[0:01]Hey guys, search from CRM chat here. And today I'm going to quickly show you how you can create multiple pipelines in CRM chat. So to do that, you need to go to custom properties and create a property which you want to use as um as a filter for creating new new pipeline. Um very often we see our customers use um industry as the property. Um so for example, here's the one I've already created. And let's say we have three industries, uh Web 3, B2B agencies and I gaming. Um just examples of industries we work with, so we click on update property and then we go to the pipeline view here. Um right now, you can see that I have just two default uh views, one of them is list, one of them is pipeline, so here's like the same. Um and to create a new pipeline, what I need to do, I need to pick industry as a filter and let's say I want to use BDB agency as I want to create a new pipeline of B2B agencies. Uh so I filter them out here and then I go here to the top right corner, and you know, I can choose whether I use list or a pipeline, but pipeline usually works much better. I want to keep uh these parameters as they are. And I want to save it for everyone. So here, uh I don't want to update the existing default pipeline view, right, but I I want to create a new, uh new pipeline, so I hit save as new view and I call it BDB agencies and I create a view. Okay, so view created successfully, and here I can see that here is my, uh, new pipeline of just BDB agencies with the same stages, and um, if I go back, right, I shouldn't forget to click reset on my default pipeline to, um, to come back to to the default view, right. So here it is. We just created a new, uh a new pipeline, which is very convenient for me to use and uh yeah, I hope it was helpful. Um have a good day.
