[0:00]Now, today's video is the long-awaited updated weapons tier list and guide. So they finally nerf the Toro and it kind of shifted the entire meta. So I'm going to be building a tier list on how I rate the guns now after the nerf, and then I'll be going to the firing range, showing you the best tips and tricks and builds for each gun in the game. Now, if you enjoy this type of guide content, make sure to drop a like, comment and subscribe. And without further ado, let's get into the tier list. And so we're going to start with F tier. Now, by no surprise to anybody, it is the Bettina. This is a PVP guide. The problem with the Bettina is that your entire inventory ends up being stacked with heavy ammo. You don't really have any room for loot. It kind of underperforms every single other thing in the game. Cost to performance doesn't really make sense. You're using advanced mechanical components. You could be using that for a Bobcat or a Renegade. Now, I hope at some point they do add a legendary mod that lets you use this thing, or some type of bandolier to reduce the amount of ammo you actually need in your backpack. But until then, it's always going to be F tier for me. Now in D tier, we're going to drive hair pin in. And I almost put the Bettina over the hair pin, because previously you could use the hair pin with the dodge roll tech and actually increase the fire rate. You can't do that anymore, but going back to what I was saying with the Bettina with price to performance, the hair pin actually does overperform. It can one-shot pops, it can one-shot fireballs. It's a four-shot headshot to medium, and you can carry stacks of 100 light. It's one of the best budget options and it's one of the only like zero to hero type guns in Arc Raiders. But because of how cheap it is, I have to rank it above the Bettina. Now, our first gun in the D tier is going to be the Stitcher. Now the Stitcher recently got a nerf, and I think the main reason they did this was to try and nerf the free kit. But it definitely feels weaker than the Bobcat now, and unless you're putting on a kinetic converter, a lot of other guns definitely out class it. And a lot of these rankings will be based off of another gun just doing a much better job at the one thing the gun is good for. I think there's a lot of better options than the Stitcher. Now the next gun in D tier is going to be the Osprey. The Osprey is kind of in a weird spot because the damage trade off for having a scope does kind of make sense, but the Renegade outclasses it so hard. It doesn't even really seem that viable to put on and the amount of downtime between shots, if you miss and you have to rechamber, doesn't happen with other guns. And I even think it's worth just recycling your Osprey and turning them into Pharaos. And the next gun in D tier is going to be the kettle. The kettle is one of my favorite guns in Arc Raiders history. This was so fun to use before the fire rate cap. Then they cap the fire rate, and then they nerf the damage. So after these two nerfs, I think the actual damage per mag is still pretty good. You definitely can't use it as an SMG, but if you're looking for another AR option, this gun definitely overperforms outside of the gray tier class. And if you keep your distance, throwing on a compensator and extended mag, this gun performs just fine. It does require you to have very good shot placement, and there's other guns that do the job a lot easier and a lot better, that's why I'm putting it in D. And there are a lot of guns in the game that do that mid-range AR roll a lot better. But because of how cheap this gun is, it had to go here. Now, the next gun we're going to throw in here is the Ferro. Now the Ferro was kind of hard to put in D tier. This is now one of two two shotguns in the game. This can two-shot blue shield. It can two-shot green shield, headshot body shot or two head shots, and for being a gray gun having a two-shot potential is pretty crazy. And this is about as high as I can rank it, knowing there's other options that are a lot more forgiving. But for the actual price to performance, this is one of the best guns in the game, especially for budget builds. Now we're going to move on to the B tier. I'm going to throw the Rattler all the way to the right. The Rattler is extremely slept on because it has a 2.5X headshot multiplier. Now, if you're running it outside of solos or even duos, it's very hard to use because the reload speed, but as long as you're playing distance, this gun punches way above its weight class. There's a lot of scenarios where if you're hitting all headshots, it's going to have a faster TTK than the Tempest. It's just such a situational gun where if you're caught in a reload, if you don't have enough ammo in the mag, there's nothing you can really do. But if you were to run it akimbo, and you were to run two of them at the same time, it would probably bump up to an A tier. But if you guys are looking for a mid-range option that outperforms the Tempest up to about 30 meters, definitely try this. Now, after the nerf, we have to move the Il Toro from S tier back down to B tier. I'll hop on the screen the Il Toro nerf on the left. This definitely shifts things. I'd say if you know how to use a shotgun effectively and you're playing cover and you're using movement, the Il Toro is still very viable. It's just not as much of a bail out gun now. It's not going to catch you off guard getting two shot by it. It's a two-shot to green shield and a three-shot to blue shield now. So it went up from a two-shot to a three-shot on blue shield. It's definitely noticeable. There's so many times in gunfights where