[0:00]that is better than our state before Ramadan. At least if we are better by the end of Ramadan, then the state that we were in before Ramadan, we are successful. At least if we have improved in the month of Ramadan as far as the is concerned, we are successful. We are better than what we were before the month of Ramadan. And as I said, what happens in Ramadan, Ramadan will boost your confidence, it will boost your, it will increase your iman. There is a special power given to you in the month of Ramadan, and those people who fulfill the rights of the month of Ramadan, their is elevated. So they will reach suddenly by the end of Ramadan, they will reach the just 100%. But after Ramadan, once you have reached the peak, then there will be sometimes fall. There will be some reduction, but the reduction, the downfall should not take you to 0%. From 100% if you drop, it should be 90%, 80%, 70%. It will happen, that's natural because Shaitan has come out, he will attack. So Ramadan has trained us, Ramadan has strengthened us, with the blessings of Ramadan, we have increased 100% or whatever percentage you have increased, whatever you have overtaken. That's a blessing from Allah. Once you reach that, expect a fall after that. Expect a reduction after that, from reaching the peak, something will happen. Only the people of Allah, only the Allah will maintain it, but common people like us after Eid, there will be a reduction.

[1:47]90, 80, 70, no more than that. We shouldn't come back to where we were before Ramadan. If you can attain that and then for the coming six months, we will spend the the six months with the fear. Our heart will be trembling with the fear of Allah, shivering with the fear of Allah, we beg you, we beg you to accept our fasting. Oh Allah, we beg you and then the remaining six months. So the month of Ramadan and the five months with the fear, what if my Ramadan is not accepted? And then the monthly training, the monthly warm up before Ramadan is the three days of fasting to 13, 14, and 15 after Ramadan. That's the warm up, yes, that's the monthly warm up. Every month if we fast on 13, 14, and 15, that's the monthly warm up and daily warm up is Mondays and Thursdays. Fast every Mondays and Thursdays, that's our training. So we are remembering the month of Ramadan by fasting every Mondays and Thursdays, and in the entire month, the weekly training is Mondays and Thursdays and the monthly training is 13, 14 and 15 every month. And then six months we'll fast with the fear, what if my Ramadan is not accepted? And my that last talk was related to from the Quranic verse about the sign of the believers, when asked, Ya Allah, who are these people that they fear? Their hearts are trembling. said, no, they are pious people. But after doing good, their hearts are trembling with the fear of Allah because they fear, what if our amal is not accepted? Rather than boasting about what we did, for the six months, we will keep thinking about it, what if my amals are rejected? And the remaining six months, once again, we will be making dua, oh Allah, bless us with another Ramadan. And then we will compare this Ramadan with the next Ramadan and then with the help of Allah, we will make sure our next Ramadan is better than our previous Ramadan. Now our goal should be in the coming 10 days of Shawal, we will train ourselves in such a way, we will warm up in such a way that at least our Ramadan is better than what we were before Ramadan. And if there is a downfall, if there is a reduction in our amal after the month of Ramadan, as long as we do not become like the way we were before Ramadan, we will be successful.
