[0:09]Assalam alaikum. I hope you are all doing well. Today, our free GBOB course 2025 Module 3 is Lecture number 5. In which we will learn how to verify email addresses that you have found. But it also happens that some email addresses are closed and you send mail to them, but the mail does not reach them. How to verify these emails that these email addresses are in working condition and your email will reach someone. When I talked to a student and asked him how many emails he had sent, he said that he had sent more than 500 emails, but he was not getting any response. When I told him that next time you send emails, you have to turn on the tracker to see which emails are being delivered and which are not. It was seen that most of the emails were not being delivered. Now, if your emails are not delivered, then definitely your response rate will be very low, which will not only waste your time but also lower your motivation level.
[1:11]So, to keep your motivation level up, it is very important that your emails are delivered. So let's see how we have to filter those email addresses to whom we send emails so that they reach someone. It shouldn't happen that it gets stuck in the middle. And along with that, how you can send a large number of emails by using bulk email marketing software so that you configure it once, you will be sleeping, and it will keep sending emails. But how will it send better emails? We will see this whole process in today's lecture. In today's lecture, we have to talk about campaign building, that is, in Lecture number 3 of this module, Lecture number 3, we have created templates, now we have to set them up and automate them, we have to build campaigns. For that, we will use Sno.io today. This tool is quite good. This tool has a lot of features and a lot of control. I will teach you how to use this tool today. If you learn how to use it, then you will be able to use any email marketing tool very easily. So it is not necessary that you use this tool. You can use any other tool as well, but today I will teach you Sno so that your basics can be cleared. Remember one thing, that when you start using this tool, it may seem a little difficult to you. You may feel like, what am I doing? But I guarantee you that if you have done one, two, three automations through this tool, run your campaigns, then you will enjoy working with it. Because with this, you can run campaigns for thousands of people in one go in just 5 to 10 minutes. Before we move towards Sno, one important thing is that when we send so many emails, if many of them bounce or get blocked, why do they get blocked? Because the email accounts of the next recipients are wrong, they are not valid, then what happens is that our sender accounts from which we are sending emails get blocked.
[3:12]Our accounts get spam reported and blacklisted. So to avoid this, one precaution is very important, that whenever you run an email campaign, you must always verify the email accounts of the people to whom you are sending emails, whether they are vendors or clients. Now, how to verify email accounts? There are many email verifiers available in the market. Even Sno has its own built-in verifier, but it is a bit expensive.
[3:50]For example, the most basic package of Sno is $40. Now, for $40, they give you 1000 credits, that is, you can verify almost 12,000 email verifications for 12,000. So where you were doing 1000 email verifications for 12,000, here you can do 1500 verifications for only 500 rupees. This means that this tool is much cheaper than that tool, hundreds of times cheaper, I think. And it is also effective. And the better option here is that whether you enter emails one by one and verify them, or you add them in bulk here and verify them. Here your credits are shown, and how many emails you have verified, how many backups you have left, all those stats are shown here. So let's suppose I add my support email ID here and check if that email ID is valid.
[6:29]I entered this email address here and clicked on 'Verify Emails'. When I clicked on it, it takes a little time to verify and show the results. Any tool will take some time to verify and show the results. So it showed us the result that this email address is valid. You just have to see one thing: if 'Yes' comes after 'Deliverable' here, that means it is okay. Sometimes there is a red sign here, so you don't have to worry about the red sign. The main thing you have to see is if 'Yes' comes after 'Deliverable', then that means you can send mail to it. This is okay. Your mail will not be blocked, it will have very less chances of being blocked because it tells 99% of the results whether the email address is valid or invalid. Its accuracy is 99%. Anyway, now if you want to do it in bulk here, then what will you do? Just like I entered one email address here, you go to the next line and enter another email address info@designsvalley.com. If you go to this, then I have entered these three email addresses.