you're winning gunfights, especially against Il Toros right now where you have so much more HP than you think you'd have. And already sometimes if you were missing with the Il Toro and you weren't perfectly centered, it could be a four-shot. So if you know how to use a shotgun and you're playing cover very effectively, you can still get away with running the Il Toro, you just can't ever be caught out in the open. Now, our next gun in the B tier is going to be the Venator. Now, the Venator is one of the best single load out guns in the game right now. It's one of the few guns now that you can run by itself. It's good against arc. It's decent in PvP. They just actually did a silent buff in this last Il Toro nerf update where the fire rate is a little bit more consistent. So if you guys remember how it was before the input buffering was added, now it feels a lot more consistent. Now, the biggest difference between the Venator before was that you could get caught off guard up close and out damage somebody by hitting headshots. Now, after the damage nerf, it doesn't really hold its own weight up close, so you're going to have to swap to a closer range option. But if you're looking for another gun to run as a single loadout, definitely give this a shot. Now, the next gun in the B tier is going to be the Torrente. Now, this is probably ranked a lot lower than people would expect, but because of how situational this gun is, it's hard to rank it any higher. You have to be crouching to shoot it. It burns through a ton of ammo, and if anybody's ever behind a railing running away, or playing cover, it's just not accurate enough to trade shots. There's certain scenarios where the best gun you can have is the Torrente, especially if you're getting pushed, but because you have to play so much around the gun, it doesn't really feel like it's worth putting on over another close range option that's even better DPS wise. But if you guys are looking for one of the best budget options, especially this wipe, you don't actually have to level up the Torrente, because level one, it just increases the reload time. Now you can run level one, put on a magazine, and this is one of the better zero to hero options because they're extremely common in weapons cases. Now, we're finally getting into the A tier. We're going to start with the Vulcano. Now, the Vulcano definitely fills the place of the Il Toro, and it's one of the better closer range options now. It just feels too inconsistent with the damage drop off. I think if you're running kinetic converter, it's very good, especially in trios. But in solos, with how much you have to gap close to push somebody with it, I think there's better options, and the inconsistency with this gun, especially damage range wise, makes it hard to trust. Some gunfights it feels like it's a three-shot. Other gunfights it feels like it's a six-shot. If you're the type of player on your team that always goes in first though, I would definitely run the Vulcano. And now the next gun in the A tier is going to be the Tempest. Now, this probably comes as a surprise to a lot of people that the Tempest is going to be in A tier and not S tier. I think the Tempest is very strong, and it's consistent, especially if you're on controller. I would definitely recommend Tempest for mid-range. But because it doesn't have a lightning fast headshot TTK, because the headshot multiplier is only 1.5X, I have to rank it lower. It's very easy to use, and it does well at mid-range, but it doesn't excel at either. So if you have them, I definitely run them. They're extremely strong and you're not going to be at a massive disadvantage at mid-range ever. Now, the next gun in A tier is going to be the Burletta. Now, the Burletta is one of the fastest TTKs in the game, especially if you're hitting headshots. This has the same per-shot damage as the Tempest. It also has the same per-shot damage as the pre-nerf Kettle. So if you guys liked the Kettle before the nerf, definitely run the Burletta and focus on headshots. And it's one of the better budget options because you can run it level one, and the only downside is that your reload speed is a little bit slower. So early wipe, this is one of the better guns, but this gun is extremely dominant up close. It has one of the fastest dexterity stats, which lets you pull it out really fast. So if you ever get caught off guard, you have to quickly swap to your gun, this is one of the better guns to have in your hand. Now, the top of the A tier is going to be the Arpeggio. This is one of my favorite guns in the game right now. It is extremely slept on. If you guys haven't used it like an SMG, definitely give it a shot, especially if you're focusing on headshots. I think it's one of the more consistent closer range options now. And for how much hate this gun gets, you'd be so surprised at how well it performs. It's a little bit of a contradiction with how many guns I've rated for cost performance and then have the Arpeggio A tier. Although it costs so many mod components and mechanical components to build, it's one of the best guns you can have in a close quarters one v one. Now, getting into S tier, we're going to drag the Anvil in first. Now, the reason why the Anvil is ranked so high is because it's one of the few two-shot guns in the game now. Because they nerf the Il Toro, it can't two-shot unless it's a green shield, and the Anvil can two-shot headshot both blue and pink shields. So if you guys have extremely good aim and you're looking for that same damage output close quarters, use the Anvil, and the best thing you can do right now after the Il Toro nerf is get very