Both talked about killing someone or hunting someone down for Luffy if he frees them. They both are two of few characters whom Luffy himself asked to join the crew. Zoro was introduced in volume 1 of the series, while Loki was introduced in volume 111. Loki is often referred to as the demon child, while Zoro calls himself the king of hell. Both have similar eye mysteries and they both are inborn masters of conqueror's Haki. Zoro rejected Baroque Works early in the story and Loki recently declined the Holy Knights. While Zoro doesn't have any devil fruit right now, but when Oda was asked about it, he said that instead of eating it himself, Zoro would rather feed it to one of his swords.
