[0:20]Salmon. Specifically wild-caught salmon, I'll give it a 9.5 out of 10. High quantities of omega-3, which is very good for your cognitive health.
[0:30]Acai bowls. Plain acai bowls about eight out of 10, but the acai bowls that you buy in the shops, probably 3.5 out of 10.
[0:38]Blueberries. 9.5 out of 10. Very high in antioxidants. It's got a lot of healing properties. Super good for your body.
[0:46]Turmeric. In its natural form 10 out of 10. Very, very protective against body inflammation and good for your joint health. But commercial tablets, not so sure.
