[0:00]Australia and New Zealand could see energy lockdowns within 21 days. This is from two leaked reports. Well, one of them was leaked, one of them was published today by each government. Both countries' governments are now modeling, they say they're actively modeling. This is a declaration that has been made that they are modeling the worst-case scenarios for the country, for the economy, and for citizens. And we know what they mean when they say measures, they are talking about energy lockdowns. We'll cover Australia in the first part of the video and then we'll cover New Zealand in the second part of the video. But let me tell you the official name of the declaration from New Zealand. This is called the Fuel Response Plan 2026 overlay. And it's in response to measures that they put in place in 2024 for this worst-case scenario. Now, when you read that report and when you actually look at some of the things they've said, it's weird to me that they knew this was coming, have no refinery capabilities, and yet they didn't do what the IEA said, which was to have an emergency stockpile of energy fuels. If you're from New Zealand, drop a comment below, how on earth has this happened? And if you missed Wednesday's video, it's way too long to recap all of it here, but it was about these energy lockdown scenarios that have been published by the IEA. And they've they've gone out to governments all around the world who are now actively modeling and preparing for what they say are energy lockdowns. And I want to quote from their official guidance, okay? It says, and I quote here, these energy lockdowns would be far more severe than anything we saw during the COVID lockdowns. That's from the International Energy Agency who created this report, which is called Sheltering from Oil Shocks. And remember what they have recommended in their report. They have recommended to governments around the world that lockdown measures go into place. And again, I'm quoting directly from these reports. This is work from home measures that could go on for months. It's reducing global air travel by a minimum of 40%. This would be mandated. How exactly are they going to enforce that? I'm not sure, but this was another one. They also talked about banning leisure travel, so that means flights, trains, cars, even public transport if it is for leisure purposes. And we're already seeing some of these these things happening in different countries right now. In the Philippines, they've declared a state of emergency. In South Korea, they're alternating which days who who can drive. You've seen emergency measures in all sorts of countries as they are running out of energy. And Australia and New Zealand, the reason we're focusing on these two countries today, is because they are going to be the worst hit. And I'll I'll even break down why that is. I'll go into all the details for you, but they're going to be the worst hit of the developed, the more Western nations. And the Australian government have already announced, this is not, you know, a conspiracy theory anymore. They have already announced that they may need to enact these emergency measures within weeks. So, what do these emergency measures look like then? Well, I'm going to quote directly from the Australian government here. Priority allocation of fuel to emergency services, defense, hospitals, police, et cetera. An immediate ban on recreational driving and non-essential vehicle use with harsh penalties for offenders. Again, same playbook as we saw during the Covid lockdowns. Immediate suspension of domestic flights except essential routes. Mining and construction to be halted. So if you work in mining or construction, you probably want to think about that now because this is what they're saying will be halted. And agricultural machinery grounded as well, which is at the worst possible time right now for Australia during the harvest season. Now, to ease a little bit of the anxiety around this, because I I I totally get it, this is a very anxious and stressful period for everyone around the world. Does this mean just because these governments have declared this and that they're modeling it right now, does it mean it will actually happen? And the answer is, no. There's still time to avert the disaster, but the time is very, very limited. Later on, I'll be able to in context tell you about a couple of ideas that are already going around and there's an emergency fuel supply. But the bottom line is, there just isn't enough time to do all of this, in my opinion. You're even if you get the emergency fuel in, there's still going to be you know, a couple of weeks where there just isn't any energy at current rates. In fact, let me just cover that now what's been done. New Zealand really hasn't taken any steps. They're still arguing amongst themselves. But Australia has placed an emergency order, the details of which seems to be very secretive. I'm not sure why, but they've placed this emergency order with the United States. Now, the problem with that is that if Australia has less than three weeks of energy supplies left and their usual partners have said, they've said on record, they can't provide Australia with any fuels, petrol, diesel, jet fuel. And if they're getting it from the US, so it's either going to come from the West Coast or it's going to come from Texas. Well, that's a 30-day journey by sea, 60 days in a in the kind of worst-case scenario. It could take 45 to 60 days. So what exactly is going to happen? And we haven't even gotten into New Zealand yet, which I was in New Zealand back in December and January. I was there for a month over that period. And it was honestly, I actually went to Australia as well. I just didn't mention it. I actually loved both of your countries. If you're from Australia or New Zealand, beautiful, really, really beautiful countries, truly. And it's just sad to see what has happened. Really is the the mismanagement by government of your countries is is terrible to see. But at least you've got wonderful people, very kind people, beautiful landscapes. And I really do think in time, your governments will turn around and you'll get better leadership. However, I I will say this, as all these governments around the world are scrambling right now with this energy crisis, and it's only going to get worse. Truly, I'm I'm seeing more people coming around to the my theory now and some of the things I talked about a few weeks back. That I thought this was going to be a really severe energy shock. But here's the other thing, this kind of disruption actually creates massive opportunity for those people, those of us who actually prepare for it. And I've shared before how I went from a 9 to 5 job, very very low-paid 9 to 5 job, to what I do for work now. I educate people on finance. I build, well, I think some of