[0:27]hello Sunshine people and welcome back to the second episode of the Anti Brainrot podcast. I cannot believe I'm already recording the second episode. This is scary. It's still scary. I'm just gonna repeat myself from what I said in the first episode. I'm still really nervous. And I don't know on which episode it's gonna get better. We'll see. I've been kind of procrastinating doing this for a few hours now. I initially didn't even wanna record this podcast now because I've been playing with the lighting setup. I wanted to have this really great setup. If you're watching the video podcast, you're gonna see I want to record back there in my room. And I was just gonna do a quick light setup, and that took me two hours, that quick setup. So I was like, well, you know what? If it's not perfect, then I cannot record. But no, first lesson of this episode, guys, we all, if you are a perfectionist like me, we need to drop that, okay?

[1:23]We, we need to drop that because I cannot always wait until the moment is 100,000% right to start something. Because if I listen to that, I would maybe record like one episode a year, but you know what's better than perfection is just doing it and learning by doing and getting better slowly. And that is also okay. And that is what I'm telling myself, and that is what I'm doing with this podcast. I'm so happy you tuned back in. I really hope you like the first episode. I'm just gonna give you really quickly some updates. I was thinking about if I'm like allowed to do this, give you my personal life updates that are kind of like mundane and boring, maybe on this podcast, and not instantly jump into the value part. But then I was like, you know what? Actually, this is my podcast. Like this is my form of media. I create this, so who makes the rules? Like I can I can actually say whatever. I can talk about whatever. So I'm gonna give you a really exciting update. I went to my first ever brand event, to my first ever influencer event. It was so nice. It was really nice. It was a Reformer Pilates class. It was also the first time I tried Reformer Pilates. It was very influencer. You know what I mean? I've never tried Reformer Pilates. In my head, it was like, oh, it's so girly and trendy, but you know what? Why was I hating on girly and trendy? Girly and trendy is cool. I'm not gonna hate on that anymore. I don't know what's what what was wrong with me. I love it now. Love reformer. Love like I just love it now. Little disclaimer, if you hear voices or screaming in the background, that is my brother gaming in his room, as you know, I still live at home. My brother loves gaming, and my brother loves screaming at his computer while he's gaming. So that is that. Don't be confused. Second big update is that I'm doing a podcast cover shooting tomorrow with my friends. I booked a studio for two hours. It was pretty cheap. I booked a studio. I grabbed my boyfriend and two of our friends, and we're all gonna go to the studio tomorrow and we're gonna shoot a cover for this podcast. So as I'm recording the second episode, the first one isn't even out yet. I think I wanna record three episodes or something before I even start the podcast just so I can ensure that I'm being consistent with it. And don't like drop of of the face of the Earth after the first episode, you know? So I'm really planning ahead here, anyways. We have that shooting tomorrow. I have such a good vision. I'm not gonna explain it to you right now 'cause I don't think you'll get it, just 'cause I cannot explain it. But we have that tomorrow. Super excited. Love going to like photo studios. I love the vibes in there, the atmosphere in there. I'm really, really, really excited. My friend has this really good camera. I'm super excited on how it's gonna turn out, and it's gonna bring me one huge step closer to actually launching this podcast. And then actually seeing how you guys will react to it. It's super scary, man. I feel like I need to perform all the time. I have this again, my perfectionism. Oh my God, I feel like I cannot fully be myself on here because I feel like I need to be a a like optimized version of myself. Like 100% optimized version of myself in order for you to listen. Like I think short form content, being a short form content creator, has literally fried my brain. 'Cause I've learned so much about like attention span, hooks, that now that I'm doing long form, I'm like, oh my God, I haven't said any like hooking interesting thing for a minute. Like is anyone even listening still, actually, if you listen to these podcast, I genuinely love you because I cannot wrap my head around that people will listen to me talk for that long. Crazy. I hope you will listen to this. Well, anyway, let's get into today's topic, which is fitting to the beginning of this new year, how to change your reality. Now, I brought my notes with me again. If if you watch this as a video, this is my favorite notebook. And I always handwrite all the notes because it takes me so much longer, but I just like the vibe of it. I don't wanna sit here in this video with my laptop in my hand or my phone in my hand. I wanna sit here with this beautiful journal that I have handwritten all my notes into. So to get into the topic of today's episode, how to change your reality. I want you to honestly answer this question. Do you even realize that you can literally create any reality you want? And I know you've heard this before, 'cause if you listen to this podcast, you're in kind of the same bubble as I am on social media, probably. You hear everybody talk about how to change your life, like 2026 rebrand. Let's be our best selves. Like let's change your life, but do you actually get that you can create any reality you want to paint your better picture? Imagine tomorrow you would suddenly decide for yourself that trees are blue. Like all trees are blue. You decide that for yourself, and you actually believe that. Like you actually you go through the streets, you look at all the trees, and the color of the trees in your brain is just blue. They're not green. They're not orange or yellow. They're always blue, okay? So whenever someone asks you, 'cause that happens so often, right? Whenever someone asks you, what color does this tree have? You will say blue, 'cause it to you, it's blue, okay? You just you just set that in your head. They are now blue in your reality. Like, you know what I mean? And nobody can change that in your reality, in your perception of the world. All the trees are blue now. Think about it. You had to learn everything on this planet, okay? My favorite book is kind of fully about that. It's called The Four Agreements. It's great. Give it a read. I feel like I've posted so much about it. It's annoying. They've even sent me copies of it because they've seen all my posts about it. So I love this book. Like, I genuinely love this book, and it talks about this, basically. You come into this world fully new, right? You're a newborn. You don't know anything. You're kind of a blank canvas.

