[0:15]This is particularly useful for agencies or sales teams that manage multiple products. So, to switch between workspaces, you have to go here in the top right corner. Uh here you'll see the list of all the workspaces that you are a part of. Uh this is our demo workspace and this is the main workspace which we use in CRM chat.
[0:36]I'll just quickly switch there and you'll see that we have a lot of connections here, um chats, conversations, outreach, et cetera. Um so let's go back to the demo workspace and I'll show you how to add uh a team member to to the workspace. You do that by clicking invite team and yes, you invite here to this account. And you type the Telegram username. So I type it here, I choose a role of member and I send an invitation.
[1:10]Which will which will result in the error. And this error happens because, um the person who I'm trying to invite hasn't started, um, CRM chat. So, in order for them to be able to join my workspace, they have to, um, go to CRM chat and click on start. Uh click on start, if you remember, in the beginning, you just have to either type start or hit the start button here in the bottom of the of the chat. And so after that, they will be able to join to join my workspace. So let me just quickly show you uh what the invitation looks like. And it should be right here. Um so I was recently invited to our main workspace and I just hit accept invite button and it will, um, open the workspace where I was.
