a lot, that's a lot of hormones that's that they all all go to the different energy centers. But how fascinating, how amazing that it's our pituitary or our, you know, the master gland, the pituitary gland. Where all of this intention and focus and uh, you know, again like our our our intention matters to release these hormones, to create them. And they go, there's an intelligence that knows where to they need to go. They go to the corresponding centers that govern the the uh our our systems in the body. So in this particular meditation, given our understanding in the power of intention that intention can cause a chemical release from the limbic brain to the seat of the autonomic nervous system and that intention can be translated into chemical information that can have biological effects on the body. So it makes sense then that if we put our attention on the pituitary gland and then we place our attention in where we place our attention is where we place our energy and when we have the intention to stimulate this gland to intentionally release its neuropeptides that are related to the corresponding energy centers of the body, we could be putting our attention on this master gland, the seventh energy center. The pituitary gland, and this is our target and this is where we want to intentionally release the different neuropeptides to create more balance, more harmony, more order which have such positive effects in our bodies and in our brain. And so in this meditation, we intentionally signal their different molecules from the seventh, by the way to the, uh, by the way, we don't need to know the name of them. We just need to know that they actually exist. And for example, if we can have a direct effect on the hormones and the function of the first energy center, so we can connect, so we will connect seventh to the first. And we will ask ourselves to to feel these peptides being released from the seventh to the first. All he wants us to do is to is just to follow the instructions. That's the beauty of the meditation, this guided meditation, he's just letting us know what to do. But by understanding what we're doing, again, we will have a better effect and into actually having that intention and actually allowing our body to do the work. Just being guided to do this work. And then we will uh work the factors from the second energy center and we will intentionally release these molecules from the seventh to the second and then we will move to the third and and we will intentionally release these particular trophic molecules, uh for their greatest good. And for our third uh energy center all along harmonizing each energy center for more hormonal balance. Then we'll move into the fourth, we'll move then to the fifth, then to the sixth and when we get to the seventh, we will balance this center. And seven gets information from the field. From the eighth energy center. We will finish this meditation by connecting to the eighth energy center and allow a new energy. New information, a greater level of order, a greater level of frequency, a greater energy to influence seven all the way to six to the fifth to the fourth to the third to the second to the first. The intention of course is to create more homeostasis as we, uh, more cellular systemic metabolic balance in our body. And at the end of the meditation, he will ask us to lay down and unlike previous meditations in the blessing of energy center series, he will allow us to drift off until we decide it it's over for us. Except for for us doing this together, uh we will eventually have to come back from it and connect back. I measured the time this, this, um, the whole meditation is an hour and 12 minutes long. And it's the last 15 minutes of the meditation, roughly about the last 15 minutes where it's just music where he's allowing for this time for us to be receiving this information from the field. And then bringing it down to the different energy centers. So just something for us to to know that, um that after he is done with that guided last piece of of bringing that energy down from the field, it'll be about 15 minutes until the music ends and we, as we always do in our synchronized meditation, come back into our zoom room. You know, and and at our own leisure, at our own time and we're not obviously obligated if we need to log out, we're always welcome to and but whomever's wanting to stay, share, ask or just listen in, you're welcome to do so. We're really, uh, find that this is one of the meditations because it it truly, um, gives us an opportunity to learn from each other to share, uh, our individual experiences and to, you know, also, uh, when you hear the people having an experience that you just had at the same time and just to sort of it it really enriches. I we've we've we've found that, um, you know, it even motivates us and and as we come out of meditation it takes also time for things to integrate. And the feedback and the sharing is also another opportunity for more information, for more of this, um, uh, of this experience to be enhanced. Uh, so wow, this one is going to be amazing. I've never done it personally so this will be my first time this Saturday and hopefully you'll you'll come and join and uh, again, if you're watching this is a recording, um and uh, and you're not part of the Coherence Meditation Gym, I hope you you come in time to do it with us this Saturday. But if you're watching here live, I have Claudia and Chris and Lori and Jessica, Diane, Rosalinda, Arthur, uh, Donald, I hope, uh, gosh, I can't wait for us to do it together. Um, know that uh there's resource there's there's support here in the Coherence Meditation Gym. I am here as uh as your coach if you need more, please feel free to reach out. Uh it's my joy and my pleasure to train people in into uh the heartness system and into other modalities that go perfectly well with this work. Uh we know that uh we're if we're in this journey, we're seekers and we're we're in this healing journey or reaching for, you know, what is the next level of our journey. Um, I I truly enjoy and love walking this uh this path with you and guiding those that that need more. So I am here for you and uh I look forward to doing this together and to seeing you around the Coherence Meditation Gym or any other place where we coincide and uh share a beautiful beautiful our beautiful heart connection together. All right, till then, I will see you soon and remember to always come back to your heart. Bye for now.