the best finance and entrepreneurial courses in the world that I provide to you over social media at a very heavy discount. So imagine if you were able to earn a full-time income without needing to travel anywhere. You don't need to drive anywhere, you don't need to take flights. You can do it from anywhere in the world. So if there's problems where you are, you can just go elsewhere, like I did during the COVID lockdowns. I traveled all the way through the COVID lockdowns, and that's because I had digital businesses. Which a lot of people think of really hard to set up, but they're not. They're so simple, especially with all the technology and AI and everything now. You don't even need to be super smart to do it. You just need to be able to use a smartphone or a laptop or a tablet. That's it. If you can use those things, you can do it as well. And you'll probably remember over the years I've shared that, you know, here on the channel with you. How I actually turned my businesses around from these these very labor-intensive businesses, very physical and tangible, and I turned them into very digital in nature. Because it was clear to most of us. We saw the writing on the wall with a lot of this stuff and how things were going to be changing. And you think of the the job shock from AI already, for I mean, forget about robotics, which is coming as well. You think about the job shock from from AI that's hit and now we've got war, now we've got energy crises. And now, I think Russia's just said 40% of their energy is offline thanks to these new strikes on their oil infrastructure. You've got fires in oil refineries and and plants and you've got a massive fire across Nebraska, the biggest one in their history. You've got all this chaos right now going on around the world. And that's actually why I set up and created my program for you all, Digital Income Mastery. And I know that hundreds of you are working through it at the moment and I'm I'm really happy that you kind of taking control of your life with all of this, truly. And this program really does teach you step-by-step how to build your own online product and service business. Really, really simply. Honestly. It's such a simple process and I've broken it into three parts as well, which is the blueprint of how to build digital products, then it's the marketing of digital products. It isn't a generic marketing program. It's specific to what you learn and then there's a digital sales program where it teaches you how to just copy my funnels. So you copy my marketing, you copy my sales funnels, and that is what you're going to learn. And you can genuinely do this from anywhere in the world. All you need really is a device to do it with, preferably a laptop, even if it's a a small laptop, and you need an internet connection. That's pretty much it. So it won't really matter if fuel gets rationed or you get locked down at home or there's food issues or whatever else. Because you'll have multiple streams of income that isn't dictated by a fixed work location. So, we're all going to have to adapt in the next few months. It it's a certainty now. We're going to have to adapt. Let's take some shelter here in this little stone house a moment. But yeah, we're going to all have to adapt to what's coming, we are. So I would highly recommend you watch the video that I've made for you. I'll put a link in the description or in the comments below here. And you can get this program for 90% off the retail price right now because it is on a pre-filming discount. What that means is that all the modules haven't been released yet. I'm still recording as I go along. Okay, let's keep walking now then. Let's keep walking. The sun has come out because I was thinking about Australia earlier actually. And I was gosh, I hope you can't hear the wind because it is pretty fierce. But I was thinking about Australia and the energy policies that Australia enacted, which have just been absolutely crazy. It's self self-destruction in effect of the energy infrastructure for the country. And do you remember how I talked about they poured concrete down the gas wells as part of the net zero policy so that those gas wells could never be used again? Well, whoever actually signed that off and ordered it, I think should be tried for crimes against humanity for what they've now done. Well, Australia and New Zealand, they destroyed their refineries. And you think about Australia back in the year, what 2,000 roughly, they had eight refineries. Eight refineries that produced 90% of all the energy needs that they needed in terms of liquid fuels. Now they have two and they rely on imports. And even those two that they actually allowed, as it were, to continue. Those two have been hit so hard with net-zero policies that they I'm amazed they've even continued and been able to stay profitable. Oh, look at this walk we're going to do here. Oh, look at this here that we're going to walk down. Beautiful. So that's why Australia only has about 17% covered in terms of their liquid fuels. And New Zealand doesn't have anything because they banned it all a long, long time ago. That is the intellect of the New Zealand politicians and government who decided to ban any form of energy production. Oh, look at this dog here. Hello. Looking friendly. Yeah. You friendly? Now, the kind of key suppliers to the region would be your Singapore, your South Korea, your Malaysia, but they've been hit as well. They've been hit really, really hard by the Strait and those countries are suffering. So who's actually at the end of the chain? It's Australia, it's New Zealand. Unfortunately, you're at the end of the chain and your politicians didn't think that this could ever happen. Now the IEA recommendations for Australia, for New Zealand were to hold 90 days of energy requirements. That is what they were told and guess what they have in reserve. Worst-case scenario, well, in fact, best-case scenario is 37 days. The worst-case scenario right now is 21 days. As of recording this right now, it is 21 days. And that's why I said that you could go into this lockdown within 21 days if a solution isn't found quickly. What is that solution? I really don't know. I I don't know how that is going to work out. The IEA even reprimanded Australia for not having any reserves because the Strait would open up. I guess they were just betting, hoping and praying that the Strait would simply open up, but that hasn't happened. So they are really running out of options now, which is why there was the emergency plan that was leaked. It actually wasn't supposed to have come out to the public, but somebody leaked it. In fact, if you just look at this tracker on screen here, which shows the outages. Now, at the time of recording this video on this walk, it was 511 fuel stations. So by the time I get back to