[0:00]Hi, I'm Justin from T2K, and in this video, we will be taking a look at transferring calls on 3CX using the smartphone app. I'm going to be demonstrating transferring calls using an iPhone, but the steps are the same if you're using Android, so everything will still be relevant. Let's get started. There are essentially two ways that you can transfer a call. They're called blind or attended. With a blind transfer, you'll simply pushing a caller to another party without any introduction or announcement. So let's start by having a look at that. Here, you can see that I'm already in a call with an outside party. They've asked to speak to Mr. Funny, so I'm going to tap the transfer button. At this point, the caller is now put on hold. Next, I'll tap transfer. And now I can swipe up and down through the list of extensions or just type in the search box at the top to find Mr. Funny. To transfer the call, simply tap on Mr. Funny and hang up. It's as simple as that. Okay, now let's have a look at an attended transfer, which is the most popular way to transfer a call. Again, we have answered a call from an outside party, so I'm going to tap the transfer button, which puts the caller on hold. Now I'm going to tap on ATT transfer. As before, you'll see the list of extensions appear, and I'll find Mr. Funny and tap on him. When Mr. Funny answers at the top of the screen, you'll see both the active call with Mr. Funny and the call on hold with the outside party. Now I can announce the caller to Mr. Funny, and he confirms that he'd like to speak to them. So I'll simply tap on the join button, and the call is immediately transferred. Let's have a look at a slightly different scenario. We've answered the call from the outside party. They've again asked to speak to Mr. Funny, so I tap on transfer, tap on the ATT transfer button, and then I'm going to tap on Mr. Funny. Mr. Funny has answered my call and I announced the caller to him, but he informs me that he's just stepping out into a meeting and would like to call the person back in about half an hour. To go back to the outside caller, I'll hang up the call with Mr. Funny by tapping the red button. This will put me back to the outside party, but you'll see that the call is on hold. So now I tap on the resume button, and now I can speak to them and relay the message. Finally, I'll just end the call as normal. And that's it.