consistent with the Anvil. Now the next gun in S tier is going to be the Renegade. Be happy that people don't know how to build this. This is one of the most broken guns in the game. You almost can't react most the time you get shot by it. And it's been my go-to mid-range to long-range secondary on every class recently, and this is also partially the reason why the Osprey had to be ranked so low. Because at the mid-range, the Renegade just completely outperforms everything else. And if you have a Tempest, there's nothing you can do against somebody that has a Renegade. The only gun that could somewhat compete with it is the Ferro, if you're hitting headshots. Now S tier and the best gun in the game right now is the Bobcat 4. We're finally in the meta where the guns that cost a lot, that are hard to get, are the best guns in the game, right now. This might upset a lot of people. It kind of feels harder to PvP, especially to do the zero to hero, or make a come up from a free kit. But it makes the gun so much more fun to finally get, because it does feel like you win against every single person that doesn't have the Bobcat. In the last couple days, I've had so much fun PV Ping, especially after the Il Toro nerf. It is noticeable how many people are actually just getting bailed out by it, and we're crushing the shotgun. And if you get good with the Bobcat, there's probably full sessions you could go without even getting wiped. Now, this is the complete weapon tier list after the latest patch and the Il Toro nerf. Now, if there's anything you disagree with, let me know down below. I'm actually curious to know what people think about what the meta is right now. Probably a lot of people surprised by the Arpeggio rating. If you guys saw the last video and you trusted me, you've probably tried it by now and were pleasantly surprised with how strong the gun actually is. And I think one of the few guns you would disagree on is Anvil for Vulcano, but the consistency issue with the Vulcano just has to be A tier. Now, for the next part of the video, I'm going to be going to the firing range. Going through each gun, showing the best budget build, and then the best no compromises build, and giving tips and tricks with each gun in the game. So we're going to start off with the Bettina. Now, one of the best tips I can give you with the Bettina is to strafe in one direction as you shoot it. This is one of the guns that has so much muzzle smoke that you can't really see anything you're shooting at. If you're stationary and you shoot this gun, by the time you put your fifth shot down range, you're not actually going to be able to see anything. So anytime you use this, make sure you're strafing in one direction. Next tip is this gun takes a very long time for the bloom to close. So once you've crouched, you've got to wait for it to close even when you ADS. So make sure it's completely closed before you start shooting. And outside of that, just make sure you strafe and shoot it. And a budget build would look more like this. Now, our next gun is the hair pin. Now the hair pin one-shots pops and it one-shots fireballs once they've opened. This gun actually did get weaker in the last update because you can't do the dodge roll tech anymore where you're holding dodge roll and you get the faster fire rate. Now the only tech I can really give you for the hair pin is to use gas mines, drill mines and gas grenades. If you guys are running a budget build, you should definitely throw on gas grenades. Anytime you see somebody before you shoot them with the hair pin, you catch them off guard, make sure they're slowed by the gas grenade first. And then obviously focus headshots. You're going to get a four-shot headshot knock on a medium shield and then a three-shot on a light shield. The next gun we're going to be going over is the Stitcher. Now, this is one of the few guns that actually shoots like this in the game. It is zero recoil mid-range and still worth running just because of the damage output and how consistent it is and how easy it is to use. With any SMG in this game up close, you're going to want to be able to swing out, hit all headshots. Most the time in this game, you can kind of lock your crosshair at head height and then just use A or D, your horizontal direction keys to just keep your aim on target. You don't really have to move your mouse up and down with a lot of these guns, especially when they have so much built-in recoil control, but you'll see up close with most SMG fights in this game, I'm usually just hip firing and trying to hit all headshots. By un-scoping, you also get faster strafe speed. It's kind of hard to track that if you're an enemy. Now, this is the no compromises build. If you have a kinetic, I'd throw it on. And a more budget-oriented version of this would be green stock, green mag, green under barrel, and then green compensator. Now, the next gun is the Osprey. The main tech for this gun is that you can just tap right click to quick scope with this gun. You don't have to be fully ADS to have perfect accuracy. Just make sure you click right click, stop moving, and you can shoot before it's fully ADS. And this gun can be surprisingly effective up close, especially if you're going for like very low commitment headshots, not trying to over-peak, just peaking the gun barrel out. Now, one of the cool things about the Osprey is that the bullet actually goes where the scope is, so you can play some really weird angles where you're almost unhittable. But because the scope is still visible, you can get shots through weird geometry. So an example would be if you're playing this car and there's a person