[0:03]We've gone very Latin American today, because we've got a serious guest. She's only 25, and she's already a total singing superstar in Brazil. She's been held as the next JLo and is ranked by Billboard already as more influential than Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Lady Gaga. And if that wasn't enough, Anitta is also a social media sensation, 30 million Instagram followers. And tonight, she's performing at London's Royal Albert Hall. Welcome to the UK! This is your first ever visit, isn't it? Yeah, my first time. I was longing to see the city. But I just worked until now. I want to see something. What do you want to go and see? What's top of your hit? I want to go to check Harry Potter. Now I'm going to pay attention because I, I think I have a friend from the UK right now and I'm in it. I'm in it. So if you're going to go to the tour, there's at the end of it you go to a wand shop, and everybody that's involved with it has a wand, and I have a wand in the wand shop. I didn't know that. Do you really? Yeah. Hold on, where have you two been? I don't. Anyway, let's not about me. It's just a white noise. Anything else that you'd like to see while you're there? Oh, all the, oh, yesterday I passed through the London Eye. Okay. Go to London Eye and the Big Ben too. Plenty for you to see. looking beautiful at the moment. What do you think of Ben's feet out? Obviously Brazil is the home of the Havaiana. We're having a heated debate in the studio today, Anitta, about whether or not men, or indeed women should have their feet out. Obviously, because we're enjoying a heatwave at the moment. How do you feel about that? Yeah, actually I didn't understand anything you said. You're very fast. So fast.

[1:50]You spoke so fast. Welcome to the UK! She's actually, What is going on? What do you think of his feet? Would you like me to take, would you wear a flip-flop to work? Oh, my. No, I thought you were talking about this, but then you came like, oh, my God, what is going on? It's so early in the morning. Yeah. You would be going out right now in Brazil, the time that we get up, obviously. I've been to Brazil. It's a fun time. You know. Yeah, 3 A.M. I would be on stage. Yeah, but I, I use this every time. Or I just don't use anything. But in, you say that in Brazil the men don't wear flip-flops in the workplace. In the work, no, they don't have the courage. Don't have the courage. You see Anitta's all established, only she a fan of Harry Potter that I'm in. She thinks I've got courage. Whatever, whatever you say will go because you have a massive follow. We talked about the Instagram following that you have, that translate into 10% of Brazil are following you on Instagram. That's an extraordinary statistic. Yeah. Uh, I don't like this, this things to be compared like, oh, she has more numbers than this and that. Because I think numbers will never define someone, but of course, I love my work and how big it's going, it's getting right now, and other countries, not only Brazil. But, yeah, I feel like a responsibility. So, so what's it like for you to come here where comparatively you aren't as well known? Is it a relief? Is it strange? Uh, it's a challenge. Uh, I started singing Portuguese and in my country my work became huge fast, very fast. So I wanted to do something more, so I studied it. I started to learn Spanish. And English, I, I already knew a little bit, started to practice more, and studied Spanish so I could start singing in other languages and start getting other markets. So Spanish I started singing just one year ago. And English months ago. So it was really fast the way that my work started to. To land here in Europe. Yeah. It's very clear your English. It's a lot clearer than. Really? Oh, clear. I study hard for it. Because in Brazil if you're not born rich and I didn't. No. Uh, you have no opportunity to, to learn language or art or. So you grew up in the favelas, didn't you? And that's when you started singing from favela to favela. So it really is a sort of what we call it a rags to riches story where you are. Yeah, so it was like practice and and effort and dedication, I could get there. But and, but I I always remember where I'm from. So when I can, I do a video showing my reality and the place I came and I try to give opportunity to people that I mean, belong to the same place I belong. Yeah. Well, undoubtedly, where you belong, they will be gripped to the World Cup because we know how much football means to the whole of the world. Uh, how are you feeling about Brazil so far and their chances? I'm really happy. Oh, yesterday I was in a photoshoot in the middle of the game. And so they were like, one. And I was like, whoa. Two. And this morning I figured out that we are number one in our group. Yes, you are. He always seems to win though, that's the point, isn't it? Uh, Anitta, it's lovely to see you. Thank you so much for joining us. I thank you. It's a pleasure to be here and I'm going to be singing tonight. I know. It's going to be great. If I don't die until then of sleepy, no, I'm joking. I'm going to be there after my rest. So you get a bit of a rest over your jet lag. Yeah. Royal Albert Hall tonight. Excellent. You guys are invited. We can enter with flip-flops and.
