Do you have a Telangana model like the BJP claims it has a Gujarat model? Rajdeep ji, Gujarat model is outdated model. It is like test match model. Gujarat model is a test match model. Now our Telangana model is 2020 model. So Telangana model is the model for the country. Kyunki Gujarat mein koi welfare model nahi hai. Kuch na kuch development model dikha ke investments le jane ke liye jab Modi ji Chief Minister tha tab koshish kiye. Jab Modi ji Prime Minister banne ke baad Gujarat mein koi marketing karne ka brand ambassador hai hi nahi. Tab Modi ji khud Gujarat ke liye fight karna pad raha hai. Kyunki Modi ji is desh ka Pradhan Mantri hai. Phir bhi Pradhan Mantri desh mein har kone kone mein jo bhi investment aana hai, uske liye koi madad nahi de raha hai. Khali koi bhi Hindustan ko aaye to jao ja ke Gujarat mein investment kar do. Ye kaun si tarika hai? No what is the difference between your Telangana model and Yes my model is development and welfare and good governance. These three are our core area. So infrastructure, aap compare karo Ahmedabad mein kitna infrastructure hai? Hamare Hyderabad mein kitna infrastructure hai? Ahmedabad is having outer ring road, international airport up to the compete with Hyderabad. Gujarat is having pharma investments. Gujarat is having IT investments. Kya hai Gujarat mein? To main Hyderabad mein aapko words, I'm not going to compete with Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi or anything. I'm going to compete with New York, Seoul, Tokyo, other countries. Toh mera Telangana model se koi takkar le bhi nahi sakta hai. You are giving an open challenge that Hyderabad is willing to take on Ahmedabad. Telangana is willing to take on Gujarat when it comes to investments, when it comes to building cities for the future. Yes, 100%. Mr. Reddy, you know, you've begun with an attack on the Prime Minister Modi in his own ghar where Gujarat is concerned. But what's the difference, Mr. Reddy? Because the Prime Minister Modi talks about Viksit Bharat, you talk about Telangana rising, making Telangana a one trillion economy by, uh, you know, 2035. His is jumla, yours is vision. How? Mai kisi ka jumla bol ke nahi kehta, nahi kehna chahta hoon. Mai ek baat saaf kehna chahta hoon, disparity ab nahi dikhana hai. Modi ji GIFT City lekar gaye. Jo bhi foreign investments aa rahe hai agar GIFT City mein invest kiye toh woh paise unke desh ko wapas le ja sakta hai. Magar Hindustan mein kaisa aise mauke kisi ko nahi diya? Jab Modi ji Pradhan Mantri hai is desh ka, GIFT City ko kyu special exemption diya hua hai? Mera question, mera sawal seedha seedha. Yahan, ye madhyam se main Bharatiya Janata Party aur Modi ji ko main ek hi sawal karna chahta hoon, GIFT City mein aap jo facilities diye, jo investors ko jo undue advantage de raha hai, kyu Hyderabad mein nahi de raha hai? Ahmedabad mein jo GIFT City ko jo out of the way jo benefits de raha hai, wahan par koi bhi university aaye, koi foreign investment aaye, woh investment profit agar aaye toh woh desh ko lekar ja sakta hai. Mr. Reddy, Kyu Hyderabad mein woh facility nahi diye? But Mr. Reddy, you know, you've always very cordial with Mr. Modi, suddenly you've become very combative off late. Aisa kya hua? Nahi nahi nahi, Preeti ji. I have very good relation with Modi ji. I don't have any issues with Modi ji. I have issues with policies, not individual. Modi ji ab Pradhan Mantri hai, desh ka Pradhan Mantri ko maryada dena, respect karna. Unse milna, unse hamara rajya ke liye kuch mangna mera, mera haq hai, mera zimmedari bhi hai. Log mere upar umeed rakh ke mujhe mukhyamantri chuna, chuna hai toh main mera zimmedari nibha raha hoon. Modi ji se I don't have any personal issues. You know, Mr. Revanth Reddy, you are talking about building Hyderabad as a futuristic city. Now any city for the future needs investments, needs funds, needs finances. Looking at your budget, you already have what? A 3.75 lakh crore debt. You made all kinds of promises before you were elected, all the guarantees of the Congress. 4,000 rupees for example will be provided to unemployed youth. You made promises for farmers, for agriculture labor. And you are struggling to balance the budget. So all the politicians who are making these guarantees and the promises, do you agree that's a big challenge? Because you do not have the funds then to actually invest in the real welfare and infrastructure that states like Telangana need. Rajdeep ji, aap aur KCR jo perception create kiya hua hai, usi perception mein aap log hai. Telangana debts are not 3.75 lakh crores. Telangana debts are 7 lakh crores. 7 lakh crores. Hum 2014 mein KCR ko jab Telangana Rajya bana kar tab haath mein diya tha 70,000, 69,000 plus crores debt tha. Khali Chandrasekhar Rao 10 saal mein 6 lakh ke upar 6 lakh crore ke upar debts le aa ke hamare sar par daal kar chala gaya. Aaj mera state income is 18,500 crores per month. I have to pay salaries and pension 6 and a half thousand crores. I have to pay per month 6 and a half thousand crores on these debts and interest. Capital capital and interest. Toh 13,000 crores if you are eating, if you are not eating, you are chai piye ya nahi piye, I have to pay 13,000 crores and before 10th. Only I'm getting 5,000 5,500 crores for all these welfare and development. This is what Telangana status. It is not that Telangana is doing good. No, what about the money for your guarantees sir? How are you going to pay for the guarantees? 4,000 rupees to unemployed youth. Rajdeep ji, aap jo galat fami mein tha, mai bhi wahi galat fami, 3.75 lakh crores debts hai, ye jo income hai, iske hisab se hum kuch kar sakte hai. Magar kursi mein baithne ke baad asli roop hume pata lag gaya. No, no, I'm not saying I'm not going to pay for guarantees. I'm not able to repay for my guarantees.

