Uske aakhri lamhaat ata farmaye aur aakhir mein phir ek aur Juma Allah Rabbul Izzat ne ata farma diya. Ibadat karne ki taufeeq ata farma di, Tarawih padhne ki taufeeq ata farma di. Roze rakhne, Quran-e-Majeed ki tilawat ki taufeeq ata farma di. Yeh sab Allah Rabbul Izzat ka khaas fazal-o-karam hai aur is par Allah ka khoob shukr ada karna chahiye. Allah Rabbul Izzat ne insaan par jitni ibadat farz ki. Woh Allah Rabbul Izzat ne usmein kuch ibadat ko jismani rakha hai. Kuch ko roohani rakha hai. Kuch ibadat maali hain.

Aap kisi ko keh dein apne bhai ko, behn ko, kisi aziz-o-aqarba mein se, bas theek hai main aap ki taraf se sadqa-e-fitr de doonga. Jaiz. Toh maali ibadat doosre ki taraf se karna bila takalluf jaiz. Aajkal nisf sa gandam, yaani paune do kilo laga lein, do kilo laga lein uske taqreeban Lahore ke hisaab se iska 300 rupiya banta hai. Yahi Sadqa-e-Fitr ki miqdar hai. Yeh us shakhs ke liye jo bohot boorha ho chuka ho ya beemari aisi ho, doctor ne kaha ho ab roza nahin rakh sakte, aisi soorat mein woh fidya de de. Fidya kisko diya ja sakta hai? Har miskeen ko jisko zakat aap de sakte hain usko aap fidyah bhi de sakte hain. Woh Allah Ta'ala ne Quran-e-Majeed mein jab zaroorat pesh aa jaye aapko ke hum zakat, sadqat kisko de sakte hain? Ab saare teen kilo agar khajooron ka, aajkal jo darmayani qism ki khajoorein hain, uska hisaab lagaya jaye toh taqreeban kam-az-kam 500 rupiya banta hai. Gandam ka dein toh woh 300 rupiya, har bande ki taraf se. Aur agar khajooron ka dein toh woh kam-az-kam 500 rupiya. Aur kishmish aur us se zyada mehngi, uska hisaab dukan-dar se maloom kar liya jaye, saare teen kilo kitne ki aati hai. Jo saheb-e-sarwat hazraat hain, woh ghuraba mustahiqeen ki madad zyada se zyada karna chahte hain, woh de sakte hain. Aur Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne hamein samjhaya ke yeh insaan Sadqa-e-Fitr kis par wajib hota hai? Kis par wajib hota hai? Woh shakhs jo saheb-e-nisab ho, chahe roza rakh raha ho chahe na rakh raha ho. Yeh baat qaabil-e-tawajjuh hai. Koi agar roza nahin rakh raha ghar mein, koi boorhe fard hain, mareez hain. Toh aisi soorat mein us par bhi Sadqa-e-Fitr wajib hota hai. Fitr ka ma'na roza kholna. Sadqa-e-Fitr, roza kholne ka sadqa, iftar ka sadqa. Toh yeh aisi soorat mein yeh insaan koshish kare ki Eid-ul-Fitr se pehle pehle ada kar de, Eid-ul-Fitr ki namaz se pehle pehle. Ramadan mein bhi ada kiya ja sakta hai. Lekin agar koi Eid-ul-Fitr ke baad namaz padhne ke baad sadqa kare, toh Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki ek hadees hai ki agar koi Eid-ul-Fitr se pehle Sadqa-e-Fitr ada kare toh woh Sadqa-e-Fitr hai. Aur agar baad mein ada kare toh woh aam sadqon ki tarah sadqa hai. Lekin yeh zehen mein rakhna chahiye ki chunki yeh wajib hota hai, isliye agar namaz padhne tak Sadqa-e-Fitr ada nahin kiya toh namaz ke baad bhi ada kar sakta hai, taake uska wajib ada ho jaye. Zakat ka nisab ab aajkal ke hisaab se. Woh zehen mein rakhna chahiye, kyunki yeh utaar chadhav ismein chalta rehta hai. Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne bataya ke 200 dirham ke barabar. Jami At-Tirmidhi ki hadees. 200 dirham yeh zakat ka nisab hai. Ek dirham hota hai teen gram, 62 milligram chandi.

