[0:00]Throughout my 60 kilo weight loss journey, this was one of my favorite low calorie and high protein meals I ate all the time that honestly made losing weight so much easier.
[0:07]Add egg whites to a pan on medium heat and once it's nearly cooked, place a low calorie tortilla on top for 2 minutes, then use a plate to flip it on the other side.
[0:14]Then add all purpose seasoning and chili flakes or your choice of seasonings.
[0:17]Now add spinach to one half of the wrap followed by ham or turkey, sliced tomato and low fat cheese.
[0:23]Flip the empty half over, press down on it and let the bottom of each side get nice and crispy.
[0:27]Drizzle on your favorite low calorie sauce and that's it. Enjoy and follow for more.
