[0:13]So, a lot of you guys were or are in the same position as I was in the beginning, where you know, you feel like you're making progress. You're actually making progress on the ruler and everything is going well, and then it feels like everything is slowed down out of nowhere. And it kind of feels like you're either doing something wrong, you're not being consistent or whatever, you can't put your finger on it. Um, cuz whenever I first started, my thought process was like, I thought this whole PE thing was supposed to be steady. Like I thought the gains were weak or I guess month after month after month after month, like I thought everything came in a straight line, like every week I should be improving, uh every month, I should be growing. So, when I had, you know, a good, you know, few months in a row where I was growing every single month, I felt like I was on top of everything, you know, I felt on top of the world like I have it figured out, everything is perfect. I was even, you know, calculating if I'm growing this much per month, like how big am I going to be at, you know, in 12 months, in this many months. So I was already celebrating those wins, you know. And then inevitably, just like everybody else that's ever made anything or any kind of grows, uh growth, I hit a plateau and I kind of felt like it just it basically just messed with my head, you know, cuz here you are seeing, you know, the best results and the best results over and over and over again, it becomes a norm, you know. And even though you're doing the same exact routine, the same you're hitting your same goals every single session, you're being consistent, and then not seeing the growth out of nowhere, you know, you do a full month of work because I personally do four weeks on and then I take a week off and then I measure at the end of the week off, I'm really measuring every five weeks. So imagine going five weeks doing your usual thing where you've been growing for so much time, and then you do four weeks on, one week off, and you don't grow. It like hurts, you know what I mean? Because it's like, fuck, was that for for nothing, you know, all that all that time you did? So, it kind of messed with my head. Um, obviously I've never had any problems with like discipline. I wasn't just going to quit just because, uh, you know, I didn't grow that month. Just with a like, I mean, a little a small percentage of you guys watching this video, I don't know if you've ever made any kind of gains. But if you do make gains, it's so addicting. So, even if you do go through a few months of no growth, you're still there consistently trying to grow again, get that feeling again. Um, so really once you feel or once you get that first, you know, real gains, right? Like I'm not talking about an eighth of inch, I'm talking about minimum like a quarter of an inch where you can really discern and tell for sure that you've grown and it's not just better EQ or erection quality. It's like the most addicting feeling ever because it's a reward. That's all it is, you know? Um, if, you know, you work hard towards something and you put on a bunch of time and, you know, you finally get the result that you wanted, it's obviously addicting, you know? So, you know, getting that that kind of gain for me, even in the beginning, even when it was my first quarter inch or my first half inch in length, um, it was addicting, you know, so I wanted to keep on going. Um, so again, like when I stopped growing, it really, you know, I was like, what the fuck is this, you know, I thought it was supposed I didn't even know plateau's were a thing, you know, I thought that was what people that didn't know what they were doing experienced, you know? I felt like I was doing everything perfectly. So, that's what I started like overthinking everything, you know? I was, you know, trying new things and more weight, more time, thinking I had to fix something. You know, I had to change something within the routine significantly. Um, thinking, oh, maybe I should do bundled stretching, maybe I should do Madingo stretching, maybe I should do full crumb stretching, because I just wasn't getting the same lean skins as usual. Uh, you know, and obviously the plateau was a result of strength adaptation of just going up and waiting correctly. And, you know, me doing, I I'm thankful I didn't do the bundled stretching. I uh, this dude BD was on he was live and I asked him, it was a while ago, I asked him, I told him basically what was happening. I wasn't getting any elongation in return. I wasn't getting any gains and if I should do bundled stretching and he said no because, um, bundled stretching can result in more strength adaptation, which is exactly what was messing me up in the first place. I wasn't growing because of strength adaptation. I was in a plateau because of strength adaptation, therefore doing bundled stretching or things like that, was more of a bandaid, it was more of a brute force than actually fixing the problem. And if you know anything about PE, you would know that brute forcing anything in PE actually ends up biting you in the ass later on. So, I'm glad I didn't do the bundled stretch and eventually I just took a a big break and, you know, fixed everything, you know? So that's that's one of the issues and again, like me asking BD for the help