[12:11]Jab iske aap 200 dirham ka banayenge toh yeh 612 gram chandi banegi. Jisko aap saare 52 tola chandi kehte hain.

[12:26]Aajkal, aajkal ka jo rate hai chandi ka, woh hai 2653 rupiye. 6200, 2653 rupiye yeh aaj ka rate hai. Is hisaab se agar aap saare 52 tola chandi ke paise lagayenge toh woh banenge 139,220 rupiye.

[12:58]Toh aap 139, 140 laga leejiye. Jis bande ke paas 140000 rupiya Eid ke dinon mein bachhat uske paas maujood hai, zaroorat se zaaid pada hua hai, chahe us par saal nahin guzra, us par Sadqa-e-Fitr wajib ho jata hai. Agar itna paisa uske paas maujood nahin hai, toh aisi soorat mein us par Sadqa-e-Fitr wajib nahin hota. Jab Sadqa-e-Fitr wajib hota hai toh Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne hamein sikhaya, Sunan Abi Dawud ki hadees mein hai. Ki yeh shakhs apni taraf se Sadqa-e-Fitr ada kare aur apni nabaligh aulaad ki taraf se bhi Sadqa-e-Fitr ada kare. Jo baligh aulaad hain, agar woh khud sahib-e-nisab hain toh Sadqa-e-Fitr ada kar dein. Biwi agar khud sahib-e-nisab hai, biwi ke paas agar saare saat tole sona ho toh woh sahib-e-nisab hogi. Is se kam hoga sona aur naqd paisa nahin hoga, toh aisi soorat mein us par Sadqa-e-Fitr wajib nahin hoga. Toh yeh mard apni taraf se Sadqa-e-Fitr ada kare. Apne nabaligh bachchon ki taraf se Sadqa-e-Fitr ada kare. Yeh wajib hai. Ghar mein woh mulazim ke jinka khana iske zimme hai. Jiska khana iske zimme hai, aisi soorat kafalat iske zimme hai, toh aisi soorat mein unki taraf se bhi Sadqa-e-Fitr ada kar diya jaye. Yeh Sadqa-e-Fitr aap kisko de sakte hain? Uska jawab phir wohi hai, Surah At-Tawbah ki ayat number 60. Innamas sadaqatu usmein aath masraf Allah Ta'ala ne bataye. Innamas sadaqatu lil fuqara wal masakeen wal amileena alaiha wal mu'allafati qulubuhum wa fir riqabi wal gharimina wa fi sabilillahi wabnis sabeel. Aath masraf ho gaye. Innamas sadaqatu lil fuqara. Faqeer ko aap zakat sadqat de sakte hain. Faqeer se muraad gadagar, bheek mangna jiski aadat hai, uski hausla shikni ki jaye, uski hausla afzai na ki jaye. Haan maloom hua aapko ki waqayi mustahiq hai, aisi soorat mein aap de dijiye. Faqeer se muraad Shari'at mein hai jo sahib-e-nisab na ho. Faqeer ka zid, uska opposite Quran-e-Majeed ke andar woh hai ghani. Faqeer ka opposite ghani. Ghani kisko kehte hain jo sahib-e-nisab ho. Yaani jiske paas ek lakh 40 hazar rupiya bachhat uske paas maujood ho, Shari'at usko ghani kehti hai. Aur agar uske paas ek lakh 40 hazar, 39 hazar rupiya nahin hai, toh aisi soorat ke andar woh faqeer hai. Ab aajkal 40-45 hazar rupiye bhi kamane wala, uske chand bachche, ghar ka kiraya, bijli waghera ke bill, woh nikal kar uske paas agar nahin bacha hua, ek lakh 40 hazar rupiya toh woh faqeer kehlayega is ayat ke tahet aur usko aap zakat sadqat de sakenge. Miskeen ki ta'reef, number