[0:00]What you're watching right now is an AI analyzing my Amazon pit-per-click campaigns with someone who's launched over 2,000 products on Amazon. I didn't hire him, I didn't pay him or retainer, I cloned him. Every strategy, every framework, every proprietary method he's taught across hundreds of hours of YouTube content. extracted, distilled, and turned into something that runs while I sleep. And this took me less than an hour, and I turned it into a quick demo where I give everything away for free. By the end of this video, you know exactly how to do it yourself with any expert in any niche for any analysis you need.

[0:37]All right, so we're going to get into this demo. It's super condensed, only the information you need, and it's important to note that all this is going to be completely free. We're going to go over how to actually harvest information from YouTube. We're going to use that information within AI. We're going to run an analysis on a real PPC account with real PPC reports. We're then going to turn that into a skill and show you how you can actually repeat a reusable skill within Claude. That skill you're going to have access to for free. And then most importantly, we're going to show you just how you can use this in your day-to-day business. But real quick, I just want to say something real with you right now. So I think we've all seen what's been going on with AI. A lot of it's really kind of scary and gives a lot of anxiety, kind of the deer in the headlights, not sure what to do. But I think once you get into stuff and what you're going to see in this demo can also be incredibly exciting. But there's kind of a gap right now between that kind of deer and the headlights, scared, not know what to do and actually taking action. And I believe that if you don't step into this, if we don't learn this, you're going to get creamed. But the good news is, is that it's not complicated, it's not rocket science, and we're going to show that in this video. So the real core of this is to show in a tangible way how you can use AI in your business, actually take action. And to take all the information that we all learn as sellers across various venues including YouTube and actually putting it into actionable things you can apply to your business. And in this video, we're going to clone Chris Rawlings. Um, I think one of the best YouTubers in the Amazon space. Certainly one of the best in paper click. The guy's put out over 100 videos, complete stud, no stuff, runs a really successful agency. And before you put it in the comments like, hey, how did you do this? Is this ethical? First of all, it's publicly available content. But I obviously reached out to Chris, buddy of mine, he was gracious and said, yeah, love to see it. Let's see what you can cook up. So Chris has given his blessing, and also if all this stuff is still too much and you're using an agency, or you want to use an agency, I've left a link down below. Please check Chris out if you're considering an agency, one of the best in the business, and I don't say that lightly because there's a lot of things not to trust in the space. But strap in, it's time to not be a deer in headlights with AI anymore. This is a tangible, actionable, free way that you can get to understand how you can use this stuff in a powerful way. Okay, so step one in this demo is going to be the harvest. So Chris Rawlings has literally years of content on YouTube. I've watched a ton of his videos, but I haven't watched all of them. There's like 105. But he's like me, he just puts stuff out for free, deep dive real content, real gems from somebody who actually knows paper click in the space. But I didn't watch all the videos. I downloaded the transcripts, every single one, and that's part one of the harvest. So how I do this, I use a site called YouTube-transcript.io. And so you can basically put in a single URL if you want and extract the transcript. I think you can use it for free for like a handful a month. I actually have the paid plan. I want to say it's like 10 bucks a month. Um, another way that you can do this is, this is Chris's channel here. You could just come down and select any one of these videos, and then you'll see this little get transcript button here if you click that. It opens it up and lets you kind of pull the transcript. But why I use this tool, if you actually come down here, you can actually see extract in bulk or channel. So it literally lets you rip as many of the possible transcripts from YouTube channel as you like, and I wanted all of it. Again, I'm getting into Chris's brain. I want to know everything that he's actually produced. So what I did is I actually came in, I added an actual playlist to get all of the different videos that he has on his channel, and you'll see here there's 105 of them. I selected all of them and then just downloaded them. Uh, it literally took two minutes, but we're going to skip that for the purposes of this demo. And then if we come in here, this is an actual folder that we're going to work in throughout this demo, but if I come here to the YouTube transcripts folder, this is where all of them were dumped as text files. So I'll just kind of select a random one here, and you can just see, not pretty, but it's what AI needs to actually read this thing. So now that we've actually pulled all the transcripts in text format, that's where we can unleash this thing into Claude AI to actually pull the learnings, the playbooks, the details, the strategies. So we can really digest everything that is included in those 105 videos. So I'm actually going to use Claude co-work here. Um, there's a number of different things you can do. You can come into chat obviously and kind of upload files to chat. The challenge with chat is that it limits 10 files that you can upload. So with Claude co-work, you can actually point it to a folder where you've downloaded various files under your computer and it can pull and extract all of them. So just think of it like the normal chat window on steroids, it just lets you do a lot more deeper things. Sounds scary, it's not. It's literally the same as a chat window, and we're going to go through this and demystify the technicalities here. So what I've done is is I've actually just saved this Rawlings folder on my desktop, so I've actually just pointed into this folder. And then when you're working with Claude co-work, just literally talk to it like you're talking to me or talking to one of your employees and getting it to do something that you want. So I'm just going to do that here. I've pointed you to a Rawlings folder, and one of the subfolders has YouTube transcripts, which includes a number of different text files. These are YouTube video transcripts of education and learning on Amazon paper click. What I'd like you to do is go through every single one of these and extract all the key strategies, the key procedures, and the key approaches to optimizing an Amazon paper click campaign. Later on, I'm going to actually put in actual detailed data that you can analyze, but for the time being, I just want you to literally analyze and summarize all the key things you're able to find from these files so And then I just hit let's go. So we're going to fast forward through this next part. I'm going to come back when it's done, and I'll time it here just so we know how long it takes. All right, so it has worked its magic. It took about 50 minutes for it to analyze obviously 105 transcripts. There was quite a bit of information. But you can just kind of see what it did here. It explored the folder, and it found that there's 105 transcript files. It launched multiple agents to basically parse and extract the transcripts in batches. And then it basically came through and it has a master playbook. So it's got the paper click data loop. Complete campaign setup procedures, big calculation formulas, all this stuff here. You can just see here on the progress. So it basically read the transcripts. It extracted the key strategies, recovered the files, compiled the comprehensive document, and it verified the completeness and saved the final deliverables. Um, what I want to do because this is obviously just a quick summary, I wanted to actually do put this into a summary document. It's got the master playbook, um, here. So if we open this up, this is basically the MD file of all the different stuff. Uh that's got here, but I just want to kind of see that in the summary document. Use the Quantum branding skill and put this summary into a HTML summary document. Okay, so five minutes later, it has pulled a quick summary in my custom branding that I like to have, and it's put it into an HTML document. If I just click on this here, we then have the Amazon paper click master playbook. So again, it's taken all these 105 transcripts and videos, and it's pulled everything into a summary document. We can see this here. Um if you actually check this QR code out here, we're going to actually include everything that I've gotten in here. We've got some stuff we're going to do later on, skills that you're going to be able to have, the SOP, this document, all the transcripts, everything you'd ever want to have. It's going to be there, but this is basically spit out here. I'm not going to go through this in detail, but this alone would be enough, right? I mean, if I think back a year ago to basically pull one of my favorite Amazon YouTube channels and have everything distilled into a summary document. That would be sick enough, but what we're going to do next is enter step two of this demo, which is the collision. Now, what I want to do here is is I actually want to have it analyze some actual paper click data and see what it comes up with applying some of Chris's strategies here. So within this same uh document here, if I go back, I've included a business report of the last 30 days. Everyone's pretty familiar with that. I'm going to include um how to actually access that in the SOP. And then I've also included some various paper click reports. Again, that I'm going to show you where you can access that in the SOP. But let's set this thing loose and see what it does with some actual data. Within one of the subfolders, I've got a business report, which is basically all of the performance of this particular brand over the last 30 days. And then I've got a pay-per-click reports folder with various pay-per-click documents that I want you to analyze using this framework that you've just created. However, I'm doing a public demo. So anytime I mention a keyword in one of these documents or an ASIN, can you just put a placeholder like keyword one, keyword two or ASIN one, ASIN two in the targeting so that it doesn't reveal the actual keywords?

