[0:00]When you start your day, spiritual covering isn't optional. Psalms chapter 91 verse 5 says, you shall not be afraid of the arrow that flies by day. The arrows that fly by day, the enemy is active, and so should be your defense. So here are three ways to cover yourself before you step out to work or whatever you do during the day. Number one, cover yourself with the blood of Jesus. The Bible says the blood of Jesus speaks a better word. The blood silences yesterday's failure, today's accusations and tomorrow's fears. So you pray this, today I am covered by the blood of Jesus. My mind is covered, my family is covered, my business, my career is covered. The blood does not just cleanse, it protects. It cancels voices that don't belong in your day. The second, cover yourself with the armor of God. The belt of truth, breastplate of righteousness, shoes of peace, shield of faith, helmet of salvation, sword of the Spirit. So you pray this, Lord, I cover myself today with faith, salvation, peace, righteousness, truth. I cover myself with the word. The armor of God isn't automatic. You put it on intentionally. You don't wear yesterday's protections into today's battle so you name each piece, don't rush it. Let it settle over your mind and your emotions. Three, cover yourself with the hand of God. This is my favorite. Ezra chapter 8 verse 22, the hand of our God is upon all those for good who seek him. So you pray this, Lord, let your hand be upon me today for good. Keep me grounded in your love, aligned with your will. God's hand does not just protect you, it positions you. keeps you from walking into what was meant for you. So you don't also miss that which was ordained for you. So pray this covering every morning and every night, even if it's fifteen to twenty minutes, you will notice something shift. Peace becomes your default and panic loses its grip. So don't walk into your today uncovered.
