Ye Mushrikin ya kisi bhi Insan ke ikhtiyar mein nahi hai ki apni janib se kisi halal karda cheez ko haram kar de aur kisi haram karda cheez ko halal kar de. To is Ayat ka nuzul hua Inna ma harrama alaikumul maita wa dam wa lahmal khinzir aur is mein char cheezo ko ginwaya Allah ne. Char aisi cheeze jo haram hain. Murdar, maita wa dam, behta hua khoon. Dekhiye Shariat ka hukm hai ki ek qatil agar Islami hukumat kayam hai tabhi ye hai. Ye Islami hukumat ka kaam hai, koi aam Insan uthkar nahi kar sakta. Wo kya hai ki ek shakhs ne kisi ka qatl kar diya. Toh ab ye jo qatil hai wo saza ka mustahiq hai. Toh usko saza kya di jaayegi? Shariat ne bataya ki usse qisas liya jaayega yaani use bhi qatl kiya jaayega. Isne Insani jaan ka ehteram nahi kiya aur qatl kiya isne na-haq. Toh fir is shakhs ko bhi ye is ye isi saza ka mustahiq hai ki isko bhi qatl kiya jaayega. Toh ise qisas kehte hain. Fir is mein aur bhi yani mukhtalif pahlu hain ki Maqtool ke gharwalo ko bhi ikhtiyar diya jaata hai ya to qatil ko qatl karwa de ya diyyat le le, paise le le. Us tafsil mein main nahi jane wala. Bazahir to lag raha hai ki qatil ko qatl kiya jaa raha hai. Toh wo to mar jaa raha hai zindagi kaise hai? Lekin aap gaur kare ki jab Islami mulk ka ya kisi bhi mulk mein is tarah ka sakht qanoon hoga aur aisi sakht saza hogi ki bhai jo bhi kisi ko qatl na-haq karega usko usko bhi qatl ki saza di jaayegi, usse qisas liya jaayega. Toh aise aisi sakht saza ko dekhkar wo shakhs jo qatl karne ka irada rakh raha hoga Wo baaz aa jaayega. Yaani qatil, qatil nahi banega, maqtool, maqtool nahi banega. Toh kya hoga ki pure muashre mein, puri society mein ek amn o aman qayem ho jaayega.

Toh aap nafs ko control karne ki practice kar rahe hain aur jab Insan apne nafs ko control kar leta hai toh wo bahut si buraiyo se bach jaata hai, bahut se gunaho se bach jaata hai aur khud ba khud uske andar taqwa ahista ahista aane lagta hai.

[21:26]Uske baad Ramadan ke mahine ka zikr hai, Shahru Ramadhanalladzi unzila fihil Qur'an. Ki Ramadan ka hi wo mahina hai jis mein ye Qur'an-e-Kareem nazil hua. Hudal linnas jo ki tamam Insaniyat ke liye hidayat nama hai. Toh Qur'an ka Ramadan se bahut gehra taalluq hai. Isi mahine mein iska nuzul hua. Lihaza is mahine mein kasrat ke saath jo hai hum logo ko Qur'an ki tilawat aur Qur'an ko padhne aur samjhne aur uspe amal karne ki fikr karni chahiye. [22:31]Dekhen Shahru Ramadhanalladzi unzila fihil Qur'an. Ye jo aayatein chal rahi hain Ayat number 185. Balki 183 se hi Ramadan ka zikr shuru ho jaata hai. Suratul Baqarah Ayat number 183 se Ramadan ka Zikr shuru ho jaata hai aur Ramadan ke ehkamat rehte hain. Fir uske baad Ramadan mein Qur'an ka nuzul ka zikr kiya jaata hai. 185 Ayat number 185 jahan complete hoti hai uske baad fir Ayat number jo 186 hai. Wo kya hai? Us mein Ramadan ka zikr nahi hai. Kya hai? Wa idha sa'alaka ibadi anni fa inni qareeb. Ujibu da'watad da'i idha da'ani falyastajibu li wal yu'minu bi la'allahum yarshudun. Ke mere bande jab aap se mere bare mein puche to aap keh de ki main unse kareeb hoon. Main har pukarne wale ki pukar ka jawab deta hoon. Sabse pehli cheez is Ayat pe gaur kijiye. Ek guna jitna bhi gunahgar banda ho wo Allah ko ek baar bhi pukarta hai to Allah keh rahe hain main tumse kareeb hoon. Allah uska jawab deta hai. Falyastajibu li wal yu'minu bi la'allahum yarshudun. Toh meri baat manta rahe aur Iman Rakhe taaki wo seedhe raste ki taraf jaaye aur fir wo hidayat pa sake. To ye ek aham Ayat hai. Ki jab bhi mere bande aap se mere bare mein puche, aap bata de main apne bando se kareeb hoon. Jab bhi koi pukarne wala ek baar bhi pukarta hai to main uska jawab deta hoon.