[9:10]And then I'm going to hit go. Obviously that second part you wouldn't do. I just wanted to kind of keep some of this data private on here. So we're going to set this thing loose and see what it comes up with. It took another 10 minutes or so, but I wanted to kind of walk through what happened. So it basically read the skills file, analyzed the business report first, analyzed the uh advertised product, paper click campaign report, placement report, search term report, the performance over time. And then it basically pulled and verified all the info, turned it into an HTML document. And again, because I didn't want to reveal all the data and anonymize this data, but we're going to go ahead and just see what it came up with in this summary document. So it has what's inside. There's 10 different sections. It's got the portfolio health here. So it kind of summarizes everything there. The 80/20 action. So tier one, tier two, tier three, tier four. Opportunity flags, so the winners, conversion optimization, traffic boost, buy box recovery, pay-per-click aggregate performance. So it's got the 30-day kind of analysis there. It's got campaign type analysis versus auto, product targeting, phrase, etcetera. Bidding strategy distribution. So it's got the dynamic bids up and down in the various campaigns that are set up. It's got placement performance. So how it's doing top of search, rest of search and product pages. Search term intelligence. So again, this was anonymized just for this demo, but these would have actually been keywords within this actual account. So it's got the keywords, the spend, sales, orders, A cost, CVR and then the action, branded versus non-branded here. Performance by match type. So auto broad phrase, exact. Wasted spend and optimization. So some zero sale campaigns, how much is wasted. All the different campaign actions here. High A cost search terms to negate. Again, these have been anonymized here, but those would have actually been keywords. CBR opportunity modeling. So it's looking at basically what you could do to optimize CVR. Halo effect and cross sell. Playbook based on action. So it basically has kind of exactly what you need to do. So if you've got a paper click manager, um you've got an agency that you're using. Again, I've got a link down below if you want to use Chris's agency, you should definitely check it out if you need an agency. But it's got the playbook there. It's got all the health check and it's got a summary. So pretty stinking sick. Um again, we basically taken one of the geniuses of of paper click that's graciously uploaded free content to YouTube. We've pulled that. We got a really cool HTML before that just showed a summary of all those 105, but then it actually applied just an insane analysis. I mean, I have been doing Amazon for eight years. There's no way in hell I could have been able to pull this off and do this analysis, but it's done it here in about 20 minutes. But I want to ask it to do just one more thing cuz we have this in HTML. I'm just going to ask it to turn some of this into a spreadsheet. Can you take this analysis and create an actual spreadsheet as well, highlighting some of the key things that we can implement, as well as any other pertinent data that you analyzed? And we'll hit go on that. All right, so another five minutes and it is done creating a spreadsheet here. So we've just got an executive dashboard tab. We've got SKU tier analysis, campaign type performance, placement analysis, search term analysis. Again, these keywords wouldn't be anonymized in yours, so you could actually pull those. Match type action plan, CVR bidding, basically all the different stuff in a spreadsheet. This in and of itself is insane, um but we're entering the next step of this, which is actually the machine. This actually comes from a comment that was on a previous video which was, hey Adam, how do you create these skills? Honestly, it sounds complicated. You think you need to be some kind of an AI master or programmer. You don't. You literally just need to verbalize everything it's done here. So I like the analysis, I like the playbook that it's created based on Chris's YouTube videos. I just don't want to have to do this every time. I want to be able to add some similar reports. They pull them next month or next week and I want it to rerun this analysis, and I don't want to have to go through this 20, 30 minute process again. I want to create a skill so it replicates it. So I'm just going to ask it to create a skill. So that's going to be the next step is building this machine out. This is awesome. I want to turn this into a Rawlings PPC skill such that anytime I upload similar pay-per-click reports or other Excel documents, that it can rerun this analysis either from a chat window or again in co-work if I load new files into this folder. You don't need to anonymize the skill set unless somebody asks, so you can actually produce the actual keywords for the account in future outputs. Please create the skill and show it here when you're done.