[7:44]Now when I click on 'Verify Emails', it will verify all three of them and tell me, and when it verifies, we can also export the data that we get, see, 'Download in Excel format'.
[7:58]Now look here, there is a red sign here, but here 'Deliverable' is 'Yes'. Here also 'Deliverable' is 'Yes', and here also 'Deliverable' is 'Yes'. This means that if you send emails to all these three email accounts, there are very high chances of delivery. Yes, sometimes it happens that the other person has set up some spam filters, some words, then there can be a problem, otherwise these email accounts are correct, they are not wrong. It has told you. Alright, so after the first important part, now we move towards Sno.
[8:44]And let's see how we have to set up our campaign within Sno, what steps we have to follow. So let's go back to the screen. To set up the email marketing campaign, we have to go through various stages. The very first stage is to sign up on this platform. So you will create an account on Sno.io. Some people may already have an account for lead generation.
[9:20]If not, then I am sharing its link in the description of this video, so by clicking on that link, you can sign up on this platform, and within the free account, it gives a little less limit, but for testing, for learning, its free account works. If you want to run a proper campaign, if you want to hunt clients, then you will definitely have to buy it. So the first step we have is to sign up here. My first step is already done, you have to sign up here. After signing up, the next step is Step number 2, where we have to add senders. Adding senders means that we have to add those email accounts from which we want to send the campaign, send emails.
[12:33]Those email accounts can be your Gmail account, your Outlook account, your Yahoo account, or your business email account. So whatever accounts you want to add, you can add them here. It is very simple.
[12:47]You just have to move your mouse over campaigns here, then you will see an option here, email accounts. You just click on this, and after clicking, you will see all those accounts that you have already added on this platform. All these accounts have come here. If you want to add a new account, then you just click on 'Add email account' here, click on it. Here is the option 'Gmail SMTP'. If you have a business Gmail account that you have created from G Suite, if you want to use that, then click here. If you have a personal Gmail, a simple Gmail account, then you click on this. If you have a business email account, then your business email account is associated with which hosting? Have you created it from Hostinger, SendGrid, Zoho? From whichever platform you have created the business email account, you select that platform and add your business email account here. For now, we see how to add a Gmail account. I will simply click on Gmail, and after clicking, the next option that will come will ask you to select an account from these accounts, which account you want to add.
[14:04]If that account is already present here, you just select it, give permissions to this tool, and your account will be added there. If that account is not added here, then you click on 'Use another account', click on this. After clicking on this, you enter the email account that I wanted to add here, and then you enter its password. And after that, when you click next, it will ask for permissions. When you give it permissions, that Gmail account will be added as a sender in your Sno platform. So these are very simple steps. Adding Gmail is very simple, there is no difficult thing. You have added the accounts. You can add one account, two, three, four, multiple accounts. In your free Sno account, you get the option to run the entire campaign from just one email ID.
[14:53]You cannot distribute your campaign to multiple senders. But if you have a paid account, then I will tell you later how we can distribute our campaign among multiple email accounts. That is, suppose I have to send emails to 1000 people, I will upload a list, and I have 10 email accounts added, so I will set it so that 100-100 emails are sent from each email account. It will automatically distribute it. And I can also set the daily sending limit there, that is, how many emails should be sent from a particular account on a daily basis. Now, the setting we have to do is how many emails should be sent, how much gap there should be in between. So the setting option that we have here will be this email account. For example, my email account has been added here. Now I will just click on the 'Edit' button here, and after clicking, the settings related to this email account will appear in front of me. Here is the name, that is, the name by which your mail will be sent is here, and after that, the daily sending limit is here. Now, when I click on this, and here you see, I have set the limit to 30 messages per day. You can make it 40, 50, 20, 10, it's your choice. After that, here is the delay. It will not happen that when I send the campaign, all the emails will be sent together. Google will get suspicious of that, right? Therefore, we will add a delay here. How much will that delay be? We will add a random delay. So I normally add 30 to 60 seconds here. That is, the first email was sent, after that there will be a random delay of 30 to 60 seconds, and then the next email will be sent. Then there will be a delay again, and the next mail will be sent. So in this way, our mails will be sent with a delay. After this, the third option is for signature. You can add a signature here just like you add it in Gmail. You have to add it in one place, either add the signature here or in your Gmail account. So you will add the signature in one place. After that, there is custom tracking domain, domain health. Email warm-up. Here we have the option, we will click on it, and after clicking, we will click on 'Start warm-up'. Then we have to do some settings, then our account will start warming up.
