[0:00]Hello and good morning everyone. For those who know me, I am Vidhi Patel from year 11. And for those who don't know me, I'm still Vidhi Patel. So, I've been, it's been one year since I've been at this school. And it has been such a wonderful year, I've found the students to be very welcoming. to ideas and new personalities. And being always inspired and surrounded by such bright students, I'm also very approachable and friendly.
[0:45]Okay. So, I come up with the weirdest fun ideas, like having a swap where we teach teachers. Or a day when you can show off and teach your weirdest inner skills to your classmates. Or even a day where you can wear boys dress up as girls and girls dress up as boys. Can you imagine Mr. Abraham in a tight dress or Mr. Behard in a pink tutu? Well, let's move on. By now, you probably know that I enjoy humor and love to talk silly. That is, uh, because what can you do when you grew up with a mom that tells you not to watch horror movies, because the ghosts might get scared. And a brother who uploads hilarious Vines on YouTube, who did not advertise them. Okay. Moving on, I can be very hard-headed when I want to be. I will try my best to defend the changes that we want to make in school. Even if there's a 1% chance, I will pursue it, especially about the trips as many of my fellow students have complained to me that we didn't have enough school trips last year. If I am elected, I will be able to request more trips for this year. Now, nobody is a perfect human being, and you saw the typo I did on one of my posters. I wrote a C instead of an S and that was a stupid mistake, but as you can see, nobody is a perfect human being and I recognize that. I will always try to find faults in myself and improve myself accordingly. And if you have any suggestions that can improve the school or myself, you are very welcome to talk to me. I will also set up a communication system, so that students that cannot or do not want to confront members directly, can communicate to us. Um, and another thing I'd like to say is, that the only thing I ask from you as a secondary is to share your thoughts, so I can make this the best year of your lives. I might not buy food, drinks, or gifts. Instead, I'm trying to plan a solution for the locker crisis, as many students have complained to me that we have not had enough lockers this year, not even enough, we haven't had any lockers. And if I'm elected, I will solve this issue and even if I'm not elected, I will try my best to help you out in any way I can, from protests to maybe, um, discussion with Miss Jenny, I will try to help you out in any way I can. Lastly, I would like to tell you, don't vote for me because I'm pretty. Vote for me because you want someone who is ready to work hard and make a change in this school. Remember, your vote is your voice. Use it wisely. And I look forward to your votes. Thank you very much.