[13:42]And we'll hit go and let it create the skill. All right, so bing, bada bang, we got the sucker done.

[13:51]So it basically just shows here that it's added the skill location to my Claude. Again, QR code. I'm going to have the skill so you can load it in your account. If you follow that QR code, it's going to give you all this stuff as well as everything in the video. But it's done. So I I want to just test this sucker out. Let's just do a new one. So I basically renamed um the exact same files, just added a one to them just so it thinks it's got a new new file, but I just want to test this thing out. I've uploaded some new files to the subfolder for the business report, as well as the subfolder for the pay-per-click report. I want you to run the Rawlings pay-per-click skill and generate an HTML document as well as an Excel document anonymized for a demo. So basically how this would work is, again, every week or month, however often you want it to do this. You can just load in new files. You can keep all the same old ones in there, and it'll run and generate this analysis. If I come to this folder here, you can basically see it's actually saved all of those previous HTML summaries as well as the Excel summary document here. So anytime you run a new one, it'll just throw some new documents in there. Now I get it. Sometimes this co-work stuff may scare people, so I'm going to go to the traditional chat and just test this out in a traditional chat as well. So what I'm going to do here is, I'm just going to add some files. It's actually not going to be the same amount, um of the of the last one, and this is a separate brand. So I'm going to open that, add one more up here. So we'll just see how it does with brand new fresh data from a different brand, completely new reports. I'm going to do in the chat versus co-work while it's running on the side here. Please analyze this business report and this Amazon pay-per-click data using the Rawlings pay-per-click skill. I want you to generate an Excel document as well as an HTML summary in Quantum branding. So we're going to let both of those suckers bake and we're going to come back and see when it's complete. All right, so like another three to four minutes and we have the co-work version done. And actually uh didn't anonymize the data. So I can't go through the whole thing, but you guys have seen this exact pull. It's the exact same data as before. Again, just wanted to like check that it that it worked properly. We don't need to go through the exact summary, so that's uh that's that. And let's come really quickly to the spreadsheet.

[16:41]Again, it's got some summaries here. I'm not going to go through some of these because it's got private stuff, but you guys get it. This is how the skill works. So right now, there's experts in every field who has spent years uploading their knowledge to YouTube for free. Paper click strategies, listing optimization gurus, supply chain experts, supplement formulators, SEO specialists, financial analysts. The entire body of work is sitting there waiting to be extracted. And the tools to do it, to build an AI clone of their expertise that runs analysis on your real data automatically. Those tools exist right now. Not some future beta, not behind a $10,000 paywall. Right now, on your desktop. Now let's get real. I'm not saying that this replaces humans. Chris Rawlings has insights that no AI can replicate, but about 95 of the analysis that is data driven, that is framework based, that is repeatable. This is a cheat code. The question isn't whether this works. The question is whose brain are you going to clone first? You've seen the exact process step by step with the actual prompts I used and skill creation process I used. So you can build your own expert clone, and if you want to just hire Chris and you don't want to do all this paper quick stuff on your own, please check out the link in the description. I don't trust a lot of people in this space, but I trust him. But beyond paper click, I truly hope this helps you expand your AI skills and grow your Amazon business. A lot of people on YouTube are like, like, subscribe and that stuff's all great. But if you really want to show your appreciation, I just want you to actually apply this in your business today. Have fun. I hope it helps. Until next time, cheers guys.