[7:47]And then the older you get, all these rules are introduced to you. First, you get introduced to the rules of what sounds you have to make with your mouth to convey a certain message, right? You have to learn the rules of your language. You have to learn a language. Then you learn how to behave. What is good? What is bad, depending on your culture? What are your mannerisms? What do you eat? How do you act when you eat? What is polite? What is impolite? You don't just have that understanding when you're born. You learn all these rules. The book is calling it you're kind of being domesticated. You think about it as if you're like this wild animal and then you come into a household, which is our world, and you get domesticated. You kind of learn all these tricks, and you learn you learn where to go to the toilet and what to eat, and what to do, and what not to do, and when to go out, when to stay at home, when to sleep, when to eat, everything, right? So that is what I mean with our reality is created. That is also why it can be, I would say, almost impossible or very frustrating to have a debate with people who are very radical. Because in their head their opinion is the reality. You will not change their opinion, because their opinion is genuinely how they perceive the world, and it's gonna be super hard to change their reality if they're not open to it.

[9:19]That is why all these debates you may be see like they don't budge. They don't budge, 'cause it's just their reality. You know what I mean? Like, it's crazy to think about opinions can become beliefs, and then these beliefs will be the borders to your reality. And kind of the glasses you put on, and you see the world through through them.

[9:53]So after all of this, I think we can all agree that our mind and our mindset paves and shapes our life path. It shapes how we interact with people. It shapes what we think is good or bad. It shapes what we think our goals should be, our aspirations should be, how we think of other people. Everything. Another way to call these glasses that you perceive life through is your belief system. This that is also what The Four Agreements book talks a lot about. You come into this world as a blank canvas, and then through all the domestication that you get, like all the rules and societal standards, and everything you're being introduced to, you build this belief system. I believe this is good. I believe this is bad. It goes for all outer things on the outside world, like, I believe this is good. I believe this is bad. But it also goes even more actually for you on the inside. You build this belief system about yourself, like, I believe I am a happy person. I believe I am a sad person. I have the belief that my favorite color is red, and this happens very early on. Basically, once you start understanding the opinions of others and what other people tell you about yourself, because as you're growing up, you are very vulnerable. So when you're in school and you constantly get a bad grade in math, you will start to have the belief of, oh, I am just not good at math. I have that. I just have that belief in myself. I'm not good at math. Have I ever really tried? No, because after I had that belief in myself, it kind of kept me from really trying because, oh, I already know this about me. I'm not good at math. It's part of my identity. So I will not even try, you know what I'm saying? But is it really true? Is it still really true? I don't know, or is it just true 'cause I always act on it? Because it is such a deep belief in my head. You know what I mean? Same goes for if you believe you are ugly. You will be unsuccessful. You will never find love. News flash, you probably are all those things, because your beliefs shape your path in life. These beliefs will all find a way to fulfill themselves. Like you have these glasses on. Therefore, you will only see how you're ugly, and how you're unsuccessful, and how you will never find love. But if you change those beliefs, if you put the glasses on that are like, I'm super successful, and I will find love, you will see through those glasses. I hope all of this is understandable. And I am saying these things in a way that is understandable. I feel like I'm just rambling. Like, I feel like all it's super incohesive what I'm saying. It's super new to me just talking for that long. But we're gonna get into the how. Like you're probably asking yourself, okay, you're talking about how great it is to change your reality, and how our reality is built. But you probably tuned into this episode either because you wanna hear my angelic voice or because you want to know how to actually change your reality. So we're gonna get into that in a second, but first, before we talk more about that, I'm gonna give you my credentials, okay? Who the fuck am I even to talk about this topic? Who is this girl? What is she yapping about? Should I even listen to her or should I just shut this episode off and throw my phone away? That is for you to decide. I'm gonna tell you a bit about my last year. Because I would say, so beginning of 2025, I get together with my boyfriend in what I would say is my dream relationship, my dream partner. And I can genuinely confidently say that I manifested that relationship for years and years and years. I actually this is crazy, and I'm not gonna stop talking about this story anytime soon. I actually found an old journal entry as I was going through my old journals with my boyfriend, and I was like, oh, look, it's like a letter to my future boyfriend. 'Cause I I used to write, um, letters to my future boyfriend or whenever I would have like a thing with a boy, I would take out my journal, and I would write down all the things. And I would be like, okay, would my boyfriend really treat me like this? Like would this really be the situation with my boyfriend? And then I would basically write down what I deserve and what relationship I want to be in. So I find this old journal entry that I've written like, maybe two years ago, okay? And it says a love letter to my future boyfriend, and in that love letter, mind you, I had no person in mind. I had no specific person in mind that I wrote this to that I knew at the time. But I I was writing this to the person I was envisioning to become my boyfriend.

[14:59]So I was writing like, I'm so full of love, and I love how we support each other, and I love how we have these reading dates together, and I love how we cook together, and sing in the kitchen together. It was a whole page just filled with a love letter of appreciation to my future boyfriend, and I'm sitting there reading this to my boyfriend, and I'm genuinely stunned because it was like reading a love letter to him.

[15:27]All of the things in that love letter to my future boyfriend came true. Like I could have just taken that letter and given it to him, and all these things would have been true that I was envisioning. Isn't that crazy? And the most crazy part to me is at the end of that letter, I wrote, and I have a feeling that I will be reading him this letter one day. And I read this out loud to my boyfriend. I look up at him and I'm like, oh my God. I feel like I just time traveled. I feel like I just had a conversation with my younger self, because what do you mean I I basically predicted this exact moment sitting on my bedroom floor with my boyfriend.

[16:14]Reading him my journal entry. I basically predicted it, wrote it down on my journal, and then it happened. That is my biggest, biggest, biggest proof of manifestation, because what do you mean I envisioned it? I wrote it down. I kept believing in it, and then it happened in my reality. Like the reality that I created in my head then manifested into being my physical reality. Isn't that crazy? It is crazy. So I basically always knew that this relationship was gonna happen because I kept believing in it, and I kept telling myself for years and years and years. This is what I want, and I truly strongly believe that I deserve it, and I'm gonna get it. So this is one of my credentials and like my biggest reality shift in 2025. The other one is my social media growth. In 2025, I grew over 500,000 followers across my social media platforms. And why that happened is because I believed in it. I kept learning and improving, testing, improving my skills, always, always, always learning new things and applying new things, and I kept showing up.

