[0:00]Do you feel like you're always busy, working yourself to the limit, but still struggling with low productivity, meeting deadlines, and focusing on what truly matters?
[0:09]What if I told you the problem isn't lack of time? It's how you use it. Hey, I'm Mia, a Math + Computer Science student at Stanford, content creator and nonprofit CEO, also doing clubs and internships, but still finding time for fun.
[0:21]I'm gonna share with you three hacks that will make every day feel 48 hours long.
[0:25]1. The Eisenhower Matrix. List out your tasks for the day and sort them into these four categories.
[0:29]Urgent and important: do these immediately.
[0:32]Important but not urgent: schedule these for later. Urgent but not important: delegate if possible.
[0:37]Not urgent and not important: don't do these at all.
[0:40]2. Parkinson's Law. Work expands to fill the time you give it. That's why last-minute cramming is weirdly effective.
[0:46]Trick your brain by setting "fake deadlines." If an application is due in a week, pretend it's due in five days.
[0:52]3. Work with your energy, not against it. You are not equally productive at all times of day. Identify your peak focus hours and use them for deep work.
[1:00]I'm personally most alert in the mornings, so I tackle homework and exam review then.
[1:04]Afternoons? Those are for meetings and emails. Like and follow for more productivity tips!
