[0:00]Congrats, it's 2026 and this is the year when you're finally going to start that dropshipping side hustle so that you can quit your 9 to 5 and travel the world. Just like you told yourself last year, right? Okay, on a real note here, I've made over $10 million from selling simple products online since I was 18 years old. But I don't blame anyone who's been trying hard and still doesn't have much to show for it yet. Because it's not actually as easy as us influencers and gurus want you to think. The game changes every single year. And the things that worked last year, simply won't work today. And in 2026, dropshipping has evolved into a completely different game. So in this video, I'm going to explain how AI changed dropshipping forever, and then reveal to you a simple step-by-step process that you can follow to start a profitable AI dropshipping store in 2026 with just $0 as your starting budget. And yes, you don't need to spend any money to start anymore. Okay, so you probably know how dropshipping works by this point. You find a product you want to sell from a supplier that costs, let's say, $10. You go ahead and list it for $30 on a website you build on Shopify, and then when somebody comes to your store and buys the product, you pay that supplier $10 to ship the product directly to the customer, and you get to keep that $20 profit in between. It's that simple, and in theory, nothing could really go wrong here, right? Well, as you may have already found out, the business model was far from perfect. The reason you might have failed in the past is because of these three massive roadblocks that kept you from ever making any money. So the first problem is that the tech setup is much more difficult than people make it out to be. Building a store isn't just sign up for Shopify and you're done, you have to connect payment processors, integrate supplier feeds, set up shipping calculators, and make sure that checkouts actually work smoothly and are building trust with your customers. Most beginners spend easily over 40 hours just trying to get all of these moving parts functioning correctly. The second problem is that the product quality and the shipping times were terrible. Your customer would wait 30 days, sometimes 40 days for the product to arrive from China, and when it finally arrived, it was just low quality, cheap garbage, damaged packaging, didn't match the photos. You get tons of refund requests, angry customers, and chargebacks. And the third thing, finding winning products was impossible. You know, I would just doom scroll AliExpress for hours, looking at random products thinking, maybe this will work, I mean, I would buy it. But realistically, you know, we had no access to data to see if the product is actually selling right now. And most of the time, you wouldn't even get a single sale. You'd lose $500 or even $1,000 testing products that were never going to work in the first place. And as time went on, dropshipping started to slowly die. But then, November 30th, 2022, the first public version of an AI model was opened up to the world, Chat GPT. And the $6 trillion industry of e-commerce, where all the dropshipping happens, was no exception. And now, in 2026, complete beginners actually start extremely successful e-commerce businesses as a one-man team. And that is how AI dropshipping was born. I want to actually show you and make you follow along with me so that you can build the business in the next few minutes. There are three steps you need to take to start a profitable AI dropshipping business. And the first step, I'm going to reveal an AI tool that literally builds the entire store for you. But look, in the title, yes, I may have lied a little bit about starting with a $0 budget. This will actually cost you a whole whopping $1 to be able to use. I know, I know, this is terrible news, but look, you need a web hosting platform.

[4:08]And with the deal that I have with Shopify, you just have to pay $1 a month for your first three months, and that gives you enough time to actually start making money. In the next few minutes, you'll have your first dropshipping store set up, live, and ready to go. But let's move on to step two. Now that you have a store, you need to find a winning product to sell. And I know, you already have some great products imported into your store by using the AI, but I want to teach you myself what a winning product actually looks like, so that you can find your own products and put them on the store. Because otherwise, you'll be completely clueless and you won't know what to do when your product gets zero sales and you have to move on to the next one. You first need to understand what makes a winning product. So let me reveal the six winning product rules that will allow you to find your first six-figure product. Here's the first rule. The product that you're selling has to solve a real problem that is connected to what I call a deep pain. And there's two types of these deep pains, physical pain and emotional pain. And it's not complicated at all. Physical pain is stuff like, you know, back pain or neck pain, joint pain, any type of pain that someone feels within their body. Physical pain works great because people are always actively searching for solutions to feel better in their day-to-day life. And these people are already in buying mode. And emotional pain or psychological pain is stuff that affects people's confidence and self-image. Emotional pain is even more powerful. Skin care and hair care, these are multi-billion dollar industries. Because people with acne or hair loss get deeply insecure about these problems. Let's take the pet niche for example, you know, it's emotional. People love their pets like their family, and they'll spend a crazy amount of money to keep those pets healthy and comfortable, because seeing their pet in pain causes them emotional pain. You know, the fitness niche is another good example. People can feel the physical pain from being overweight or underweight, and also the emotional pain from not