[4:16]In this infinite vast space.
[4:54]And as no body, no one.

[5:22]And nowhere.
[5:29]And in no time as pure consciousness.
[5:54]Become aware in this infinite void.
[6:05]That you're inside the center of the earth.
[6:22]Become aware of it.
[6:40]In the sphere and sense it all around you.
[7:02]In this eternal vast space.
[7:32]And now it's time to raise your energy and radiate this feeling of love and the space within its center and in space, within its center.
[8:12]And when you're ready you can open your eyes.
[8:24]And now, it's time to release this energy into the world.
[8:42]And know that you are a citizen of this planet, and a citizen of the universe.

[9:50]And all of its landscapes and creatures, and all of its trees and oceans, and all of its mountains and deserts, and all of its fields and rivers, and all of its cities and towns, and all of its animals and plants, and all of its oceans and sky, and all of its sun and stars, and all of its clouds and moons, and all of its universe and galaxies, and all of its eternity and infinity, are all connected to you.