[17:33]Believe in it, always learn and improve and always show up, be consistent. Those are the three main things in my opinion that will make or break. That will determine if you achieve your goal or if you don't achieve your goal. Because for every goal, you just have to believe in yourself and show up again and again and again and again. The moment of realization that actually inspired this whole podcast episode is this new girl I met through social media. So I've been following her for a while, even before I started creating, and then a few months ago, we connected and we started we started texting, and we met up, and we had this beautiful talk. And our visions and our aspirations actually really align, and what we do and our wise are very similar. So we were very on one level, and I came home that night, and I just sat down, and I had this realization that I am now on the same level, on the same kind of frequency as the people that I once admire, or still admire. I still very much admire her. But I am now on that same level on that same frequency as her because I changed my reality. Like I feel like I saw what was possible, and I saw the people that I aspire to be like and that I want to be like, and I took the action, and I did the change, and put in the work, and now I am connecting with these people. And I'm meeting beautiful people through social media, and creators follow me back that I have admired for super duper long. Like Jay Shetty. Like Jay Shetty followed me back a few months ago. Jay Shetty, if you don't know who Jay Shetty is, please like stop listening to this podcast right now, type in his name and then listen to one of his podcast episode because he has one of the greatest podcasts ever, and is just such an inspirational human being. So what I'm trying to say is that all of that basically showed me that whatever you see out there, okay? Whatever success you see, whatever people you see that do something, that is basically just prove that it's realistic, that it is within reach, because it exists in our physical world. I love the quote that goes like, how unrealistic can it be? Other people have it. I love that. First of all, it's super sassy, that's why I love it. But second of all, it is so true. Don't view other people's success as a threat to your own, but view it as an inspiration and as a vision of what is possible in this world and in this lifetime.

[20:34]Like you can become like all those people you admire, you have it in you. I truly believe that. Especially if you listen to podcasts like that. Like the fact that you follow me probably, the fact that you're interested in anti-brain rot, the fact that you're taking the time out of your day to listen to this podcast is showing me that you are one of the people that can get to that point of the people they admire.

[21:05]Everybody started from zero. I'm acknowledging that there is certain privileges people have. I'm fully acknowledging that. But everybody kind of that created something of their own, had to create that from zero, even if they had help. They had to create that from zero. What I'm trying to say is, you can very much build something out of nothing, and I believe that, guys. It is time now to get into the juicy part, the part of the podcast episode that is the reason why you're all here, why you clicked on this episode. How Titana, how do we change our reality? Well, I'm super duper happy you asked. This is my perspective on this. I am not a crazy expert, okay? On everything.

[21:56]I just feel like I have to give a disclaimer because there is different approaches to this, and there is a lot more to this than I can like saying this one podcast episode. But this is how it makes sense in my head and how I have experienced it personally on how to change your reality. So before we get into the how, we need to be on the same page, okay? So let's do a little recap real quick. We all have beliefs, okay? We all think this is good, this is me, this is you, this is green, this is yellow, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. We all have beliefs. Those beliefs build our belief system, also I would say called mindset. It is kind of the filter through which we perceive the world and ourselves, and we need to agree on that everything starts with a thought. Everything you see around you, literally take a look around you, if you're watching this on your phone, listening to this on your phone. Like your phone once was just a concept in someone's head. The chair or the bed or the floor you're sitting on was at some point just an idea in someone's head to create. So now that we're all on the same page, and can all agree that basically our whole reality and everything around you starts with thoughts and mindset and beliefs. We're gonna get into the how to change your reality. I have teased this part for so many times now. Super sorry, but we're actually gonna get into it now. So, if your reality is basically just thoughts and beliefs in some way, then I have four steps for you to follow. This is just one method that you can like do right now, and that you can have in your head as kind of like a core concept on how to kind of change your reality. This is not everything there is to it, but I would say this is very much a first step. So this practice on how to change your reality is gonna be changing a belief or changing your beliefs. Because that's where everything starts. In order to be successful, you have to believe that you can be. In order to be beautiful, you have to believe that you are. So everything stems from the beliefs. So there is four steps on how you're going to change your beliefs and therefore your reality. Step number one, identify and acknowledge the belief. Now, there are some beliefs that we are very much aware of, but there are other beliefs that are so deeply anchored in us that we are super unaware of, or that maybe we have pushed down so much, that it is kind of hard to grasp them.

