[0:00]Welcome to the talk of conference guys. This session is known as conferencing debate.

[0:09]Today's session is really amazing if you do it amazingly and fantastically. As the topic had been given yesterday itself to talk about the culture. Let us not defame and disrespect any culture, but let us talk about some authentication as for the culture. Some of the people would be saying that Indian culture is the best, and some of the people would be saying that Western culture is the best. See, for your kind information, according to the time passes and the time passes, every culture is adopted nicely according to the people. So no culture is bad. We cannot blame that this is bad, that is bad. No. According to the time, some of the things are not acceptable as you will be proving after some time. Here your motive should be conveying message nicely. Do not fight, do not abuse anybody. But yes convey message nicely in front of so many people. You will be sitting down here. First of all, the opinion you have, you will be conveying to the people, to the public here. And later on you will be just debating with each other. Try your best to take five to eight minutes only because each and everybody has to come here and have kind of conferencing debate. So I would like to go to the decider first of all. Here in Western culture, Miss Pooja is actually decider to invite anybody from this team. So Miss Pooja, would you please let me know that whom do you think to be invited or whom do you think to invite on this stage, anybody from here that you think? Sir, Miss Shikha. Miss Shikha. Please welcome to Shikha on this stage. And Mr. Prashant, can you decide against Shikha, who should come to defeat or to defend with Miss Shikha? And Mashaallah, she's looking like she's really from India, having good culture. I mean, outfit. Yes. I would like to invite Miss Pooja, the divi decider. Pooja must talk to Shikha. Yes, she wanted to talk. Means you want first Pooja to come on this stage. Ladies and gentlemen, from the Western culture, we have decided Pooja, even the name of Pooja says that it is Indian culture, but no problem. Pooja is going to tell that why is Western culture better than Indian culture? Let's invite Mis Shikha as well from Indian culture. Please, everybody, a big round of applause for them. Okay. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. This is me Pooja here. First of all, I would like to thank my sir for having made this wonderful opportunity to speak on this beautiful topic. And the topic of today's is Indian culture versus versus Western culture, and I'm supporting Western culture. I think Western culture is I think Western culture is best because in Western culture, all men and women are getting equal opportunity, and there is a liberty for women as well as men. And they people do not follow superstition. They people minding their own business. They don't waste their time to criticize others. And they don't even have time to think about others that what will others say if I do this, what what will happen? And in in Indian culture, most of the time, people are not minding their own business and they they these people follow orthodox thinking. And so many bad bad things are present in Indian culture, that's why Western culture is more better than Indian culture. All right, Shikha. Okay, good morning, everyone. This is me Shikha and first of all, I would like to pay my humble gratitude to Mr. Kaif sir, who give me this wonderful opportunity to speak in front of all. And today I'm favoring the Indian culture as the very first point of my is whenever in Indian culture, whenever we greet someone, we say Namaste. And in Western culture, whenever we greet someone, we uh do handshake. Namaste means nama means I bow myself and to you, to in front of you. It's there is a great science behind doing this practice, Namaste. Whenever like whenever we fold our hand during doing a Namaste, uh the tips the fingertips you all should know the fingertips are the major center point of energy. And whenever we fold our hand, the the tips get linked and it pressed our mind as well. So there and. And whenever we do Namaste, this also get linked. So it is the basic science that whenever we perform any Namaste, we are doing a little bit exercise. And we approximately five to max to max five to ten times we do in a day. Means we are generally practicing uh yoga or exercise during Namaste, and it shows a spirituality, love, and respect. And you also must know and you all may be know that during COVID-19, we all stop the handshaking. Why? Because it was not hygienic. But during COVID-19 as well all all over the world, the Namaste has been accepted. They started doing doing Namaste for greeting others. That means our Namaste, our perform, our art, our culture is also existed during COVID-19 as well. But they have to stop their culture of greeting. But we follow that as well at that time as well. Now you can know how powerful how powerful and how scientific our culture is. We like while we sit while we sit in. Like culture means whatever we do perform in our daily life, that's the culture. Now, whenever we whenever we sit while having meals, we have, in Western culture, we used to sit on the dining table. But in Indian culture, we used to sit on the floor. Why do we sit here? I would like to take one minute to let you know why do we perform that practice. While sitting that that form is called Shukhasana. While sitting we sit we cross our leg. It's also that is I as I named it's Shukhasana. It's a form of yoga. While sitting we we perform yoga. And while having food, we we bend ourselves a little bit, which helps us to to increase the digestive juice and to increase the digestive system. That means while while sitting as well, we are performing yoga. That means without doing anything we perform yoga and exercise many times only just by following simple simple forms of our culture which is basically in the in our culture as well. But there is no use of while sitting on the table or sofa and having meals. This is the beauty of our culture. Thank you. I would thank you. I think Pooja exactly. But really appreciate your wordings. Please go ahead. As Miss Shikha taking the name of science and technology, Miss Shikha, first let me tell you that this science and technology first invented by Western culture, the the trains which we Indians are using to travel from there to there are given by Britishers to us. And please let me complete. I have given your time, you have taken your time. This is my turn. So please pay attention. Then after that science and technology, the industrialization which we are seen in today's world are given by Western culture. The science and technology, the fridge, the washing machine that is used by most of the Indian ladies are given by Westerners. That is not answer. She has a for. That is not answer. Sir, let us speak, I will answer. Okay. But what what what? How will we accept that? What kind of answer are you expecting? She's talking about spirituality. She's talking about yoga. Sir, so do you not I'm I'm expecting that whatever we perform in our culture is the basic exercise and whatever you you perform, sir, yes, science and technology, she first first let me complete.