[10:58]Aaj bhi kisano ko 25 lakh, 50,000 kisanon ko I have paid within 3 months 21,000 crores. It is Indian history mein pehli baar humne hi kiya, maine kiya. Hindustan mein koi nahi kar saka. But you admit, Mr. Reddy, fiscally it's not prudent. This guarantee business, Revadi guarantee, whatever you might call it. Fir sab log charcha karne ka, ek individual se kuch hone wala nahi hai. Kyunki isiliye main main jo open fact hai, main chupa ke jhooth bolna nahi cha raha hoon. Isiliye mai haiso baat sab, sab ke samne rakh raha hoon. Kyunki ye charcha hone ka bahut jaruri hai. Sab log hum kamre mein baithe toh ek baat bol raha hai, bahar bhashan mein gaye toh dusra baat bol rahe hai. So you think there should be a national debate on this so-called Revadies? Yes, definitely, definitely. Instead of one nation, one election, instead of de-limitation, instead of other things, we have to discuss on this. We don't get any money to invest on capital expenditure. I'm sorry to say I'm not able to invest every month 500 crores. Not even 500 crores, I'm not going to spend on my capital investment. The fact is the Southern states seem to believe that a future Lok Sabha will be shaped in a manner that the South will lose out to the North only because the South has lower population growth rates. Do you agree with M.K. Stalin that this is a ticking time bomb? Do you believe that the time has come for an all-party meeting to be held on delimitation at the earliest so all misgivings are cleared? Definitely, sabse pehla ye mudda maine uthaya. India Today Conclave mein maine uthaya tha. Kyunki BJP ko ye pata hai, kitna bhi koshish karo South mein un logo ko nahi aane denge. Toh BJP badla lena chahta hai South se. Woh badla lene ke liye they are utilizing whatever weapon they have, that is called delimitation. Toh woh soft peddling mein hume khatam karna cha raha hai Bharatiya Janata Party South ko. Toh isiliye South ko saaf karne ke liye, South ka representation ko kam karne ke liye BJP ye koshish kar raha hai. Nahi nahi, but badla kya hua? This is under the law. Under the law, the first census post 2026, delimitation of seats will be done on the basis of that. Where is the badla? Why do you think this has become South versus North? Haan sahi sawal poche. Same 50% if you are going to increase, Tamil Nadu is going to get 60. Now whereas Tamil Nadu is having 39, Uttar Pradesh is having 80. So 41 seats are the difference. Once you are going to take on pro rata, Tamil Nadu is going to get 60, Uttar Pradesh is going to get 120. What is the difference between Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh? 60. So 40 seats se 20 seats jyada se jyada automatically internal jo structure bana raha hai, jo baat perception banane ke liye Amit Bhai ne jo koshish kar raha hai. 60, 20 seats undue only one state mein un logo ko mil raha hai. Aise har rajya mein aise percentage percentage dekhte gaye toh South is 123 seats total. Agar 50% increase ho gaye toh kitne hone wale hai? 60 plus hai, 62 seats maximum. Toh 183, 185 mein hum log conclude hone wale hai. The government should come clean on what they intend to do. Kyu all-party meet kyu nahi bula rahe hai? So you're very clear that all the South states will come together on this issue, right? All the South states are on the same page. Not only South, Rajdeep, jo bhi North se hamare saath jodna chahe, Punjab jaisa, unko bhi saath mein lekar jayenge. Okay. Kyunki Punjab mein BJP ka kuch role nahi hai. Isiliye Punjab mein kam honge toh un logo ko koi farak nahi hai. Kyunki Punjab mein ek do seat pe milne wale nahi hai unko. Jahan par, jahan par BJP ko ek do seat nahi mil raha hai, usko kam ho gaye toh un logo ke liye fayda hai. They are looking like a political benefit of one party. Okay. They are looking at that political benefit. Others accuse the Congress now of seeking political benefit through a caste census. You have become the first Chief Minister to actually table the caste census in the state assembly. And that has created another potential friction point because there are even your own MLAs who are saying backward castes have been under surveyed. Your decision to bring in a caste census, will caste also end up dividing your state? Just like you claim BJP is doing a South North divide, your party will be accused of creating a caste divide in, uh, in Telangana itself. Because your leader Rahul Gandhi wants a caste census across India. Aap har kisi company ka balance sheet dekho. Year wise complete transaction, turnover, net assets, liabilities, sab balance sheet mein, hum toh de rahe hai na jab bhi har saal ke liye. Toh is desh mein kitne log hai, aap