[17:10]So the complete method related to its warm-up is available on my personal channel. You can check that video named Faran Bilal. So you can go to that channel, watch that video about email warm-up, and warm up your email account.
[17:28]In a free account, you get permission to warm up one email account. If you buy their paid accounts, then you also get the option to warm up more email accounts. After that, we have an option here, which has been recently introduced, which is Unibox. In Unibox, what happens is that if you have added 10 accounts in it, then if a reply comes on any of the 10, then you just have to synchronize that email account. See, this is already synchronized. So you have to synchronize that email account with this platform. So what will happen is that whenever a reply comes, on any of the 10, then all your replies will be shown here in this Unibox section. Whatever replies you get will be shown here. After Unibox, there is BCC to CRM.
[18:20]This is not compulsory to do right now, so you simply save it, and all these settings will be saved. So the important thing here is that you must add the signature. If you have not added it in your Gmail account, then add it here for sure.
[18:38]Besides that, the daily limit must be set. So I would recommend setting the daily sending limit to 30 to 40. Do not set the mail limit more than that. Okay, so now what will I do? I will simply go to campaigns here, see here.
[18:57]Here inside campaigns, I have an option, templates, I will click on it, and when I click on templates, I will now have two options.
[19:14]The first option I have is email templates, and the second option I have is campaign templates. So I told you that first we will save email templates, after that we will move towards campaign templates. So let's come to email templates. I have already clicked on all templates, so I will click on 'Create email template' here. I will click on this. After clicking on this, I will choose the folder in which I want to save this template. So I will create a new folder here, and I will name it B2C Drip Campaign Email 01. This will be my first email.
[19:56]Sorry, let's do this, let's name the folder 'B2C Drip Campaign', then we will save the name 'Email 01', 'Email 02', 'Email 03' there. So our folder has been created with the name 'B2C Drip Campaign'. Okay, now after creating this folder, we will name it here, so I will do 'Email 01', this will be our first email. After that, the subject line will come here, after that the content will come here. What you have to do is that you copy-paste the email templates that you generated from Chat GPT. You copy the subject line from there and paste it here. So I will copy-paste the same thing here. Alright, I copied the email template, I copied the subject line and pasted it here. It is better to tell Chat GPT that it should also mention the client's name in the subject line. Because when the client's name is mentioned in the subject line, the chances of opening the email increase. Anyway, I have noted the subject line here and also noted the content here.
[21:00]Now, the best option we have here is that you see here where 'First Name' is written, I will remove it and mention 'Team' here. And after that, here I will add a variable. What does a variable mean? I will click on this and I will add 'Company Name'. Let's suppose I add this, so here, what will it do? It will automatically pick this company name and address it. From where will it pick it?
[21:28]I will show you in a while that we have to upload the sheet. That means, first we added the sender, then we have to add the email template, then we have to create the email campaign template, then we have to upload the list, then we have to run the campaign. Look, I will show you the sheet now.
[21:49]Now, we will build a sheet like this, and in this, see, the first column I have kept is 'Company Name'. The second column we have is 'Company Website', then 'DR', then 'Traffic', 'Backlinks', and here we have 'Email'. Now, what will it do in the company name? When I have applied the variable of company name, that 'Hi, Team of company name', then what will the tool do? When it sends mail to Designs Valley, then it will automatically see that it has to send mail to Designs Valley, so it will pick its company name from here and paste it there. And when it has to send mail to this company, Mrs. Downloader, it will pick its name from here and address it from there. So what is the benefit of variables? That if there are 1000 people in this list, 1000 clients, then it will pick the name of each client from the first column and then add it in that template.
