[0:00]Hey guys, Coach Enoch here Team Florida Track Club. Something I often get asked is how do you keep your shoes from getting stinky? Living in a warm climate like Florida, often our shoes can get smelly pretty fast. The first tip and most important thing is never leave your shoes outside. You always want to bring your shoes inside and keep them climate controlled. If you put them in the garage or leave them outdoors, especially during the summer month, they're going to get nasty. The next thing is especially if you sweat a lot and your shoes are quite moist, are these great Pergo charcoal bamboo odor removers. They're really great. They're sustainably made. And what you do is you put them into your shoe after you get home, one in each shoe, and they help soak up the moisture and soak up the smell. And what's really awesome is these last up to a year, and what you do is every couple of months, you just put them out in the sun for an hour, that really dries them out and keeps up their strength so they pull the odor out of your shoes. Check out the link below this video and uh, hope this helps you keep your shoes nice and fresh.
