[0:00]Hey, how are you? My name is Kyle and I'm a product manager here at Salesforce. Today, I'm going to share with you how to get your team set up and collaborating using Salesforce Anywhere. Salesforce Anywhere is the new way to work across Salesforce, allowing you to collaborate in context, receive real-time alerts and take action on the go. Let's take a look at how to get your team set up and collaborating. First, start in setup and type anywhere in the quick find box. To enable Salesforce Anywhere, toggle it on and save your changes. Now that Salesforce Anywhere is enabled for your org, you'll want to choose which users can access the features. Access is controlled by permission sets, so you'll want to assign the Salesforce Anywhere permission set to your team. Now that we've assigned the permission sets, we need to add the anywhere component to your records so your team can collaborate in context. Go into the lightning app builder to edit the page. Drag the anywhere component onto the page and make sure to save and activate it. Now that we've set up Salesforce Anywhere and assign permission sets to your team, they'll be able to communicate and collaborate in context. Your team can communicate in real time by starting a chat, either related to a record or a standalone chat. They'll also be able to stay up-to-date with alerts. From the anywhere app, users can customize what alerts they receive, so they're always aware of what's happening with their most important deals. Lastly, they'll be able to take action on the go by accessing the anywhere app from their mobile device. And that's how you get your team set up and collaborating using Salesforce Anywhere.