[8:24]Sir, first she talked about that we do Namaste all the time so that our fingertips will get pressed. So I was giving the answer of that question that we the people who belong to Western culture, they also do exercise. But they don't show off every time that Namaste, Namaste. We people don't waste our time doing all these shitty things. We people focus on our work that if we work daily, we will we will be able to earn our family. We will be able to feed our family. We will be work. I'm not able to feed my family. Sir, why by greeting people can be the people who believes in Western culture also greets.

[9:25]It's your belief that doing Namaste is better. It's your belief. There's science there is a science also behind doing doing exercises.

[9:39]And those in COVID-19, there was a You know, we people don't believe in don't believe in show off. We the people who belongs to Western culture. Namaste is near me, show off. Handshaking is to you. That means it is more show off. Namaste is just like me. You people only want to stick to that point that we people do Namaste, Namaste. By Namaste you will not able to feed your family by doing Namaste. You will not able to earn a lot of money by doing every time. What is what is needed? We should focus we should focus on necessary things. What about those orthodox things that you ladies are not allowed to do this? You ladies are only allowed to wear saree and kurta. Even if the lady don't want to wear all these things, in India, there is a tradition that women are supposed to be in the home and only responsible for doing household chores and is only responsible for doing household chores. Sir, as she told that the science has started in western. I want to let her know that uh science in Veda, science was also existed there. This was the atomic theory, who gave the atomic theory? I think John Dalton sir. He gave the atomic theory. And in his theory he told that he was inspired by reading the Vedas. He read the Vedas. That's why he that means our science, sir. No, sir. That's why people are only shouting. No, no, sir. They stole my culture. They stole my science.

[11:13]That's why but they only just can give the name and fame. They only give fame and they stole my culture and after Sir you know, NASA also told that in Galaxy there is a science of sorry there is a sound of Om.

[11:28]And we usually in daily life, we practice that Om. That is in our culture. That means you are stealing my culture and you you're stealing. Yes. You're stealing my culture. You want to call them that you're scientist. You're show off, exists in you. They people know science very well, still they are not developed. We people comes in developed country. They are people are developing. We developed. What developed?

[12:02]If I know the this bottle is present here, there is no use of it until I know the how until I until I know how it is used, how it is maintained for longer time. In Western culture, people know the utilization of each and everything. They people don't waste their time in shitty things. Like you are not allowed to do this. You are not allowed to go there. Women are not supposed to go outside and work. They people give equality to each and everyone. They give give liberty. Yes, I agree that people who don't give liberty to their women, that's why they ruled over India maximum time. Yes, this is not the answer. I think she is not getting the answer.

[13:56]No, I'm absolutely correct. Pooja, you need to understand that anything which bounds you, which inhibits your growth is not good for yourself.