edit this three hours later, you'll see what that number is now. And you can see it's heavily focused around the outages are in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne regions, but also Perth on the other coast is also suffering. But there's also farmers taking to X and other social media and making posts about this. They're saying there's no fuel left. They haven't got agricultural diesel for what they need it for right now. There's just no diesel left. But if you think that that's the end of the story, but wait, there's more. Analysts are now modeling. They're calling it war-gaming. But they're basically modeling worst-case scenarios of what could happen in Australia. And I've got all of it here. Analysts warn of potential national fuel shortages in under 21 days and an economic fallout comparable to the GFC. So that's the great financial crisis. They're talking about 2008. They say, and I quote, businesses will collapse, unemployment will spike and the government will have to mandate rationing. This is the the executive summary of their report. They're actually war-gaming this scenario because they just don't know what to do. In fact, what they've said is that they are now releasing the last of their emergency supplies. It doesn't say when they're going to be releasing it. But they're emergency stockpiles and they say that they hope that the US and Iran will come to an agreement in the meantime. Wow, talk about lack of planning, because if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. So, let's move over to New Zealand now then. And I'm sorry to say for all of my kiwi friends that New Zealand is in an even worse position than Australia. It just isn't getting the news attention around the world, but it's in a very, very bad way. Because the government of New Zealand has already published, they call it a declaration, which uh strong words there. They've already published this plan. I want to tell you what it's called. It's called the National Fuel Plan and they say there's four escalating phases, including voluntary conservation in phase two and strict rationing in phase three to four. The New Zealand government has now declared it is actively preparing triggers for activation of all phases. Wait till we get through these phases, but we're currently in phase one and they're about to move to phase two either tomorrow or the day after. Phase one is called watchful. It's just basically they're just watching, they're not really doing anything. Phase two is called precautionary. Further public sector fuel reductions, no mandatory limiting or rationing as yet because they expect the public to do the right thing and voluntarily not travel. That's phase two that's coming in the next couple of days. And yes, they did say in this report, we're all in it together. I couldn't believe they used that sentence. They use the COVID sentence. We're all in it together. Not really. You're still going to see all these politicians and wealthy people flying around on their private jet. So are we really all in it together? Uh not really. Phase three is called managed. So it's the prioritization of fuel allocation for critical services. So it's mainly emergency services, freight, food supply chains, and economic industries. It says that there will be limits on the public, so the public will have purchase limit. It'll be rationing style measures. And then it says that we may need to go into phase four if they don't get the energy. And this is called protected. It is the strictest of controls of fuel distribution to the public, so good luck getting some fuel. It says it's the most intensive prioritization and rationing is aimed at protecting core societal and economic functions during a crisis so that we don't reach the collapse stage. I mean, can you believe the things that they are saying? This is a government report, an official report saying that they need to do these things. So that we don't reach or so that you don't reach the collapse stage. No one really thought about this before, just how important energy really was. But now we're we're we're truly seeing it and people are waking up that without energy, that is what the real risk can be of a of any civilization is a complete collapse. And if you're not aware, in I think it was March of 2022, New Zealand closed their Marsden Point Refinery. It was their it was their final refinery in effect that processed, I think it brought in heavy crude oil, and then it turned it into petrol, diesel, jet fuel, et cetera. We've never done this walk before, by the way. And this is the first time I've ever done it as well. I didn't expect this wind. New Zealand has 100% dependency on Singapore, South Korea, and other Asian hubs. Very similar to Australia. And this is what I found misleading about the government report. They said, don't worry, don't panic at this point because we've got 46 days left. Well, that's not true. It's a 40 it's 46 days combined when you include all the fuels, there's 46 days. But that isn't how society works. You've got your jet fuel, you've got your diesel, you've got your petrol. You can't just add them all together and say, oh, we got 46 days. For example, diesel only has 18 days supply left. So, even worse than Australia. And New Zealand's released six days of their emergency reserves, and it didn't scratch the surface. And even Transpower, which I'm assuming is your big energy company there, has put out a major warning of elevated blackout risks. So, ladies and gents, this is not looking good. This is not looking good at all for my friends over and subscribers over in Australia and New Zealand. I hope and pray that some miracle happens, truly. I don't know what's going to happen. I don't know how this is going to get figured out. Is the USA going to provide all of this energy and all of this fuel? I I don't know. I don't know how this is going to play out and that's what's so worrying and why so many people are anxious about how this is going to play out. Because the government haven't got a plan. Their plan is energy lockdowns in sheep's clothing. That is all they have planned out. There is no plan B. There is no backup plan. So, that's why it's important you create your own backup plan. Thanks, as always, for being a subscriber here on the channel. I hope I've prepared you really well for this over the last four to five years. That's what the channel is all about. It's about helping you to prepare for these sort of crises. And I think that most of us are very well prepared for them at this stage now. And also remember about the programs as well, the training programs. Uh, check out the description and the comments here for Digital Income Mastery. I think it'll really, really help you out, put you on a very good footing for the future. Everything's going digital. It truly is.