at this rock, you could actually shoot through this little slit right here. Or if you're crouched like this, a lot of the times in this game your barrel will actually hit something if it's pointed at the object in front of you. But because the bullets come out of the scope of this gun, you can play such weird off angles and almost be unhittable. Now, this is the no compromises build. If you're going to run a budget version of the gun, I would take off the stock, take off the mag, and then throw on silencer. And if you have the mats for it, throw on like an extended mag one. Now, the next gun on our list is the Kettle. Now, this gun feels a lot different than it did before, but because of that silent buff during the Il Toro change, they actually made it so there's no input buffering anymore. So you can actually really easily max out the fire rate just by clicking fast. Before you kind of had to time it, but now as long as you're clicking fast enough, it'll output that fire rate. Like Kettle is still going to be slept on, because it's one of the few sharp shooter guns where you can be at mid-range, and if you're crouching with compensator, all of your bullets hit the same place. And this is definitely more accurate than something like the Tempest or other full autos in the game. There's actually very few guns that can compete with how precise this gun is. And like almost all guns in the game, you want to focus the headshots. This gun has a 2.5X headshot multiplier. If you're running a no compromises build, it would look like this. And if you're trying to run a budget version of this gun, you have to make sure it's level four so you get the good reload. But I would change the mag to mag two, and then just throw on compensator. Our next gun is the Torrente. Now, one of the most fun guns in the game. This gun is very situational. You have to be crouched to have perfect accuracy. If you're standing, you're going to have so much bloom, even with compensator. So anytime you're running this gun, you want to make sure you're challing with a slide. So slide out, shoot, slide back behind cover. Kind of the same peek-a-boo style as the Il Toro. Another really good use for this gun is to destroy barricades. That's part of the meta right now. So if you want to play your role as the LMG guy a little bit better, destroying barricades is huge in team fights, and a lot of teams don't expect it at all. But anytime you use this gun, make sure you're crouch, you're going to get a lot better shot dispersion. And as long as you live ping the person before you shoot them, you actually don't really have to worry about the smoke cloud that spawns in around you. And this is the no compromises version. Obviously kinetic if you have it, but if you don't, I would just throw on stable stock two.

[14:19]The next gun is the Vulcano. Now, if you remember the way you're playing the Il Toro, you could kind of just run into your room and do whatever. You could be extremely disrespectful with your play style. Vulcano is kind of the run and gun shotgun now. With the fire rate, it does have a slight bug where you have to click and hold with it. So if you think the fire is inconsistent, make sure you're shooting it similar to the Venator. This gun you can be extremely disrespectful with. You can just slide out, click hold, click hold, and you're going to be able to destroy anybody with this gun in a one v one. The reason why it was ranked a little bit lower in this tier list is just because of the versatility. You really have to be point blank with this gun. If you're outside the damage range, it's going to take six bullets to kill. So you have to be really good at gap closing and pushing players. Having a teammate that's running show stoppers while you're using a Vulcano is extremely helpful. And this is the no compromises version of the gun. I wouldn't really bother running this gun unless you have the best attachments on it. If you have kinetic, it's also worth throwing on as well. Our next gun is the Tempest. Now, this is one of the most fun guns to run. It's also one of the most consistent guns. I think if you're on controller, you should definitely run the Tempest for long range. And if you find yourself being less accurate anytime you're conscious of trying to hit headshots, this is another really good gun. You still don't get that much of a benefit from hitting headshots. The headshot multiplier on this gun is only 1.5X. You can do just fine only going for body shots with this gun. So if you are extremely accurate, it's still worth going for headshots, but I think this is one of the more noob friendly pink guns in the game. Now, this is the no compromises version of the gun. But if you have green mag, I'd throw on comp. You can keep the vert grip two, and this gun performs almost just as well. Our next gun on our list is the Burletta. Now, anytime you're using the Burletta, you're going to want to crouch spam. So mash your crouch button while you're shooting. This is going to help with a little bit of vertical recoil, but also make yourself harder to hit. Because this gun doesn't have the best range, it's always worth when you're challing somebody a little bit outside of the damage range where your bloom is starting to open up. They're making yourself as hard to hit as possible. And a lot of the time I loot this gun, I notice people are not running compensator. The only way this gun can be viable pass about 8 meters is with compensator two or three. So if you're ever challing somebody from this far away, make sure you have compensator on. And with silencer on, the gun's only really viable up to about 5 meters. So make