We have the overview of qualification, the definition of CBT, the 10 principles of CBT, the traditional-based and CBT approach, the roles of a trainer and your role as a trainee, and then what is CBLM? Okay? So, we are now on the qualification of driving NC2 and the sector of automotive and land transport. As you can see, once you will be having the driving NC2, you're only restricted to code one and two. Other than that, uh, there's another training for that, no? So, who will you be at that after the training? Competent driver, a skilled worker in terms of driving and fixing cars also. Okay? And what are those competencies that we need to know? Basic, common and core. So these are the basic, the common and the core competency. So, talking about core, as a very important part, we have four cores here. First is carry out minor vehicle maintenance. Drive light vehicle, obey and observe traffic rules and regulations, implement and coordinate accident emergency procedure. And we also have here this competency-based training. The CBT, what type what it is, sir? Delivery approach that focuses on the competency development of the learner as a result of their training. So, we have the 10 principles of CBT, sir, to follow up with what is CBT. First one is curriculum, complete standards. Modular in form, individualized in nature. Number four is based on what must be performed. Number five is related to the competency standard and curriculum. Number six is collection of evidence. Number seven is based on both on the job components. And number eight is recognition of prior learning.
[6:47]Next one is training allows multiple entry and exit. And the last one is approved training programs are nationally accredited. So if you'll get NC2, wherever you go in the Philippines or inter in abroad, your NC2 is recognized, no? So once you have that one. So we have also the two types of teaching approach, the traditional, where in the teacher is the center of the stage. While the student-centered is just the teacher is a merely facilitator, or on the other side, it helps you along the way. And what is my role as a trainer? So my trainer's role at at as a trainer, my role is team member, do not be afraid to ask questions, because I am a team member. My role is a consultant, to say if you have questions, clarifications, consult to me. Facilitator, I'm going to guide you whatever you do. Diagnose and solves problem, no? It's like the same consultant. Then evaluator, it means I'm going to evaluate your performance if you'll be ready for taking the assessment. What is your role? Can we have three, KSA. So we have knowledge, you must have the knowledge, your pinning knowledge. Apply the knowledge to the skills. Okay? Apply your skills, apply knowledge to the skills, then aptitude. You must have this aptitude. Very important characteristics. Then, what is CBLM? This CBLM is I, uh it's like a Bible, no? It's like your the totality of your module. You will provide with this one, so that you will be guided, no? And then there are instruction sheets wherein you're going to follow. Then what are the frequently asked questions, sir? The methodology, what method are you going to use? Then evaluation tool, no? Performance task, written exam, oral exam. That's it.