[24:41]I'm gonna give you a little very, very personal example of this. I used to be super insecure about my nose. And I had this core belief, I'm gonna do a whole another episode on insecurities where I'm gonna dive into this way more. So I had this belief very deep within myself that I was unlovable because of the shape of my nose. Now that I say it out loud, it sounds super silly, but genuinely it was a belief so deep down within me. I called myself a very confident person, and I genuinely believed at that time that I was very beautiful, and I wasn't even aware that I have such a belief within me. Like that is what I mean with some beliefs. They're so deeply hidden inside you, 'cause you just press them down, and it's such a core belief. Yeah, I would call them core beliefs, maybe even. Maybe that's a bit dramatic. I don't know. That they're super hard to even like find, identify and acknowledge. I just wanted to give you this example because like, step number one, identify and acknowledge the belief. It sounds so silly, and it sounds like, oh yeah, whatever. Like, obviously you have to identify the belief, but that's what I mean by it. Like some beliefs are not that easy to identify, or some beliefs are maybe even disguised as something else. So that is basically what I mean by that. Step number two, on changing your beliefs is cross them out. Okay. For this whole exercise, basically, I think one really good way to do this is to get out pen and paper and actually write the beliefs down. So after we did that, you wanna cross them out. You wanna do some physical form of rejecting the belief. You could put on a paper and burn it with your friends. That'd be super fun. You could write it down on the list, and then cross that belief out. Like physically do something to tell yourself, I'm crossing this belief out. I'm rejecting this belief. Step three, replace the belief. You want to replace the negative belief with something positive, because if you don't have a replacement for the belief, it's just gonna keep coming back. And it needs to be something that actually makes sense for you. So let's take my example to show you this. I will take my insecurity about my nose. Okay. So I will write down on a piece of paper. I think my nose makes me unlovable.

