[0:01]Hey guys, Serge here, um co-founder of CRM chat. And today I'm super excited to share the feature that we have just launched, um, which was highly requested by Web 3 teams in particular, which is sending outreach messages to group chats. So, what happens is that Web 3 teams has like hundreds, maybe thousands, um Telegram group chats with their customers or with their partners who they need to constantly update with uh new features, new drops or, you know, um, things like that. And, so now with CRM chat they can do that, um, pretty much in a few clicks. And I'm happy to show how it works. So, what we need to do first is we need to uh add our group chats to CRM chat CRM. And to do that, we can either do a telegram folder sync or we can go to any uh account that is connected to CRM chat, right? Open a group chat. I mean, it's here I have here I have it already, but if I deleted it, so yeah, I can add it again to the CRM this way. Um, so yeah, if I, if I start syncing, uh, some of my folders, which I've already done, and I go to pipeline, they are uh synced into the new uh stage by default. Because, um, here, if I go to stage, I have this default value. So, you have if if I have chosen, for example, the conversation stage, all the folders would uh all the group chats would be synced into that stage. So, after I sync it, uh here I have a list of all the conversations that I have in this, um, in these Telegram folders. Uh some of them are individual chats and some of them are group chats. Obviously, here they have a label like that. Um, also what I can do, uh, before sending a sequence, I can choose certain group chats and add some custom properties to them. Um, so for me what is helpful is to, um, to mark certain chats by the language. So, we have uh customers who speak different languages, and so I can do that by choosing a language property and set it up to English. Okay, so here I have two chats that will have this English custom property connected. So, here we have an English. And so now let's see how we can send the, the sequence to group chats. So, here it is, we go to sequences, we find this new, um, new feature groups to CRM. And I can send either a one-time campaign or a dynamic campaign, so that uh when a group chat in the CRM is getting, for example, moved to a certain stage, uh they will start receiving this dynamic message. But this time let's go with a one-time campaign. So, I choose a stage new, if we uh as we remember, all the group chats are now synced to my new stage, but again, I I can always change it. And let's say I want to send the message only to our English-speaking, um, customers. Um, so here I have a list of of the of all the group chats, as you can see, we don't have any uh individual chat here, only group chats are being selected. And then we click on create campaign, after which it will start processing, and we have 45 uh group chats uh that were synced. So, here I can send some huge update. Um, and also what was uh highly requested is that, um, it would be possible to tag certain people in the group chat when we send these updates. And here's how we can do that. We go to custom properties, we add a new custom property, for example, let's say tag. So here we'll add all the people that need to be tagged in certain group chats, right? And so, here is uh the step that requires a little bit of manual work, but this is the thing that you only need to do once and then use it like reuse it every time. So, for example, let me go to our conversation with the collective. Um, and here I can see that, for example, Digital Dave is the one who I want to be uh tagged during my, um, messages to the, to the group chat. And so, what I do, I copy his username, and actually we can tag multiple members. Let me just go to Benny, and for example, I want to copy Benny's username as well. And so now what I do, I just add these two usernames to this tag field. Okay, we have added that, and if we go back to the sequence, here is the sequence. I can use that custom property here tag, uh with in right in the message. So, now, uh like Dave and Benny, who I, uh, added to that custom properties, they will be, uh, also tagged in this message. So, I click on save. Here I have a notification that, um, this property isn't set for, um, for all the for all the leads in the sequence. Uh but of course yeah, because I I've just put it for only for one uh group chat, but once you do it for everyone, or you can, you know, it's it's it's not like required. You can uh put it for some chats, you you can, you know, just leave it empty for some for some other chats. Um, you know, this tag will be just empty and that's it, so you can still send the message if you have this uh issue. Uh not an issue, it's it's like a warning. Um, so yeah, that's it, then you, you know, then then you choose accounts that you want to send from, and then you click on starting sequence and you send a sequence. Um, so that's it.
