[0:00]When you're the type of person who checks themselves and you consistently take accountability, you have to make sure that you surround yourself with people who are like that as well. Because if not, you're always going to find yourself being the villain. You're going to always find yourself being the person who was always in the wrong. That person is never going to take accountability for how they treat you. In any event, the conversation comes up in how things went. It's never going to be them 100% saying directly where they went wrong. Everything is always going to be everybody's fault every time.