and him giving me the good answer and me being able to, you know, do it correctly, that's what fixed everything. So that's kind of what I want to do with this channel. I want to be that kind of person where you can ask the question and I can help you out and set you on the right track. So if you have any questions about anything, um, then comment down on this video. If you're watching it on Reddit, obviously, you're going to have to comment on the Reddit. If you're watching this on YouTube, the app, then obviously comment down, um, in the comment section. And I'm going to start doing weekly ask me anything videos. So, uh, I need questions to make those videos. So go ahead and ask the questions and then I'll be able to answer so you can move on with this whole PE thing, right? So back to what I was talking about. Um, I realized that, you know, with time I realized and I learned that growth doesn't happen in like a straight line. It basically like comes in waves, if you really think about it. If you think about the growth phase and then the plateau, and then you navigating through that roadblock and then growing again, if you actually imagine it in your head, it's a wave, you know, you have the growth, you have the plateau, you have the growth, you have the plateau. So, you're going to have periods where everything clicks and everything is going perfectly and you're also going to have periods where you feel like, you know, you're nothing's happening basically and you're basically failing. Um, what you have to understand is that the slower phases where you're not really making any gains, it's not like a failure at all. It's more of like part of the process, it's something that you just have to accept when you sign up to this PE journey. Now, once I stopped like reacting emotionally and being like, oh my God, what do I do? I need to gain, I need to gain, like, I have a quota to make or whatever. Once I stopped acting emotionally and I started thinking about it in a more realistic way, I literally just started staying consistent, I I didn't start staying consistent, I was already consistent, so I said, you know what, I'm just going to stay consistent and, you know, do exactly what I was doing whenever I was growing, you know? And that's what basically fixed everything. Um, so when you're doing this PE stuff, a lot of you guys watching this video, sadly, a lot of you are never going to make any gains uh on your own. And number two, if you do make gains, a lot of you aren't even going to grow that much, you know? Um, most people just don't have the ability to be consistent and most people aren't even going to do PE correctly to begin with. So, but for those that are going to make big gains, like at least a inch in length, you're going to have to think about this in the long term, and one of the biggest advices that I could give you from a mistake that I made, is don't think that growth comes in a straight line, because it doesn't. It comes in waves and when you get held with the plateau, you stay consistent and move things slightly. Don't just go ahead and switch up the entire routine and think that your previous routine that gave you all that growth just expired because it didn't, okay? So, if you keep on panicking like every single time your progress slows down, you're going to keep resetting yourself every single time that you hit a plateau, which is not optimable for long-term gains, obviously. So, you know, and but if you understand this like the whole consistency and learning how to develop your routine the way you're supposed to do it, you're going to stay locked in, you're going to go back to growing, uh like 99.9% of people never do. And you're going to be the guy that actually rides with the wave and you're going to have the downfalls, you're going to have the slow months, you're going to have the fast, you know, the the months where you actually grow. But you're actually going to be the guy that makes it to the next level, gets close to their dream size and then up ends up getting to their dream size and then finally being able to, you know, say that, you know, you you did exactly what it is that you wanted to do. Um, so that's basically it, you know, these videos are really only for the people that are actually trying to grow. I'm not talking to people that are here as kind of like a trendy thing or something they're just going to try a little bit and once they get a little bit of resistance, they quit. I'm not talking to those people. I'm talking about people, these videos are really for people that actually want to grow, like as much as I wanted to grow back when I first started. So, yeah, that's pretty much all I wanted to talk about in this video. Thank you so much for watching. Um, obviously, I'm going to be be making a bunch of these videos. I think all of them can help you for sure to make sure that you don't make the same mistakes I did. So you get to basically skip a lot of trial and error by watching these videos, so I recommend you subscribe so you can see the next ones I make. Um, and yeah, that's pretty much it. Thank you so much. Uh, if you want to join the Discord, you can go to my Reddit account and you'll see the link to the Discord where you can basically be in a community with 400 plus people with the same goals as you. Yeah, that's pretty much it. Bye.
