You can use these reports to identify bottlenecks and optimize your sales process. Moving on, we have sales activities. This category helps you monitor the activities that drive your sales, like calls, emails and meetings. You can see which activities are most effective and ensure your team is focused on the right things. Our fourth category is sales engagement. These reports give you insights into how your prospects are interacting with your sales content and sequences. You'll understand what content resonates best and when to follow up. Finally, we have product performance. If you sell multiple products or services, these reports help you understand which ones are driving the most revenue and where there might be opportunities for growth. Now let's dive deeper into some specific enhancements. We've completely redesigned our forecasting solution to provide more accurate and flexible forecasting capabilities. You can now create custom forecast categories, adjust weighting for different deal stages, and even incorporate historical data for more precise predictions. Another major improvement is our enhanced filtering and drill down capabilities. You can now filter any report by virtually any property in HubSpot, whether it's deal owner, region, or product line. And with just a few clicks, you can drill down into the underlying data to understand the details behind the numbers. We've also introduced customizable dashboards. You can now create multiple dashboards tailored to different roles or teams and arrange reports exactly how you want them. This means every member of your sales team can have a personalized view of the metrics that matter most to them. And for those who need even more flexibility, we've integrated with custom report builder. This powerful tool allows you to create completely custom reports from scratch, combining data from any object in HubSpot. The new sales analytics experience is designed to empower sales leaders and sales people with the insights they need to make data-driven decisions, optimize their sales process, and ultimately close more deals.