do, miskeen, laisa lahu quut-e-yawmih, uske paas khane ko kuch nahin hai. Usko bhi aap de sakte hain. Wal amileena alaiha, number teen, zakat ka kaam karne wale. Ab ghulam nahin hote, ghulamon ko azaad karne ke liye bhi aap zakat ka paisa de sakte hain. Panch ho gaye. Number che, wal gharimeen. Wal gharimeen, qarzdaar. Jo shakhs maqrooz hai, us par qarza hai. Aur us par ek lakh 45 hazar, 40 hazar rupiye uske paas naqd maujood nahin hain aur us par qarza hai, aap usko zakat ka paisa dein taake woh qarza ada kar de. Toh aisi soorat mein yeh bhi zakat ka masraf hai, che masraf ho gaye. Wa fi sabilillah, number saat, Allah ke raaste mein jo kaam kar rahe hon. Masroof hain deen ka kaam karne par aur woh kamane ke liye unke paas waqt nahin, unke paas itni zaroorat nahin poori hoti, aap unko zakat ka paisa de sakte hain. Number aath, wabnis sabeel, musafir. Agar koi apne ilaqe mein toh maal dar hai, lekin halat-e-safar mein woh hai aur mohtaj ho gaya kisi wajah se, aap usko musafir hone ki wajah se aap usko zakat de sakte hain. Kin rishtedaron ko zakat de sakte hain? Uske liye ek usool zehen mein rakh leejiye, bohot aasaan sa. Apni nasal se oopar, apni nasal se neeche, zakat sadqat nahin de sakte. Apni nasal se oopar, maa, baap, dada, dadi, nana, nani. Apni nasal se neeche, beta, beti, pota, poti, nawasa, nawasi. Apni nasal se oopar ko aap zakat sadqat nahin de sakte. Apni nasal se neeche zakat sadqat nahin de sakte. Miyan biwi ek doosre ko zakat sadqat na dein. Iske ilawa haqeeqi bhai, haqeeqi behnein agar mustahiq hon, unko dijiye Sadqa-e-Fitr. Aur yeh zehen mein rakh leejiye ga ki Sadqa-e-Fitr dete waqt doosre ki izzat-e-nafs ka bohot khayal rakhiye. Bohot khayal rakhiye. Isliye Shari'at ke mutabiq doosre ko yeh batana zaroori nahin hai ki main aapko Sadqa-e-Fitr de raha hoon, aapko zakat de raha hoon. Yeh batana zaroori nahin. Aap usko 'eidi' keh ke bhi de sakte hain. Aap usko hadiya tohfa keh kar bhi de sakte hain. Aur yeh Sadqa-e-Fitr aap rupiye paise mein bhi de sakte hain, gandam mein bhi de sakte hain, ration mein bhi de sakte hain, kapde banakar bhi de sakte hain. Jis tarah uski zaroorat zyada se zyada poori ho, behtar se behtar aap usko Sadqa-e-Fitr de sakte hain. Lekin in rishtedaron ko de sakte hain. Haqeeqi bhai ke bete, bhatije, bhatijiya, bhanje, bhanjiya, sabko aap zakat aur Sadqa-e-Fitr de sakte hain. Yahan tak toh yeh baat hui ki Sadqa-e-Fitr kin logon ko. In logon ko hi aap fidyah bhi de sakte hain.

Sehri sunnat ke mutabiq, waqt ke mutabiq sehri khana band ki, iftar mein aapne poori sunnaton par amal kiya, din bhar namazon mein, tilawat mein, Tarawih mein sab sunnaton par aapne amal kiya, toh Allah Ta'ala taufeeq ata farmaye toh Eid ka din bhi sunnat ke mutabiq jo kal Eid ka din hai, use bhi sunnat ke mutabiq ada karne ki koshish ho jaye.