[22:43]So every person will feel as if this mail has been sent only to me. It will be a personalized email. So these are your variables, just like we have added variables inside the content, in the same way, these variables can also be added in the subject line. Just like it is written here, 'What if your traffic suddenly drops?' So I will replace 'your' here. I will do this here. I will mention 'Team' here, and here I will add a variable. A variable means that I will click on this and I will add 'Company Name'. Let's suppose I add this. So here, the variable will be added from here. If you want to add it in the subject line, you add it from here. If you want to add it in the content, you add it from here. So I want to add it in the subject line here, I will click here, and here I will again select 'Company Name'. So what will come here? 'What if Designs Valley traffic suddenly drops?' When it sends mail to him, his name will come like this. And when it has to send mail to the next website, mrsdownloader.com, then what will it do there? 'What if Mrs. Downloader traffic suddenly drops?' So when mail is sent by addressing each website, by addressing the company, then the open rate will also increase, and the response rate will also increase, God willing. Anyway, we have added this variable, our email has been added. Now I will just click on the 'Save' button here, and this email will be saved here. Our first template will be saved in that folder. Now what will I do? I will go inside my templates here, I will click here. See, the folder has come to me, 'B2C Drip Campaign'. I will click on this. After clicking, one email has been saved. I have to add the next email as well, so I will click on 'Create email template' here. It has automatically picked the folder. I will name it 'Email 02'. And here, in 'Email 02', I will again add the subject line and content, and after that, I will also save this.
[24:28]In the same way, we have to save 'Email number 3' and 'Email number 4'. So after saving all four email templates, now comes the turn of the next step, where we have to set up our campaign template, we have to design it. So for that, I will go down on this page. And here, you will see, inside campaign templates, I have an option, 'All templates'. And inside 'All templates', I have all the templates available. I will click on 'Create a campaign template' here, and after clicking on this, I have this page where I can design my campaign. Now here, we have to start. See, 'Start' is written here. When you bring your mouse over this arrow, it will tell you where to start from: email, LinkedIn, condition, delay. So I will click on 'Email' here, and after clicking here, what will happen?
[25:59]Now my next email will be set up here. I will click on 'My templates', then 'My templates', after that 'B2C Drip Campaign', inside 'B2C Drip Campaign', 'Email 01'. When I select it, the written email will appear here. Now I will save it here, or I will simply cross it from here, so I have got the first email. Now what will I do? When I bring my mouse here again, now I have one more option, that after email, LinkedIn, condition, delay, Goal has also come.
[26:35]Now here I will add 'Delay'. How much delay will I add? I will add 3 days delay here. And after that, here I will again bring the mouse, and here I will click on 'Email'. Now here what will happen? Now my next email will be set up here. We are repeating the same steps. I am designing a simple, simple campaign for you. So here we will click on 'My templates', 'My templates', after that 'B2C Drip Campaign', and in 'B2C Drip Campaign', 'Email 02'. So this is my second mail, I will cross it here. This next mail has also been set up.
[27:18]Then again what will come? Here will come 'Delay'. After 'Delay', here we will again add 2 or 3 days of delay, and after that, the next step is 'Email'. These same things are being repeated by us. This is a simple, simple campaign I am designing for you.
[27:48]Here we will click on 'My templates', 'My templates', 'B2C Drip Campaign', after 'B2C Drip Campaign', 'Email 03'. And we will cross this. After that, again what will come? Here will come 'Delay'. After 'Delay', here we have to do 1 day.
[28:10]We will add 3 days of delay. And after that, the next step is 'Email'. After clicking on email here, the same steps are repeated by us. 'My templates', 'B2C Drip Campaign', and in the same way, 'Email 04'.