sure you're building it correctly. This is the no compromises version of the gun. And a budget version of the gun would be magazine two and then compensator. Compensator two performs just fine. You're just going to notice the bloom opens up a little bit further, so you're going to have to play a little bit closer range. Our next gun is the Arpeggio. Now, this is my favorite gun in the game right now. Not necessarily the best, but it is one of the most unique guns, especially because you can run it as an SMG and it's a burst gun. I wouldn't really recommend running this gun past about 20 meters. So right about this far away. Anytime you're using it, you're going to want to make sure you're just tap firing. And then each time you shoot, you want to drag your mouse down just enough so all those bullets hit the same place. So right after you shoot, you're just doing a micro adjustment to drag your mouse vertically downwards. And where this gun really excels is within this 5 meter hip fire range. This is one of the best SMG type guns in the game. It's also extremely versatile. If you have to pick somebody off at mid-range, and then somebody pushes you, this gun has a lightning fast TTK. You'd be surprised how viable it actually is as a submachine gun. So if you guys are bored of the close-range meta, you have a couple Arpeggios, rank them up to level four. This gun does require to have the best attachments on it. So there isn't really a budget version of it. So run compensator three, vert two, extended mag, and stable stock two. The vert grip is extremely important because it actually does two jobs. It's obviously correcting the recoil, but it's also kind of like a bloom attachment. Because most of the bloom on this gun is just vertical, so more of your shots are going to hit where you're pointing the gun. And the next gun is the Anvil. Now, the Anvil, similar to the Venator trick where you could play it around it cover, it's one of the few guns in this game you can actually shoot around corners with. So just by doing a slight strafe to the left, only your gun peaks out and the person can't shoot back. Anytime you're using this gun, you want to make sure you're crouching before you're shooting. Especially if you're far away, it helps close the bloom a lot faster for hitting follow-up shots. And you can actually utilize the faster fire rate from leveling it up to level four, unless you have compensator on it. So if you're PV Ping with this gun, make sure you're running compensator and level it up. And like any gun, you're trying to hit headshots. This is a two-shot headshot. Up close, you can kind of use it the same way as the Toro, where you're sliding out, looking for a body shot, then dodge rolling back behind cover. Especially in solos, we don't have to worry about multiple people shooting you. I don't really think comp three is worth running on this. So the best build and the budget build is the same. Anvil 4, compensator two. I've actually been most excited to get to the Renegade. Because in my last video, I was corrected on the best build in the game, and I was completely wrong about how I was building it before. The best way to build the Renegade right now is stable stock three, silencer extended mag. Now, stable stock actually closes the bloom before the gun's rechambered. So the gun is instantly accurate again, even more so than throwing compensator on the gun. So when you're using this gun, just crouch spamming is one of the best ways that you can also get a little bit more shot dispersion closer. So next time you run this gun, make sure to try this build. You will be better with it instantly. And there isn't really a budget version of this gun. If you're going to run a Renegade, you're on this build. It is extremely strong. And if I had to change an attachment, it would throw compensator on and then stable stock, just so you still get a little bit of shot dispersion. Now, the last gun is the Bobcat. Now, this is one of the most fun guns to run in the game. I'm extremely happy that it's the best gun in the game right now. Same thing as always, anytime you're playing a SMG or CPC fighting, you're going to be focusing on headshots. This gun is extremely stable. So if you're going for headshots, especially hip firing, it's very accurate. You can even hip fire from about 20 meters out, and the gun's very accurate. And you also get the movement speed buff of not being fully ADS. So if you're using this gun at mid-range, and you're not trying to full commit to a fight, just crouch spamming is going to make you extremely accurate and hard to hit. Now, this is the no compromises build. I actually don't really think this gun is worth running kinetic on, because of how much more accurate the padded stock version is. And obviously a lot of people are going to say, why put vertical grip on? Trust me, anytime you use the Bobcat, throw on vert three. It makes the hip firing unbelievably accurate and extremely easy to hit headshots. I know a lot of you guys have a bunch of Bobcat in your stash waiting for this gun to be strong. If you do, use this build on it. You're going to be frying, you're going to get rich. Now, that concludes the guide segment of the video. I thought I'd throw in my skill tree as well. Now, this is the 86 skill point tree if you had 10 additional points from doing both expeditions. So if you did, you can copy this word for word. If not, you're probably going to have to prioritize some different things, especially turtle crawl if you do play duos or trios. Now, if you enjoyed the more educational style video instead of gameplays, make sure to drop a like, comment, and subscribe.