[27:20]I identify the belief and I acknowledge it. Then I take a big fat red pen, and I cross it out, and I burn it. 'Cause what even is that silly belief? Like I cannot believe I've had that for so long inside of me. And I genuinely believe that. It makes me so mad, and it makes me so sad to think that probably a million other people think that about themselves. Like it's so silly, but it affects us so much. Like it it it sounds so silly, but it is not. It is very serious, anyways. Let's not lose the topic here, sorry. I keep jumping from topic to topic. That's kind of how my brain works. So I cross my belief out, and now I replace it. So I write something like, I believe my nose makes me a very unique, it shows that I'm strong, it matches my personality. So therefore it makes me even more lovable, because it kind of represents my personality, and I love my personality. You know what I mean? You gotta put something as a replacement that you can really get like, get behind, and that you can really believe. It's just gonna be harder for you to even wanna get rid of the belief if you don't find a good replacement for it. Step number four, and the last one, is to repeat and always focus on the belief. If you just write it down once, it's it's not gonna work. We're talking about mindset. This is not just a list you're making. The list is just the physical form. But after that, I want you to either always write the affirmation in your journal. For me, it would be like, I love my nose. My nose makes me so unique. Blah, blah, blah, blah. Or you could also take a little sticky note, put it on your mirror somewhere where you see it all the time. You need to train that thought, that belief, like it's a skill, like it's a muscle. I kind of view thoughts as muscles. I don't know if this is like scientifically correct to say. Probably not, but this is just in my own imagination, okay? And maybe it's gonna help you guys. Whatever thoughts you focus on, they will become bigger. Whatever you pay attention to, it will become bigger in your head. So we're gonna focus on it, we're gonna repeat it, we're gonna talk to ourselves in the mirror, and gonna say it to ourselves in the mirror, and then eventually it's gonna grow and grow and grow. And even if you don't believe it the first 10 times you say it, the first 20 times you say it, the first 50 times you say it, a hundred times. I don't care. Keep repeating it. Keep focusing on it. Whenever you feel down, whenever you feel that other belief creeping back into your head, I want you to actively replace it with that new belief you just said for yourself. Because you gotta train this like a muscle, guys, especially if you're trying to get rid of a belief that was so deep within you. Like genuinely, I still struggle with my nose sometimes. I still feel super insecure sometimes about my nose, about the shape of my nose. Because it has just been such a like core belief for so long that it's not that easy to get something like that just out of your head. It's not just gonna work like that. So don't expect it to just work in an instant. If it does, great for you. Let's go. But if it doesn't, don't be discouraged. It is totally normal. I want to kind of give you some examples and tell you how this reality change worked for me in this past year. I'm just gonna I think focus on this past year because I had such like milestones there with my relationship and my social media growth, and therefore like my career growth. So, I would say for me, this might sound a little bit cheesy, but I really don't care. I've always had this core belief that I will achieve something great and do something great in my life. I've never questioned that. I always knew I'm going to get to a point where I'm so successful and fulfilled. And I'm not there yet. I still have this belief that I'm gonna do something so great and I don't know yet what it's gonna be, like what my my life project, like the thing that leaves an imprint on this world, is gonna be. But I have just this deep knowing and believe that I'm going to create something with a very big impact now. This might sound a bit like arrogant and like I'm full of myself, but genuinely like, okay, then so be it. It's my belief, and I would say that's what has got me here. So I'm very grateful for that belief. When I started social media, it was kind of out of an intuition. I'm a big believer. I'm a big lover of intuition. I love intuition so much, especially if you're a woman, and we have such strong intuition, and it's such a beautiful thing thing. Our bodies, I really believe that as women, especially men also, but I'm just wanna say for women especially, our bodies are so wise. I really believe that, and our intuition is super strong. Like think of like mother's intuition, you know, like mothers like reflexes or something like that kind of thing. And genuinely, all my really good decisions that have like leveled me up quite a bit in my life, have