[28:55]Alright, so in this way, our campaign is completed here, and I can save it as a campaign template. When I click on it, it will ask me for the folder. I will create a folder here. Let's suppose, I will create a folder here with the name 'Drip Campaign'.
[29:33]And after creating the folder, I will name it here as 'B2C Drip Campaign 01', so that in the future I don't have to work too much. I will save this, and this email campaign template of mine has been saved.
[30:52]Now what will I do? I will click on templates here. When I click on templates, I will have to do one very simple task. I have to do this: I will go inside my templates here, I will click here. See, my folder has come, 'B2C Drip Campaign'.
[31:11]I will click on this. After clicking, this template is already saved. I will click on this template, and after clicking, I will click on 'Use this template'. After clicking on this, it will run my campaign.
[31:28]Now here, my system for running the campaign is starting from here. The first sequence has been set up, which we had set up the template for the campaign, it is ready. If you want to check it once again, you can check it, verify it. After that, you click on 'Next'. Now it will ask you to add prospects. So, since we have already added the list, now the step is very simple. Now we will just select our list. See, 'B2C 01 (2)'. It has two prospects in it. I will select this list. We have to run the campaign on this.
[32:04]Now here it is asking you some things, that if the prospect has multiple email addresses, send to. If a person has more email accounts, then should I send it to all of them or only to the first one? So this is your choice, whatever you want to select. I say, send it only to the first one. Do not send to. This is a very important thing, please listen carefully. Here is an option, 'Do not send to'. Who should not be sent to? Unverified emails or unverifiable (risky) emails. So we have to uncheck both of them here. Because we have already verified all the email IDs, haven't we?
[32:37]So therefore, we will uncheck both of them here. Now here, 'Skip recipients added to other campaigns', so here we will turn this on. That if someone has already been sent mail in some other campaign, then now he should not be sent mail again. So we have set this. After that, 'Do not email list name'. Here you have an option, build your own list and add it here, and this list will be of those people whom you never want to email. That is, suppose someone has told you that he never wants to receive emails from you. Suppose someone's mail that you sent was blocked. So that person should not receive mail again by mistake, for this purpose, you will add him to your 'Do not email list'. So I will currently select any list randomly here. After that, here, 'If a prospect has a missing variable'. We had added the variable 'company name'. So if a person's company name is missing, then what to do? 'Send it to the To-check list', stop it from sending mail to that particular person, or 'Send campaign anyway'. So we say, 'Send campaign anyway', let's see.
[33:34]If you want to stop him for that person, then that's also okay, there is no harm in it. Automatic deals. There is an option for automatic deals, but we are not using it right now. We will click on 'Next'. We have sending options. Inside sending options, here it says that I have added 15 accounts in this account, in this Sno account. And in my other Sno account, I have added more than 50 accounts from which we run campaigns. So here it says, 'Choose email account'. Choose the email from which you want to send the mails. So the limit of each of them is also being shown to you. So from whichever account you want to run the campaign, in the free account, you can choose any one. And in the paid account, you can choose all of them, and this tool will automatically divide the total number of emails among all these accounts. If there are 1000 emails, and there are 10 email accounts, then it will send 100-100 emails from each account. If there are 100 emails and 10 email accounts, then it will send 10-10 emails from each account. So in this way, you can select here, and I have selected one here. I have saved it here. My sender has been added. Do I need to track it or not? So remember one thing, that in today's era, when we turn on tracking, the chances of the email going to spam increase a little. So currently, avoid this. Whether you turn this on or not, Sno is already doing tracking in its own safe way. So you have to leave this. Schedule. You have to set the time, that is, I have not run the campaign yet, suppose today is Sunday, so I will run the campaign today, but it will start running tomorrow. I will design it today and turn it on from my side, but the mail will start sending from tomorrow. So I can schedule it. That on which day I want to run it, on which days I want to send mails, Saturday, Sunday, if I want to skip them, that's also fine. So whatever schedule you want to select here, you can do it. After that, there is campaign duration. So here this option is selected, you have to leave it as it is, that is, 'Stop for those who reply'. After that, here is 'One-click unsubscribe'. I definitely turn on this button because the person who doesn't like our mails, who is getting a little irritated, instead of him blocking us, reporting us as spam, which puts our accounts at risk, it is better that he sees a button above that says 'Unsubscribe'. That if you don't want to receive these mails in the future, just unsubscribe. So this option is good. It is a better thing to save your accounts. Turn this on. Complete campaign automatically. I also keep this on. Besides that, we have an option 'Provider matching'. This is a feature. Provider matching means that suppose, in the list I have uploaded, one client's account is Gmail, another's is Hostinger, another's is Outlook. So there are three different types of clients. Now I will add three senders.
