Depression, Bipolar & Ayahuasca

[0:00]wanted to ask you about depression and ayahuasca. I've read many things about how it could make your depression and anxiety worse. And if you or a parent has been diagnosed with bipolar, not to sit with the medicine. I've done very small amounts of psilocybin and didn't feel much during, but the next day felt a little down.
