[0:00]Fill in the blank, fill in the blank. I got some blanks you can fill in. Fill in the blank, blank Ohio State players will go in the top 10. Uh, I'm going to go with three. I'm going to say three. And my three are going to be Arvel Reese, Sunny Styles, and I'm going to say Carnell Tate. And I'm going to say Caleb Downs just falls out of the top 10. I don't know that. I don't have that, but we've seen safeties fall a little farther than we think at times. So, I'm going to go those three.
[0:30]I Yeah, that's a tough one. I I think it'll be, I think it'll be Reese Styles, Downs, and Tate. And I think, that would be special. Do you think the Giants would, don't you think the Giants would take Downs at 10? I guess it depends on who else is on the board. Yeah, no, they they definitely could. Yeah, that that's what's going to be the big thing. It it's just, you know, I guess I'm a little bit of, you know, I know the league is always hesitant, like you talked about earlier with the stand-up linebackers about taking a safety that early. There is definitely that thing. And, you know, I've always on my podcast, I brought up a few times, like, remember Derwin James? I mean, I could tell you the year he came out in the draft, it was unanimous. Anybody I talked to, Derwin James is one of the three or four best players in the draft.
[1:10]Derwin James, if you take him at number five, I understand it. And there we were at what, pick 18 or 19 he was still on the board because of the way the board fell and teams were like, oh, wait, I didn't think this guy would be available. And then the value of the position hurt him a little bit. So, yeah, that's what's going to be interesting about the Caleb Downs thing. But I I hear you, it could definitely be four, Mike. Um, okay, the next item for fill in the blank. Do we have another one? Oh, here it is. The biggest surprise in the top 10 will be who? I I don't think it's going to be like like, I think it's going to be one of these offensive linemen. If there's going to be one surprise, I think it's that. Now, I I mean, is Jordan Tyson a surprise at this point if he's in the top 10? I don't think so. I I think everybody's hearing how how much everybody loves him. So, I don't think that's crazy. Um, I'm trying to think of anybody else that would be crazy. You know, the corner, Mansour Delane, people think he could go first round. So, to me, it'd be the offensive alignment, whoever that is. And and how and who views the offensive alignment as the top guy, because I get the sense it's a little all over the place in in that manner. Yeah, I I mean, it's all so muddled and jumbled. I don't know. It would have to be some ridiculous reach. Yeah. Something that no one sees coming. A Cleland Farrell type of a move. A name that no one is talking about. Yeah, that would be a surprise. Yeah, that would be a surprise. Yeah. I saw somebody pushing the idea yesterday that Carson Beck could be a first rounder. Someone told me that whoever reported it must owe someone a favor or that person. That's a big favor. Yeah. was him. A favor. We'll be back with more PFT Live.
[3:00]All right, we have six teams with multiple first round picks. Who's the most likely to trade up out of that group that includes the Jets, the Giants, the Browns, the Chiefs, the Dolphins and the Cowboys. I'm I'm a little bit inclined to, I I think the Chiefs are never scared to make a bold move, and the Cowboys, I think where they're sitting at 12 and 20. I I those two, those are the two that jump out to me, right? The Chiefs, yeah, they're sitting pretty at pick number nine, number 29 and this year's draft, is a little bit maybe no man's land. So, I I certainly can see them making a move and they're never scared to make a bold move. By the way, the two New York teams each have two first round picks and I saw this earlier in the week. The New York teams are actually having their draft parties in New York this year because they've been kicked out of MetLife Stadium for the World Cup. Wow. Wow. Look at that. The World Cup has taken over. That's incredible. Employees who work in stadiums. Many of them have been kicked out, and the ones who show up have to go through FIFA credentialing to get to their jobs. FIFA's taken over. I it's Mike Florio. Thanks for watching PFT on YouTube.