come from a little intuition, a little voice in me, like nudging me towards it. But intuition alone will not change your life, okay? You have to listen to it and follow it. So that's what I did. I was like, I mean, I talked about this more in my in my first episode, my last episode, but it was like three years ago. I was on a trip with my mom, and I had just this big, big, big feeling of like, you know what? I should totally start social media now. So I blocked everybody, and I started social media, and I just kept posting and kept posting and kept posting. And then I started loving it so much that I took it really seriously for myself. So I would watch a lot of videos, listen to a lot of podcasts on like how to grow on social media. Social media tips, social media strategy, like success cases, all of these things. And because I took it seriously, and because I was consuming so much content of like coaches and people that gave advice that are like genuinely so believing in like, you can do it. Like every video that I watched that was like social media advice basically told me, you can do it, and here's how to do it. And that is basically what I was surrounded by. And because I took it seriously, and I was so surrounded by people, even if it's online, that just believed in that what I'm trying to do is possible, I had this mindset shift from, I want to be a content creator to I am a content creator. And now this might sound very minuscule, but this is actually such a fundamental, important shift. You're gonna feel this mindset shift instantly if you tell it to yourself. Take anything you wanna achieve, okay? Let's say you wanna eat healthier. Notice the difference of you telling yourself, oh, I cannot eat sugar. I am trying to eat healthier. I have to eat healthier. That versus I am a person that eats healthy. I am a healthy person that prefers healthy foods. I am a person that doesn't eat sugar. Like, do you notice what a big difference it makes in like how you feel in your body when you go from, I want to, and I have to, and I can't to, I am? Like make whatever you're trying to do part of your personality. That is the biggest shift I've had for content creation, I would say. From being like, I want to be a creator to, I am a creator. I have just got this question recently when I did like a Q&A on Instagram. Someone asked me, how do you stay consistent and motivated with content even if you don't feel motivated or even if you feel low or down? It is because I have this belief now that I've made part of my identity that I am a content creator. That is why it's not hard for me to stay consistent, 'cause it's like a routine. It's like me brushing my teeth every night. That's also like a belief. Like I have this belief I need to do this every night, so I don't even question it because it's it's it's just something we are so used to. It's so part of our routine. And it's the same for me with content creation. Like it is my job now. It is what I do now, and I just do it. You know, I cannot describe it any differently. I just make it work because I am a content creator, and I post on social media, and this is what I am successful in. Like those are my beliefs, so I show up for it. I wanna touch briefly on also a positive mindset. I feel like this is pretty given that you need to keep a positive mindset, but I just wanna introduce you into the thought of switching from a lack mindset or state of mind into a mindset of abundance. Like there is two kind of mindsets you can come from. You can do things out of lack or out of abundance. You can do things out of love or out of hate. One of my friends always ask herself this, and I love that she does this. It's the first time I've like ever heard this. Whenever she does something, she takes a step back and she asks herself, am I doing this out of a lack? Like am I maybe doing this out of fear? Or am I doing this out of a state of abundance? Like, am I doing this maybe out of love? You can apply this to a bunch of things. For example, working out, or having the goal of working out, out of a state of lack or fear. Would look like, I work out because I don't like my body. I hate my body, and I need to change it. That would be kind of like a lack mindset. But if you change that same action, and you do it out of abundance out of love, it quickly turns into I work out because I love my body and I want to be healthy, or I want to look better for myself, because I feel like I deserve it. But I still accept my body as it is right now. You see the difference? I wanna read you this little graph. You cannot see it that I found on Pinterest. This is from a site called Psychology Lab. They did such a good comparison of like scars. Oh, they call it scarcity mindset and abundance mindset. The lack mentality and the growth mentality. So the scarcity mindset believes that there is never enough for everyone, and the abundance mindset believes that there are limitless opportunities.

