This is an Australian Wagyu Marmony score 89. So we're going to just season it real heavy here. I'm going to be a lot better at making steaks after this one. I hope so. After seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. He then put the steaks on the grill and at this point the smell coming off of it was insanely good. And the secret ingredient, Wagyu beef tallow and compound butter. See how it burns up because of the fat now. However, it's still raw inside. Now we let it come to temperature. Now we chop it up and we eat. Guga sliced it up revealing a perfect medium rare and plated it with some chili oil mashed potatoes. Wow. Which was very good, but we're here for the meat. And after one bite, that's a 9.5.
