[0:00]So I'm Rahul Agarwal, managing director at Presite Forgings and Engineering Private Limited, based out in Chennai. I attended Anuj's course on Spiral growth and the difference which I see before. I'll talk about three things which I implemented and got an enormous result on that. The first thing is about, uh, previously, I was getting lot of inquiries, we were quoting and conversion was not happening. Through this spiral growth strategy, we worked on the throughput thing, and I started my conversion from 1%, it went up to 7%, which is very high in my business. Number two was the revenue increase. I had a revenue increase of nearly 63% from my previous year, just based on the throughput and the capacity utilization. So the main part which I learned from this course was how to build up the capacity on the constraint, strategic constraint. So in that way, we build up around all the facility around our strategic constraint and we were able to exploit our constraint. Previously we I was under the impression that my utilization is around 52%, but when we really worked on the things, we came to know that it is only 24% we were running on the capacity. Then after this conversion, now my capacity utilization is 52% and hopefully in the next year it will go up to 85%. And in terms of my profitability from last year to this year, I was able to increase my profit by 27 times. It's not uh 27%, it is 27 times because of the utilization doubled and hence the profit went up to 27 times.Thank you.