[38:37]Or actually, this is my favorite one. A scarcity mindset focuses on what is missing or wrong, and with an abundance mindset, you focus on what is possible and available. This is just a little comparison I found on Pinterest, 'cause I love that little graph, and I think it shows you so much the difference between those two and how you can kind of apply it and tell yourself that. I fear this episode is getting kind of long, but I still have like a lot of topics I wanna talk about. So I'm just gonna still talk about them. Maybe this episode is getting a little longer. Tell me if you have a problem with that, if you want me to make them shorter or not. I'm trying to figure everything out. Next thing I wanna get into is goal setting and vision board, especially because it is a new year, and I think this is just very trendy topic right now. Like, I feel like a lot of people are goal setting and making vision boards and everything. I just wanna note real quick that like, with goal setting and vision boards, you are not going to change your reality by just taking pretty pictures or setting surface level goals. No. You gotta feel it, okay? You gotta feel it to change your reality. That is what manifesting is all about, which also plays into changing your reality. Because if you want something, you can manifest it. I can make a whole another episode about this. It is kind of of all of this is super complex to me, and I feel like these topics all go so hand in hand that I don't really know how to separate them, or like not talk about one if I talk about the other. You know what I mean? So the basics of manifesting, how I understand it and how I use it, is that if you want something, you want to put yourself on that same frequency as that thing, and you wanna act like the person that already has that thing. So you cannot just wish for something, and then expect it to happen. You actually have to do something. My favorite analogy for this, and I don't remember where I heard it, but I think I heard it in some kind of interview, is when you pray to catch the bus. You don't pray to catch the bus and then walk really slowly. You pray to catch the bus, and then you run. Does that make sense? Like, you cannot just put a pretty picture on your vision board, or write down a nice goal you have, and then expect it to happen, because, oh, manifestation is real, and you know, magic. No, you set that goal. You put yourself in that state of having that goal, and then you do something for that goal. For example, with posting on social media, it would be I set myself the goal that now, I want to get to 500,000 followers on Instagram. So I think to myself, okay, what would I post if I would have 500,000 followers on Instagram? What strategy would I have? What business moves would I be making? How would I be talking to my followers? Blah, blah, blah. There's so much to it. And then I show up as that person, and I already put myself in that frequency of having that reach. You know what I mean? And this goes for every goal. When it comes to changing your reality, I think there are also some common blocks that people have. Some that came to my mind, or that I've dealt with is fear of success and change. I talked about this in some video of mine, I think. Some people say they want to change, but then they don't wanna change because they're afraid of change, because it would mean that you would have to let go of an identity and version of yourself that you're maybe not ready to let go of. I think some people actually also want to be successful, but they kind of fear of how their life would change if they would actually get the success they've been wishing for. Because it would change things in your life, and then you do have to let go of some old things that maybe you find a lot of comfort and safety in right now. Also, most of the times, big parts of our identity make us belong to certain groups that maybe then we cannot relate with anymore, and we have to give up the safety of those groups. Let's say, I don't know how realistic this scenario is, but let's say you have a group of friends that don't go to the gym, and they make fun of everybody that goes to the gym. And it's really fun with them. You have your funny jokes, and you have your like emotional and social safety within that group. Now you have the goal to become better. You wanna change, and you wanna go to the gym. You wanna work out, and you wanna have a really healthy body. Now, changing that, taking that change, being successful in that goal, would mean that you would probably have to give up your belonging to that group of friends.