balance sheet kyu nahi de rahe hai? 70, after completion of 75 years of democracy. Kaun se jaati kitna hai ginne ke liye kiske liye takleef hai? Toh aap nahi gine toh jaati ke beech mein jo, jo BC, SC, ST or others ye kam hote ja rahe hai. Ye jyada se jyada hi ho raha hai na? Toh SC, ST, anyway it is there. Why can't for BC's? Now we wanted to increase more than that. I have passed a resolution for 42%. Sir BJP will play Hindutva politics, you will play caste politics. What will happen to the country? One will divide on the basis of Hindutva, one will divide on the basis of caste. Kitne minorities Modi ji kendra sarkar mein mantri log hai? Rajdeep ji aap bolo. Kitne log hai? Is desh ka janta nahi hai. Azaadi ke liye minorities nahi lade? Shahid nahi hua hai minority log? Kyu Modi ji unke unke sarkar mein kitne percentage diya hua hai? Ye koi Prime Minister aisa anyay kisi jaati ko nahi kar sakta hai na? You know you're mentioning minorities, the other day I saw you were accused of appeasement because you are giving those from minority communities in Telangana. Muslims will get one hour off during Nama, uh, during the Ramzan period. They can go home one hour earlier. BJP is saying that is Revanth Reddy's appeasement.
[22:00]Arey ye, is, main isiliye keh raha hoon koi kisi ko belief hai, bharosa hai, unke liye facilitate karna hum log. Dasera hai toh hum nahi kar rahe hai, Navratri mein hum log nahi kar rahe hai. Navratri mein toh hum kar rahe hai na? Jab Navratri mein kar raha hai, jab Tirupati hum jane ke liye hum incentives de raha hai. Jab mandir jane ke liye hum log de raha hai, is desh mein jo, jo log hai, har jaati ka jo personal belief hai, usko respect karna federal spirit hai. Toh woh federal spirit humne dene ke liye koshish kar raha hai. Hindus and Muslims. Yeah, anyone. Not even Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Sikh or koi bhi ho, even Anglo-Indians ke liye hum representation diye 75 years. But there is something that all South parties are not together and that is the issue of the education policy. The three language policy. Now, Preeti ji, aap misquote mat karo. South parties are not impact. Entire South population is impact. BJP is not with us. That political party is not with us. Chandrababu Naidu has made a, made a charge Mr. Reddy and he's saying you're, the likes of you and the likes of Mr. Stalin are denying a sizable population in their state the right to learn, if they want an optional right to learn a link language like Hindi which will connect the North South divide. Agar aap sikhna hai toh, koi bhi sikh sakta hai. Hindi is largest speaking language. This is not national language. You try to understand my point. The largest speaking language is Hindi, followed by Telugu, followed by Bengal.
[24:39]Toh aap khali Hindi pakad kar hamare sar pe daalne ke liye jo koshish kar raha hai. Woh keh rahe hai optional hai. They are saying it's optional but allow people to pick that option, if they want to. Optional raha toh kisi ko dikkat nahi hai. Main aaj Hindi mein bol raha hoon. Toh Hindi toh main seekh kar bol raha hoon na?
[25:24]So you're saying keep it optional. Nothing should be mandatory. I want to ask you, we are coming towards the, you know, the Congress party itself. As I said at the start, you're an endangered species. There are only three Congress Chief Ministers left. Haryana you lost, Maharashtra you lost. What is is the Congress party not fighting fit? How are you know, you can come here, attack Mr. Modi, the BJP. The fact is they keep winning elections. While the Congress seems to keep losing elections. Telangana was an exception. What is the difference you believe between the Congress and the BJP today? Why can't you win elections and they are able to successfully win election after election? BJP jaisa chunav jeetna hai toh ED, Income Tax, CBI frontal organization apne saath mein rehna hai. Agar frontal organization hamare, hamare log Youth Congress, Mahila Congress, Vidyarthi Congress. Ye frontal se chunav ladne ke liye hum log koshish kar raha hai. Bharatiya Janata Party ED, Income Tax, CBI. Ice or Nice. I have told last time also.

Chunav mein kaam karna hai, party mein join hona hai toh they offer simple phone aa jayenge, bhai aapke liye Ice hona, Nice hona. Who nahi chahe toh BJP ka kandwa hona. Aap log dikhayenge. Aap interview lenge, one on one lenge. Sab saare lenge. But Mr. Reddy, Rajdeep had said earlier that you're one of the three endangered species where it comes down to Congress Chief Ministers. Now why is it so difficult and you, you were doing the same thing earlier to take a cue from your own ally Omar Abdullah?
