[0:08]A long time ago, there lived a young man, a man who had everything. A rich man. And everything he wanted he got.
[0:20]Nothing was impossible for him. If he wanted a nice meal, he got it. Nothing was impossible for him.
[0:28]If he wanted nice clothes, he got them. Nothing was impossible for him.
[0:35]If he wanted a rest, he got it. Nothing was impossible for him.
[0:41]Everything he wanted he got. Money gave him everything. He was very, very rich. And a nice guy as well.
[0:52]He loved and respected his mum and dad. He loved and took care of his wife.
[1:01]He was a really, really nice guy. But there was one thing he didn't have. One thing he wanted.
[1:08]The rich young man wanted heaven. He wanted to live forever with God.
[1:14]So he went to see Jesus. The rich young man asked Jesus, good teacher, what must I do to go to heaven?
[1:24]Jesus looked at him and said, you called me good. Only God is good.
[1:34]Remember God's commandments, love your wife, do not murder, do not steal, do not lie. Honor your father and mother.
[1:43]The rich man smiled. Yes, I have kept them all.
[1:47]Then Jesus said, there's one thing left to do. Sell everything you earn and give it all away.
[1:57]Then you'll have treasure in heaven. Then come follow me.
[2:00]The rich man was shocked. Sell everything. Give away all his money. It was too hard. It was impossible.
[2:12]The rich man turned and walked away. He walked away from Jesus. It was impossible.
[2:20]Jesus turned to his disciples and said, how hard it is for rich people to enter heaven.
[2:27]It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter heaven.
[2:37]The disciples looked at each other and said, so who can be saved?
[2:43]Jesus replied, what is impossible for man is possible with God.