looking attractive enough or the way that they want to look. So the next time when you're looking at a product yourself, you know, ask yourself: Does this solve a deep pain, physical or emotional? And if the answer is yes, then you have a very good foundation for what might be a winning product. But even if you get that first rule right, if you get the second one wrong, you'll fail before you even start. And the second rule is picking a product in the profit margin green zone. People mess this up all the time. They find a product for $15, sell it for $25. They make sales, they're excited, and then they check their bank account, and they realize they're actually losing money on every single order. Because they didn't account for all of the costs. They thought that $10 profit per sale was good. But after marketing and fees, that $10 becomes negative $5. If this is you, yeah, you'll be successful, you're an entrepreneur, but you'll be broke. And making sales but no money is pointless, it's just a lot of work on your shoulders. So in order to avoid this, be sure to check if you can sell your product for at least three times the price of what the supplier is selling it for. So if you find a product for $15, you need to turn around and sell that thing for at least $45. Whether you're running ads or creating organic content, there will be a cost. And it's not just the marketing cost. You know, you've got Shopify fees, payment processing fees, customer service, returns, refunds, all that will start to eat into your profit. It's really important that you have this rule sorted out from day one. Now, the third rule is often so overlooked, it's not even funny. And it's that the product needs to be lightweight. So, I don't want to ship refrigerators or car parts or furniture, anything heavy. Shipping alone will cost you $30, and now you're losing money on every single sale. So tattoo this in your mind if you can. Product should fit in a shoe box or smaller. Small, lightweight products will keep your shipping costs low and your profit margins high. This is a non-negotiable if you're just starting out. The fourth rule might be somewhat controversial and some people may not agree with me at all, but I believe that your product needs to be evergreen. And here's what that means. You want to have a product that sells well all year round. If you sell beach toys, they'll only sell in the summer. You know, winter comes around and you're sitting there with zero sales. No income, no cash flow, nothing. One of the easiest ways to check this is by pulling up Google Trends and searching for keywords of the product. You know, if you'd search neck pain, for example, what you'll see here is a beautiful steady graph going up. Meaning that people are always interested in this product, no matter the weather, no matter the season. And then you want to zoom out to at least five to 10 years, and what you want to see is a steady increase in interest over time in your product. What you don't want to see is a graph with one huge jump or spike and then a massive dip down. Like this graph with the term fidget spinner. Now the fifth rule and one of the most important is that the product needs to be validated but not oversaturated. Validated means that you see that your competitors are already selling this product at a volume of at least $50 to $100,000 a month minimum. If nobody's selling it at that kind of scale, don't touch it. You make money by channeling existing demand, not creating it from scratch. Now you just need to differentiate yourself enough in your marketing. You know, better ads, better branding, better customer experience, better customer service. Don't reinvent the wheel. Just simply use what's already working and do it better. But here's the catch, you also don't want a product that's too validated. Because if there's already three or four or five massive brands with hundreds of thousands of followers and hundreds of thousands of orders selling the exact same product as you, yeah, it is kind of oversaturated. You know, you want to see some virality like a few hundred thousand views in the last month on some TikTok videos or Instagram reels. That means the product is still at the beginning of its winning cycle. And by the way, if you're looking for a little trick, here is hands down the best sign that you can see. If you see terrible quality content that's just blowing up of the product, then that means that it's not about the video and it's not that there's been, you know, all these exceptional marketers hopping onto it yet. It's simply that the product is carrying the entire thing and it's going viral for what it is. That's when you know you really found a hidden gem. So remember, validated means proven demand exists. Not oversaturated means you're not competing with 500 other big players. This way, you're not gambling, you're following proven winners early enough that there's still tons of opportunity. And the sixth rule is something that will help you build a real brand in the future and not just build these pump and dump flyby night stores all the time. And that is that the product you pick needs to have upsell potential. Basically, you want to find products that you can cross-sell and upsell to the exact same customer avatar. Let's say you're selling blue light blocking glasses, the perfect upsell here would be a glasses case or a cleaning kit. You always want to begin with the end in mind. You don't want to go and find a product that sells and then try to figure out the upsells later. You want to know from day one, what upsells and what cross-sells can I do so that I can start to envision the full business being successful before I've even started it. Now, am I saying that you should go out there and pump your store full of upsells and cross-sells from the beginning? Absolutely not. I'm just strongly recommending that you find a product in a good niche that you can expand upon later down the line if you're serious about building a real brand. All right, so we just covered the six rules