[36:19]I added three accounts from my side as well, from which I have to send mails. My one account was Gmail, the second Outlook, the third Hostinger. So now what will it do? When I turn on 'Provider matching', what will it do? It will send mail to Hostinger from my Hostinger account. It will send mail to Gmail from my Gmail account, and to Outlook from my Outlook account. So when this platform matches, then the chances of delivery will increase. After that, there is an option for campaign priority, so here it is 'Medium'. In a paid account, you can choose this. In a free account, you cannot set this priority. Today, you have run 10 campaigns, but you want this campaign to run first, then set its priority to 'High'. So this will be sent first. After that, 'Campaign daily sending limit'. If you want to turn this on, that is, if suppose I have added 10,000 people in my list, but today only 500 mails should be sent. So you turn this on and set 500 here. After that, 'Sending priority' is there. That is, should I send new emails first or follow-ups first? That is, suppose, we have uploaded a list to which we are running a campaign, there were 1000 people in it. We set the limit to 100 daily. Now, today 100 mails have been sent, tomorrow 100 mails have been sent, the day after tomorrow 100 mails have been sent. Now it's the third day. In the third day, the next 100 mails also have to be sent, and the previous 100 people also have to be followed up. Now there is a clash, right? We have set the limit to 100. So what should it do? Should it send the new emails first or should it do the follow-ups first? So we can control this here. We have this control available. If you select it here, then it will be set. I will click on 'Next' here, and after clicking, now it will say that your campaign has been designed. Now just review it once. And after reviewing, after doing this, you can name it now. So I will name it here, 'B2C Campaign 01'. So you can save it according to the date here. So I named it, I checked all the settings. Now when I click on the 'Start' button, this whole campaign of mine will be sent to that list that I had uploaded. Whether there is one person in that list, or two people, or two thousand people, this campaign will be sent to all those people. And after running this campaign, if we want to check what is the progress of our campaign, then I will just click on 'All campaigns' here, and after clicking on 'All campaigns' here, here we have already run some campaigns, we can also see those campaigns here. Just like, see, these are some of our campaigns. In this campaign, mails were sent to 3185 people, 4707 mails were sent here, 544 people opened, 138 people clicked on the link, 26 people replied. All the stats are shown in front of you. After that, if you click on this particular campaign, you can also check in detail that who has unsubscribed your email, who has blocked you, who has delivered your email, who has not delivered your email. All the detailed stats will appear here in front of you. So I hope that today's lecture has been quite helpful for you, for those people who want to do more out-reaching in less time, who want to approach more clients, those people who are busy in some of their busy schedules, but they want to do this work, then for them, it is a perfect option that you buy this tool and run campaigns. So you must try this. First, try the free account, learn it. The first time, it will definitely seem difficult to you, but if you do it once or twice, then this work will seem easier to you as compared to manual work. So I hope that you will definitely try this, and after trying, you will definitely tell in the comment section whether this campaign of yours ran or not, what problems you faced, you must share that. Thank you so much.
