[0:12]My brothers and sisters, if evil one is leading us to temptations and we are falling into these temptations because we cooperate with the evil one. Then the next question, why does God permit this temptation? Why does God allow this temptation to take place in our lives? There are reasons why God permits temptations in our lives. Temptations make us grow spiritually. Temptations make us grow strong in our spiritual life. If there is no temptation, our spiritual life will never be challenged and it will never grow. We read first Corinthians chapter 10 verse 13. We read like this. First Corinthians chapter 10 verse 13. No testing has overtaken you that is not common to everyone. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but with the testing he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it. God will not allow any temptation in your life which is beyond your capacity. If there is a temptation in your life, that means God knows you can handle it. You have the capacity. You have the strength to face it. And when you go through this testing period, he says, he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it. Each time when you go through this testing period, he will provide the way out. He will provide the grace to overcome. He will provide that the strength for it. He will provide you. Each time when we overcome a temptation, there is a special grace. Let's read Gospel Luke chapter 4 verse 12 to 14. We read like this. 12 Jesus answered him, "It is said, "Do not put the Lord your God to the test." 13 When the devil had finished every test, he departed from him until an opportune time. 14 Then Jesus, filled with the power of the Spirit, returned to Galilee, and a report about him spread through all the surrounding country. My brothers and sisters, devil comes and tempts us for and when we overcome the temptation, he may leave, but he will come back with more temptations. He will come back with more temptations because each time when we overcome the temptation, we are becoming more powerful, that is why next next passage we read, then Jesus filled with the power of the spirit. See, after all these temptation, what happened to Jesus? Devil became defeated, but Jesus became full of power. So how did he how did he collect this power? Jesus collected the power by defeating the devil. Each time when we defeat the devil and temptation, we receive the power, and God wants to give us power, and that is why God allows temptation. Every temptation to get angry, temptation to gossip, temptation to speak lie, temptation to watch unholy videos, temptations to look at others with unholy intention. These are all temptations which is just around us. Every time we overcome this temptation, we get power, we get grace. Every temptation is an occasion to to receive the blessing. Every temptation is an occasion to receive the grace from heaven. Praise the Lord. Repeat after me, every temptation, is an occasion to receive a special grace, a special power from heaven. When you overcome the temptation, you receive the power from above, you will grow spiritually. Praise the Lord. Thank you Jesus. Remember this sentence always, every temptation, every occasion of temptation is a time for receiving the deliverance, receiving the anointing, receiving the power. Praise the Lord. Thank you Jesus.
