[0:01]So let's just dive right in. Um as Bruce mentioned, um Carter Morris we are a boutique investment bank based in Southport, Connecticut. where we specialize in advising uh almost exclusively families and founders through their once in a lifetime transaction. Um looking at some of the demographics, uh mainly families and founders, you can see about 80% of that. In that $50 to $150 million range, um is our real core target. And because we're family focused, our target industries tend to be old economy businesses, manufacturing, industrial, uh business services and consumer. Um, so what a lot of the stuff we'll talk about today is mainly focused for those industries. Those in healthcare, technology, Fintech, themes are still applicable, but maybe the outcome might be a little bit different. Um we are primarily sell side, um and sort of agnostic as to the type of process we're run or where the outcome what ends up. Uh little bit more about us, as we said, uh trusted M&A advisor for families and founders pursuing their once in a lifetime transaction. Um primarily focused in the northeast, but we're really looking for motivated uh owners who value great advice, appreciate great outcomes and where value means more than money. And so, um what that means is some of the dynamics that get into play for an M&A transaction are tend to be a little bit different than those uh driven by, let's say, private equity or corporate sellers. So. Um we've closed lots of transactions with pretty tombstones and win a bunch of awards uh and you you don't see on here one was uh announced today, which is our 2023 MMA advisor international deal of the year over 100 million for a recent transaction we closed in the HC space.