of a winning product. To recap, the product solves a deep problem, has strong margins, is lightweight, is evergreen, and is validated but not oversaturated, and has upsell potential. If it doesn't check all six of these, don't waste your time. Now let me show you how to actually use AI to find products that check these boxes in just a few minutes. And this is where the AI software that you paid that whole $1 for, finally comes into play. So first what you'll want to do is head over to the AutoDS marketplace and then click on the new feature on the left-hand side called TikTok Analytics. What this does is it uses AI to collect all of this TikTok Shop data and allows you to see what is selling right now. While you're scrolling through this list, I want you to have those six winning product rules in the back of your mind. And also try searching for a product that you would use yourself because that will make it easier to create content for, because you understand the people that you're selling it to. So after scrolling a bit, I found this brand selling whitening strips. And this is an example of someone who picked a very good product. So let's quickly run it through our winning product criteria. It solves a deep emotional problem. You know, people want pearly white teeth. They hate having yellow teeth because it hurts their self-confidence. They can't smile as much and they don't look as attractive. You can easily source this product for about 5 to 10 bucks and sell it for $30. The margins are great on this one. It's extremely lightweight. You can even ship it out through mail, which cuts down the shipping times to less than seven business days. It's evergreen and it's growing year over year. If you look at the Google Trends, you'll see that the interest in teeth whitening has been growing tremendously each year and has almost no dips. Validated and not oversaturated. I've only seen a handful of brands really selling these similar strips well. If you do things right, you can definitely take a piece of this niche and make some pretty good money with it. And lastly, the upsell potential is insanely high. If you look at this specific brand's website, you'll see they're selling toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, and other oral care products. Now listen, don't just go and sell this product because I said so. Do your own research and make your own decisions. But continuing with the example of these whitening strips here, you know, after finding a winning product like this, you can actually try to source the same product by just clicking import product on AutoDS. Now sometimes this won't work because these people already set up custom packaging in private supplier chains. So what you want to do then is go to the marketplace and search for something similar to that product. In this case, it's going to be whitening strips. And after scrolling a little bit, I found these whitening strips by Chris or whatever. It has some reviews of people saying that it's amazing. And also it ships straight from the US so the shipping time is only four days. The cost of goods in total is only $9.99 because the shipping here is free, and you can easily sell this product for $30 and make a good profit. And to add it to your store, literally all you have to do is click import draft and it will add it to your store along with the pictures, the description, and everything that you need. And that's the power of using AutoDS as your supplier. Thanks to this software, people can ship out good quality products that arrive in days, not months. So just open up AutoDS, go to TikTok Analytics and start scrolling. Put the products that you think are good into a list and then source them. You see real data and real indicators that the product will be a winner. All that is left to do now is to sell it. And if for whatever reason you really don't want to use AutoDS or another AI tool that's out there, you can use the TikTok burner method. All you have to do is set up a fresh account on TikTok, scroll until you find ads of people selling products or dropshipping videos, click on the ad, go to the profile, follow them, watch more of their videos, click on the website. Just engage with these ads as much as possible. So TikTok is going to keep serving you more and more ads on your feed, until eventually, you have an endless scroll wheel of good winning products popping up. Simple. All right, so moving on to step three, getting traffic to your store. There are two main ways to sell your product. We have paid advertising and organic marketing. But mainly we'll be focusing on organic marketing for this video because it costs $0 to start and it's completely beginner-friendly. All right, so once you've found your winning product on AutoDS, you've imported to your Shopify store. The next thing that you should consider doing is ordering it to your house. Now, I would check Amazon first because if you can find the same product on Amazon, chances are it'll show up in like one or two days with Prime. And if it's not on Amazon, just order it through AutoDS. Now, here's where things get surprisingly really easy. So go back to AutoDS, click on TikTok Analytics, find your product. And when you scroll down, you're going to see something incredible. You'll see all the TikTok videos that got the most views for that exact product. These can be your winning angles, winning videos. Handed to you on a silver platter. So here's what you have to do. Watch those winning videos and see what angles they're using. How are they showing the product? What's the hook? What's the vibe of the video? And then recreate it for yourself. Film it on your phone with your own twist, make it unique, but follow that same structure and formula that's already proven to work. So now, just take that video and post it on all platforms. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook. Put a link in the bio on every single account. And by the way, here's a cool trick. Pin a comment on every video that you create that says link in bio with a gift or an emoji. This makes it crystal clear that people can buy that product from you. I would recommend posting one to three videos every single day and just staying super consistent. Better you get and the more videos you create, the more chances you have to hit a winning video that pops off in the algorithm. If one of your videos does go viral, follow it up immediately with more videos that have clear calls to action. Because what you're doing here is you're taking the interest from all the people who just saw your viral video and you're essentially retargeting them onto your new videos, which are selling the product even more. That is how simple this organic strategy is. You know, eventually you'll be able to scale up to $3 to $5,000 a month in sales just by posting organic content. And of course, you might hit a super viral video and make $20k or $30k in a single month. But the problem with just doing organic forever is that you'll never be able to make good money consistently. So if you want to scale to $10,000, $20,000, $50, $100,000 per month and keep it there, you need to reinvest back into two main things. So the first thing that you need to reinvest into is paid ads. And I know paid ads seem scary, but actually, believe it or not, you've already done 80% of the work to run them profitably. Nowadays, all you need to do is just take your best performing organic video, you know, the ones with the most views, the most engagement and sales, and turn them into ads that are designed for TikTok or Facebook. Now, this isn't a video about running paid media because I've created multiple other videos showing the full strategy and walking you through step-by-step how to execute on it, which I'll pin in the description box down below if you want to go and watch those ones next. But the concept is dead simple. Take what's already working organically, put ad spend behind it, boom, make money. Now, here's the second part, investing in yourself. I know it sounds simple, but when I was starting out, I completely missed the mark on this, and it almost cost me everything that I have right now. I watched hundreds of YouTube videos on dropshipping, and I desperately tried to piece together all the advice to start my own store. And a lot of the information that I was getting from the videos was great, honestly. You know, YouTube, you can learn anything on YouTube these days. But the problem is I often faced unique situations that weren't and couldn't be covered by a generic YouTube tutorial meant for everybody. And so I tried to do everything on my own. And because of that, I just kept failing for a very long time. I was ready to quit everything and I thought that this shit just doesn't work. But then I saw a reel on Instagram where I heard Bill Gates saying something along the lines of everyone needs a coach. And the idea here is that we all need feedback and that's how we improve. And I realized in that moment that I was trying to do what the smartest and most successful business people actively avoid doing, which was figuring all this shit out on my own. So I seeked out my first mentor, and when I actually found one and started working with him, everything changed. I went from $30k a month with low-ass margins to consistent 100k months within a matter of just a few weeks. And me investing into myself and coaching and mentorship and resources and AI and tools is pretty much the main reason why I am where I am today. And I used to have a coaching program. But it got to the point where it was breaking me, and I couldn't work with hundreds of beginners anymore myself. And so that's why over the past couple of months, I've been working very closely with the biggest SAS dropshipping company in the entire world. Somebody that you already know by name at this point, and it's AutoDS. You know, AutoDS and I have been building AI Ecom Insiders, the first and best AI dropshipping mentorship in the world. And it's designed for people who are sick of watching other people win while they stay stuck. People who are ready to follow a proven system that is designed to get results consistently. This is not your generic $997 course from some dude on the internet that you buy and hope for the best. This is a full mentorship system with live coaching calls, 24/7 live chat support, and true accountability. You'll get multiple coaching calls per month with the seven-figure coaches at AutoDS, and I'll even hop in every now and again to provide my own insight. In these calls, you'll be able to ask the team anything about finding winning products, running profitable ads while scaling your stores up, when to kill ad campaigns, when to scale up, and we'll be there looking over every single step that you take and making sure you succeed. Launching your first winning AI dropshipping store will literally feel like you're playing bowling with the guard rail safety setup. There's no way that you fail because AutoDS has invested millions of dollars into their dropshipping ecosystem. They've compiled millions of data points and looked at thousands of AI dropshipping stores to figure out what truly works. And this is why I'm so passionate and so eager to promote this because this isn't just a one-man show. This isn't just some coaching program that you could buy from anybody else on YouTube. Now I know this all probably sounds really exciting to you, but we can only work with an extremely limited number of people each month and the spots are already filling up quick. So if you're one of those action takers and you're ready to start AI dropshipping and this is the year, then click the first link in the description of this video. You'll land on this page where you'll be able to book a free consultation call with one of the coaches inside and see if AI Ecom Insiders is a good fit for you. I'll see you on the inside. Thanks for watching, and if you want to see a challenge where I did AI dropshipping from scratch following the same process here, then click on to this video next and I'll see you next week. Peace.
