[1:42]I choose teaching as a profession because I love the impact one can have on individual children. I cannot imagine devoting my life to something else especially I love being around with children and I enjoy teaching, talking to children, listening to them, trying to understand their emotional world, and be a good role model for them.

[2:15]For this you can say from my point of view, five good qualities of a good teachers include, number one, strong communication skill, number two, good teachers have patience, number three, good teachers are adaptable, number four, good listening skills, and the last number five, strong knowledge on their subject.

[2:50]My teaching style is interactive, supportive, and transparent. I encourage my students to have a voice in the classroom and participate actively in all conversation.

[3:32]My observations play an important role. If I see a problem, my next step should be to explore what could be the possible step to solve it. I will try to help the child to express his or her problem by spending some time with the child privately.

[3:51]Sometime we need to be a very good friend and a good mentor to our child so that they feel free to express them confidently without hesitation.

[4:02]Question number seven, how do you motivate your students?

[4:05]My way of motivating students is by positive encouragement which can do wonders in my experience. I prefer praising students even when they achieve just a little progress. It's really work in my classroom.

[4:22]Question number eight, what is your weakness and what is your strength?

[4:29]For this you can say, the passion for my profession is undoubtedly my greatest strength and to be very honest, my biggest weakness is I often take the problems of my classroom to my home and cannot get them out of my head.

[4:45]Next question is, what are your salary expectation? And for this question I have two answers, one is for fresher and one is for experienced candidate.

[4:57]Best answer for this question for a fresher candidate. I am a fresher salary is not first priority for me. This is a big platform to start my career so I expect a salary according to my ability and your organization norms which fulfill my economical needs.

[5:18]Now the next answer is for the experienced candidate. I am expecting salary as organization norms as per my designation and my qualification and experience which can help me to maintain the standard of level of my personal and economical needs.
