If someone's dealing with high levels of stress and or relationship problems, by skipping meals is going to have a major impact on their energy levels. But then when we go to a little bit deeper into that, that will also have an impact on their sleep. And if you start to have an issue with cutting calories because you think that's the fastest way to drop weight by looking at the scale weight, well then necessarily that isn't the best thing for you. Because the one thing that you're going to lose is water weight. And if it's weight loss that you're going after, what we always should be going after is body fat loss.
