We were just saying it's a lot busier this year than one. Yeah. You got to really make your decisions where you go known or else people might bump into you or push you. And if you're in with a big group, you got to deal with all their needs too, little children, hunger, their feet being too tired. There's a balloon hitting me too. How's it going, everyone? This is the busiest ever that I've seen Rockefeller Center. It's Saturday, December 16th, 2023. The time is about 7:45 PM. Temperature is 46 Fahrenheit, 8 degrees Celsius.
[1:04]It is so hard to get around here. I'm trying to make my way over to the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree. And I'm bumping into people left and right.
[1:20]It also doesn't help that tomorrow we're expecting to see a lot of rain and the weather's nice today.
[1:31]But I've told people that New York City can get crowded.
[1:42]And when it gets really, really crowded, it gets hard to get around and sometimes it's not pleasurable when there's so many people. But regardless, I still love New York City. It's great to see everybody out to see the tree, but sometimes it can get quite intense.
[2:24]Both sides of Sixth Avenue are filled with people.
[2:43]I'm going to make a right here on 49th Street.
[2:50]The tree is located between uh, 49th and 50th Streets.
[3:03]What helps is that the city closed the entire block of 49th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue to traffic.
[4:16]There's some kind of show going on over here.
[4:52]And even though it's kind of open over here, once you get to the vicinity of the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, around the corner, it's hard to find a vacant space to get a clear picture.
[5:27]There it is, but then you have to deal with all these people.
[6:17]And one of the problems with uh coming here is that you got to really make your decisions where you go known, or else people might bump into you or push you.
[7:42]And now what doesn't help either is that over here you don't really get a clear view of the tree because of all the flags in the way and this tree.
[8:29]Not a great view of the tree, but at least it is a view.
[9:03]Oh goodness. It's crazy. Oh, you can't get through. It's only an exit. So let's just go that way.