[43:31]Does that make sense? I don't know if there is a group of friends out there that makes fun of people going to the gym. But you know what? We're so many people on this earth. I bet everything you can imagine there is. Let's get into what can you do? Some actionable steps, besides the little journal exercise I gave you on how to let go of limiting beliefs. I wanna give you some more steps that I do, and that you can do, that will also help kind of manifest these changes, new beliefs, new reality into your life. One thing I always do every night and every morning that actually, I don't think I've ever talked about on the Internet. And I think the only person I actually told this to is my boyfriend. So this is very exclusive information for you now. I just talk to myself in the mirror every night, every morning. I believe it's called mirror work, but that could also be something else. So don't take my word for that, but basically every night before I go to sleep, I look at myself in the mirror, and I go, you're so beautiful. You are going to achieve all your goals. You are so beautiful, smart, talented, successful. Basically, I take everything I've kind of had doubts about that day, and I tell myself a positive affirmation for it instead in the mirror. So if I felt really ugly or insecure that day, I would look into the mirror and tell myself, you are so beautiful. I love your nose. I love your lips. Your hair looks gorgeous. You're glowing. Your skin is beautiful. You're enough, just how you are, and then I go to sleep. And I also do that in the morning. I basically do that whenever I'm alone in the bathroom, and there is a mirror. I always give myself a little kiss in the mirror, because you know what? I deserve it. You can also journal. Journal is a huge thing. I'm a huge advocate for journaling. I to be like full transparency, I'm not really consistent with journaling right now, and I really wanna get better because there was a time in my life where I would journal every morning and every night. It's not the time in my life right now, but I really hope it will be in the future because I genuinely love journaling so much. So basically what I would do in high school, I would do this really consistently in the morning before school. I would sit down, take like 10 minutes to write in my journal, and I would do a morning intention. So basically I would kind of paint a picture of how I want my day to be. So I would write down, I am such a loving and beautiful and kind person today. I will talk to people with so much kindness. I will have so much patience. Basically, I will set all my intentions, and I would create that space for me to feel that way. Does that make sense? And I feel like you can apply that to anything. So, sunshine people, this is everything I have for you today. I planned on doing like a little Q&A section in every in the end of every episode. So I will just take like little Q and A's from my Instagram, and I will answer them in the podcast at the end of every podcast. But the thing is, last episode and this episode, also, I've been talking so much, and I feel like I've been talking for so long.

[46:51]I think I'll just do a whole episode that's like Q&A or advice session or something like that. I think that would be really nice. Just so you know, it's coming in the future, anyways. I really hope you enjoyed this 2nd episode of the Anti Brain Rot podcast. I can already tell that podcasting is gonna be my new favorite thing, and I cannot wait to launch this. I cannot wait to like see your guys' comments, reactions. I can also not wait to get better at this, and feel like my like sentences are actually making sense, because I'm super nervous, and I'm so focused on saying the right thing, that I kind of now have a blackout where I don't remember what I said for the past hour, which is fine. I'll get better at that again. I'm letting go of my perfectionism, and I'll just trust in the process that I'm learning as I go, because I'm telling myself to believe that I am a good podcaster. Period. Just set that belief for myself. I love you so much, and I will hopefully see you in the next episode, or somewhere else on the internet. Have a great day. I love you so much. Bye.
