[0:18]What they are, their applications, benefits and features. But first, what are low pressure and medium pressure lifting bags? Low pressure and medium pressure lifting bags are 0.5 bar and 1 bar bags with flat surface when inflated and where delicate or high lift needed. Low pressure and medium pressure bags are available in various sizes, providing lifting capacity from 1.5 up to nearly 12 ton. If you combine more bags and spread the load, this capacity can be increased up to your need. Low pressure and medium pressure bags are providing solutions for lifting and pushing in various applications. These applications include industry, positioning heavy machinery, construction, aligning heavy materials, oil industry, pipe aligning, military, rapid response operations, fire and rescue, road traffic accidents, towing industry and light aircraft crashes. Low pressure and medium pressure lifting bags provide the greatest height of any lifting back range, and this is up to 210 cm or 82 inches. and are quick to deploy in any lifting scenario. Key features of low pressure and medium pressure bags are: they are thin when deflated, which means they can be inserted through the small gaps. They have flat surface once inflated, which gives stability. They're equipped with pressure relief valve, which prevents over inflation. They are penetration resistant. They have positioning straps for positioning under the load. One bar backs featured also with killer cord side walls and they can be equipped with grip top for non-slip surface. To operate with low pressure and medium pressure lifting bags, you would need an air source, either compressor or BA cylinder for smaller sizes. If you decide to inflate the bags with BA cylinder, you would need pressure regulator, inlet hose, which can be used for compressor and BA cylinder, controller to inflate, deflate the bags, which comes in various types from double, triple and quad controller, and inflation hoses in various colors and lengths. Additionally, we offer also shut-off hose if you need to leave the backs inflated and disconnect the controller. Both low pressure 0.5 bar and medium pressure 1 bar bags are available in four sizes. Low pressure bags from smallest 1.5 ton lifting capacity and 43 cm lifting height up to 5.9 ton lifting capacity and 100 cm lifting height. Medium pressure bags comes with the same range of sizes, but with twice lifting capacity. We also have 0.5 bar bags for the towing industry, which range from 120 cm to 210 cm with lifting capacities for 7.2 tons to 9 tons.
