[0:00]development, management training. We will do little bit slow and multiple videos we'll try to cover up and I would try to give you the highlights what are the things we need to do.
[0:11]Business Development Management role is something is very crucial and important in the different industries. Almost all industries are having the sales people or business development managers.
[0:22]Their work is to bring the business for the company. So as per the industry and your like the work, you bring the clients for the company.
[0:30]Or you bring the business for the company. There may be the different ways. So he here we are going to work on the US IT staffing model.
[0:39]So in our company what is there we do have the US candidates available. In US candidates like Java developer, .net developers, business analyst, data analyst, those kind of IT development candidates we do have our IT skill sets candidates we do have in US. We need to find out the positions for them.
[0:56]So position searching can be in multiple ways. So I'm going to cover up what kind of positions we need to work. So I'm going to focus specifically on the target and the main thing where we need to work out.
[1:10]We work in US for contract roles. So we need to learn first contract roles, what type of positions they would be what type of keywords would be there.
[1:20]So let's say I search here. Contract or C2C or C2H or corp to corp. These four keywords are there, generally people are going to mention in their positions.
[1:35]Or sometimes they mention the duration. duration should be like three months, six months, nine months, 12 months, mean a duration of two years long term contract, it must be written there, so you will get idea that this is the contract role for which we are working.
[1:51]So I hope this is going to give the clarity. Let's search for these keywords so we may get different kind of positions where we can learn more what is contract role or you can recognize that this is the contract role.
[2:05]So we will search out anything and we'll find out what kind of positions are there which are actually contract roles for you and you can work out for your candidate.
[2:20]We'll be having candidates in US as I told. So let's say I have a Java developer available in US and I want to search a job for him. So I will search here Java developer and any of these keywords C2C.
[2:32]I have written down. I will click on the post section. So as I told on LinkedIn, I will try to cover up in this video first. So you will have idea.
[2:42]So you will go on the post section here and you will click here and then sort by latest. So latest post would come on the top and we focus only on the 24 hours job.
[2:55]So these three keywords are mandatory and it helps a lot to. When you will search here and you open up this, so you can see Java developer open to all and this kind of thing is it is there and it is written only W2 no C2C.
[3:07]Okay. It means this is not contract role. So we will avoid this. Let's come to the second post.
[3:14]It is showing Java developer role, Tampa, Florida locals only. Contract OPT works. So this is something the contract role it is and for Java developer it is and this is the location and all everything it is here. So this role is workable for us.
[3:31]Okay. Let's come to the next. Java developer, 12 months, New York City, C2C role.
[3:41]So this is the way we will be finding out the contract roles and we can change the keywords here like C2H as I told. If you will find out from this, so you can use those as well.
[3:51]As this is the Java Java developer for TCS project and it is a contract to hire role. So I hope I'm giving little bit idea. So you can know you can have the idea what it is actually.
[4:04]And you need to find out here the Java developer and eight years corp to corp and all everything is mentioned here. So you know that the Java developer contract roles you can find out using these keywords.
[4:16]As I told, I'm repeating, you can mention in your search Corp to corp or C2C or C2H or contract. These keywords are mainly people are mentioning or sometime they mention the duration, 12, 12 months, one year or something like that.
[4:38]And the title as per the skill set the whatever candidate you have. So the first step was like this one, you will put the string, you will go on the post section, you will take this latest.
[4:52]You will go on the 24 hours and then you will take the position where you can see the relatable things here. So this is position is relatable.
[5:10]And this is not co-to-co. So we'll move to the next. This position is there. It is written Java developer, Tampa, Florida, contract and his email ID.
[5:22]We'll copy. We'll go to our Gmail. We'll compose email and we'll write down here and we'll write down here from our Gmail submission Java developer and here.
[5:38]We'll put the candidate details for an example. Hi Deepak, hope you are doing well. Please find attached resume and details below of my candidate for Corp-Corp roles and regards your name.
[6:08]I'm using my recruiter medium's uh email ID. So I'm just mentioning her name. And here we'll put down the details of the candidate for an example, in these we'll have name of the candidate, email ID, contact number.
[6:24]The submission, once submission format would be there. So we'll put down the like details of the candidate here. We will attach the resume in your email. This is happening everything is happening from your email ID.
[6:37]So you will attach the resume, you will enter the email ID of that person into and send. So this is the process you will follow from this.
[6:48]I'm just repeating it. Copy JD, compose, here you will do submission, Java developer and you will write down Hi Deepak, hope you are doing well.
[7:10]Please find attached resume and details below and here you will write down details like name, email ID, and you will get it with the resume and regards, your name would come.
[7:27]And you will copy this email ID and you will mark CC to the candidate email ID as well. The candidate email ID you will get and then you will send after attaching the resume.
[7:44]This is the proper way you will work. But whatever response is coming up. Before that, we will try to know is it direct client or not of that company?
[7:59]Or what they are dealing in the clients or multiple layers or not. Whatever it is. So that would be one step. But likely we'll cover up later. Till now, we'll uh what we'll do, we'll do in this way. We'll send. That's it.
[8:10]So searching out the position and sending from this way. This is something what I have explained. I hope it was clear. I would tell others tricks from the LinkedIn too in next videos. So let's do it and then let's cover it for further things. Thank you. Thanks for your like time and all. Thank you. Stay tuned. Bye bye.
