Who, unfortunately, for me, is going to be my coach for the day. But before we can meet him, we got to meet his right-hand man. I'm a good cop, and he's like a bad cop. I want you to make it through, he doesn't. If you can tell, I'm a little nervous. Everybody told me I'm going to die. It's going to be all right. You're going to make it through. And by right-hand man, I mean Haddy. You see Haddy and Unk are the two main guys at Diamond Gym that reinforce the super strict rules. And if these rules that I'm going to do my best not to break during my time here at Diamond Gym. But before we learn what those rules are, I needed some encouragement from the locals. This is just signing my life away before I go into the gym. Um, how do you think I'm going to do? You're going to get through it, it's going to be hard. What about you? No sitting down during the workout, if you stop before your count's over, you get penalized, it might be the head, it might be burpees. No drinking water, no jewelry, if you have any jewelry right now, this is the best time to take it off. Uh, don't talk back, don't stop your reps while on motion, meaning if you're doing an exercise and the rep count is 50, 30, whatever it is, don't get to 20 and stop, that's considered a stop. Everybody is going to be counting your money, so there's no way out, you're in now. And if you do leave, don't come back. We all warmed up now, right? Everyone feel a little bit better? That's cool, five to the hill. Let's go! Following completing the entrance fee but also simultaneously breaking a rule, we had to go run outside for a couple laps up the hill. That's five. I mean, that's four. Three? How many? And while I was running, I realized I didn't actually know what muscle group we were training yet today. So I did not expect the cameraman to have to get involved, I'm sorry about that. Good job, cameraman. 200 burpees to start the workout. That's one way to get alive, baby. Holy crap. Let's get to work. Once everyone is back inside from the run, Unk went over to the cable stack to do some tricep push-downs. However, we were still a bit unsure on what we were training. We don't know what exercise, we don't know what muscles we're going to train today, you just show up and do what you're told from Unk. People are giving me signs that it's going to be 400 push-downs.