[25:02]Toh upar se Ramadan ka zikr chala aa raha hai. Fir Ayat number 186 achanak se ye wa idha sa'alaka ibadi anni wali Ayat aa jaati hai. Fir Ayat number 187 se fir Ramadan ka zikr shuru hota hai aur Roze ka zikr shuru ho jaata hai. Toh shuru mein Ramadan aur Rozo ka zikr. Last mein bhi Ramadan aur Rozo ka zikr. Bas beech mein ek Ayat ye aati hai jiska bazahir Roze se koi taalluq nazar nahi aata. Aur wo yehi hai ki jab mere bande mujhse puche. Toh ulama Tafsirin ne ye nuqta bayan kiya hai ki Ramadan ke ehkamat ka zikr karte karte achanak Ye zikr karna ki jab mere bande mere bare mein sawal kare to aap kahe main unse kareeb hoon aur unki dua ka jawab deta hoon. Ye is baat ki taraf Allah ne ishara kiya ki Roze ki halat mein khususan, Ramadan ke mahine mein khususan dua ka bahut zyada ehteram hona chahiye. Bahut zyada ehteram hona chahiye ki ye wo mahina hai aur is mahine ke ye wo lamhat hain jin mein Allah Rabbul Alamin kasrat se duao ko qubool karte hain. Bahut zyada is baat ki possibility hoti hai ki hamari duayen Allah Rabbul Alamin qubool karega aur Rozedar ki dua to Allah reject nahi karta. Agar hum Iman aur Amale Saliha ke saath aur tamam cheezo ka lihaaz rakhte hue hum roze rakh rahe hain. Toh Allah Rozedar ki duao ko reject nahi karta. Toh ye ek bahut bada nuqta hai. Uske baad ehtekaf ka zikr hai. Wa antum akifuna fil masajid. Ehtekaf Ramadan al Mubarak ke aakhiri ashre mein ehtekaf karna ye Sunnat-e-Muakkada alal kifaya hai. Aisi Masjid mein ehtekaf mard karenge jahan paancho waqt ki namaz ba jamaat hoti hai. Uske baad fir mukhtalif sawalo ka jawab diya gaya hai. Aur uske baad Hajj ka bayan hai is pare mein aur Hajj ke mutalliq tafsilaat hai. Uske baad Murtad ke bare mein bayan kiya gaya. Murtad kaun hai? Uske ab aamal ka koi aitbar nahi kiya jaayega. Wa ula'ika ashabun nar hum fiha khalidun. Aur yehi wo log hain jo Jahannam wale hain, jo aag wale hain hum fiha khalidun, wahan wo hamesha hamesha rahenge. Toh itni badi saza kyu? Kyu ki wo hidayat pa chuka tha. Seedhe raste ki neemat use mil gayi thi. Lekin usne us neemat ki na qadri ki aur neemat ko tark karke wo gumrahi ki taraf khud se gaya. Toh uske liye zyada sangin saza hai. Behal uske baad fir aur bhi kai saare masail bayan kiye gaye. Paaki na-paaki ke mutalliq. Fir uske baad at talaq marta. Talaq ke chand masail bayan kiye gaye. Uske baad raza'at ka zikr hua. Wal waalidatu yurdina aulaadahunn haulaini kamilain. Ki jo maa hain wo apni aulad ko haulaini kamilain do saal mukammal doodh pilaayengi. Islam ne bachcho ke bhi huqooq ka lihaaz rakha hai ki jo doodh peeta bachcha hai uske bhi huqooq ka khayal rakha hai. Aur maao ko hukm diya gaya hai ki wo mukammal do saal tak bachcho ko doodh pilaye. Achha ye raza'at ka bhi bayan hai yahan pe aapko maloom hona chahiye. Raza'at ka kya masla hai? Jis tarah haqeeqi bhai behen mein nikah karna, shadi karna ye jayez nahi hai, haram hai. Isi tarah razai bhai beheno mein bhi shadi karna jayez nahi hai, nikah karna jayez nahi hai. Masalan do alag alag bachche, ek bachcha hai, ek bachchi hai. Aur dono alag alag maa baap ke hain. Lekin kisi ek aurat ka doodh dono ne piya hai bachpan mein. Toh ab kya hua? Ye do ye bachcha aur ye bachchi aapas mein razai bhai behen ban gaye. Toh ab jab ye bade honge toh aapas mein inka nikah karna jayez nahi hoga. Toh ye raza'at ka masla aur iske aur bhi masail hai. Uske baad iddat ka masla bayan kiya jaata hai. Walladhina yutawaffawna minkum wa yadharuna azwajan yatarabbusna bi anfusihinna arba'ata ashhurin wa ashara. Ki aisi aurat jis jis ko talaq de di jaayegi. Yaani shauhar ne talaq de diya to ab talaq ke baad wo teen haiz tak iddat guzarayegi. Iddat mein kya karna hai ki zeb o zeenat ko ikhtiyar nahi karna hai aur ghar se bahar nahi nikalna hai. Aur fir us iddat guzarne ke baad wo nikal sakti hai aur fir uske baad wo kisi aur se nikah kar sakti hai. Aur aisi aurat jiska shauhar mar gaya hai, wafaat ho gayi hai uski. Wo char mahine 10 din tak iddat guzarayegi. Uske baad hukm hai wa la junaha alaikum fima aradhtum bihi min khutbatin nisa. Ki iddat ke zamane mein jab ek aurat iddat guzar rahi ho, toh ab jo doosra shakhs hai jo nikah karne ka irada kar raha hai usse. Yaani ek shadi shuda aurat thi, use talaq mil gayi ya aisa hua ki uska jo pehla shauhar hai wo mar gaya. Toh ab wo iddat guzar rahi hai. Toh iddat ke dauran kisi doosre mard ko is baat ki ijazat nahi hai ki wo sarahatan nikah ka paigham bhej de. Han ishare kinaye mein to baat keh sakta hai, ishare kinaye mein apne nikah karne ka irada wo zahir kar sakta hai. Lekin sarahatan nikah ka paigham nahi bhej sakta iddat ke dauran. Iddat guzarne ke baad ab wo nikah ka paigham usse bhej sakta hai aur wo aurat kisi aur se bhi nikah kar sakti hai. Uske baad is pare ke akhir mein Hazrat Talut ka zikr hai.
